Wedded to Islamic dogma

All are aware and it is abundantly clear that shraddhainjali and mahaprayan have long been embraced by Muslims - as for centuries they've been commemorating their death-day ceremonies. It was only much, much later that those in Tiljala adopted mahaprayan in October 1990.

How Muslims started this

According to the Muslim perspective, the Lord resides in the 7th sky, i.e. 7th heaven. Going to that place is very far. That means leaving the earth's atmosphere, through the stratosphere, and far beyond the moon deep into outer space to the very imaginary, top of the sky. It is a grand journey - far beyond any other. So that journey they call mahaprayan. Thus when any Muslim dies and they begin the journey to that distant abode of God, it is called mahaprayan.

Why mahaprayan commonly used for Muslims

Here below, this very famous Bengali newspaper - Jugantar / Jugantor - has announced in big bold letters the mahaprayan of one Muslim lady’s mahaprayan. Her name is Firoza Begum. So this mahaprayan term is not something very grand that is reserved exclusively for Mahasambhuti. It is regularly used for common Muslims when they die. See the yellow and white highlighted terms below - that is "mahaprayan".

So this mahaprayan term is not something very grand that is reserved exclusively for Mahasambhuti. It is used for common Muslims when they die. So that is how and why Muslims chose and use the word mahaprayan.

Tiljala imitates Islamic tradition

And those in Tiljala have copied it exactly. They think that on Oct 21, 1990, Parama Purusa Baba made that incredibly long journey to His divine abode in the 7th sky. So they call it mahaprayan, just like those Muslims do.

Tiljala stayed true to the Islamic standard that mahaprayan only happens when going from this earth to the far distant 7th sky, i.e. 7th heaven, i.e. divine abode. In their words, when Baba made that incredible journey from this earth to the so-called heaven, then that was mahaprayan.

Conclusion

True bhaktas know that in the true sense, there is no such thing as mahaprayan for Sadguru Baba. As the Sadguru He never dies so those who think He is dead are hypocrites. When those acarya give initiation to anyone they say, “I am just a medium Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji is teaching you and He is ever-present. So in one breath they say that Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji is guiding you and in the next breath they say He is dead - mahaprayan. That is hypocritical and sinful.

Democracy: home of purchased writers

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Today the different countries of the world have allocated numerous awards for sáhityikas [writers]. But that is where the danger lies. Every government, whether monarchical, republican or autocratic, is run according to a particular ideology, and so there is little chance for the government to suddenly become impartial in bestowing awards on sáhityikas [writers]. Naturally it will judge the merits and demerits of the sáhityikas [writers] in accordance with the bias of its own party, and consequently sáhityikas [writers] will be compelled to sacrifice their ideals to feed their stomachs. These observations are generally applicable to different types of governments, but especially to democratic states, for in democratic states ideological clashes are more in evidence, and hence the need to propagate ideologies is also more acute. That is why democratic states want to use sáhityikas [writers] as propaganda tools. Needless to say, such made-to-order writings cannot be called literature at all – political propaganda can never be called literature.” (1)

Wts mocked while doing long sadhana: AMPS

Please pay particular attention to the highlighted yellow section.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Each individual has to keep physically and mentally pure and serve the society in the best possible manner. The collective psychic momenta of all the members of society makes the collective momentum of the social order strong and powerful. Hence, as an individual, one must be able to manifest and express a powerful psychic momentum. Society must not impose any restriction on the psychic and spiritual elevation of its members, nor should it allow anyone to accumulate physical wealth to the point that it is harmful to the other members of society and leads to exploitation.” (1)

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Caryacarya contains the guidelines for how an individual can best contribute his or her efforts to the collective momentum. It also provides guidelines for how the collective body shall foster each individual’s physical and psychic welfare." (1)

In His above teaching, Baba is talking about both the development of the individual and the society. The citation concludes with this key guideline highlighted in yellow.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Society must not impose any restriction on the psychic and spiritual elevation of its members." (1)

Unfortunately, this above tenet is not always followed in our AMPS society. Those who are sincere in sadhana and Sixteen Points are often ridiculed. Some Wts are especially bent on mocking and speaking sarcastically about any junior worker who is committed to their sadhana. Actually what happens is that margiis are attracted to those acaryas who do more sadhana. Seeing this, big, supervisory workers became extremely jealous. So they do everything in their power to derail that sincere Wts from the path of sadhana. They bully and mock that worker endlessly. And verily, some wts have buckled under such pressure - sadly they became completely broken. This is the very tragic state of affairs that has been in vogue since 1990. Many have suffered. How ironic is it that ours is a socio-spiritual organisation, yet if one is really sincere in their asana, conduct rules, night sadhana, spiritual practices etc they are mocked by certain top Dadas. The whole situation is shameful.

Who should get credit of service which apparently you did

Ananda Vanii states, "You have no right to hate even a single living creature. The best you can do is only to serve. Remember, you are to serve bearing in mind that every creature is verily the living manifestation of the Supreme Consciousness. Remember also that the credit of service is not yours; it is due to the Supreme and the Supreme alone, whose ideation has inspired you to acquire the capability of rendering service."
