New infighting in B group: 
demand Kinshuk step down

@ Rama Didi -“ Didi Ananda Karuna, a member of PB was asked by Ac Kinshuk to sign the PB resolution to remove the purodhaship of Dada Raviishananda after Dada Purnananda the PB secretary refused to do so because he knew there is injustice perpetrated.”                                   

Some serious concerns based on reliable sources regarding recent events within the Kolkata Administration.

Dada Purnananda, the Purodha Board Secretary, refused to sign a critical document, likely due to his firsthand witnessing of the mistreatment of Raviishanandaji and the physical violence inflicted upon Prasunanandaji and another margii. It appears that President Vikashananda, acting under the instructions of Kinshuk Sarkar, approached Dada Purnananda with the intention of having Raviishanandaji stripped of his titles and expelled. Despite efforts, including intervention by Divyacetanandaji, Dada Purnananda stood firm in his refusal. Two senior administration WTs (names withheld) advised Purnanandaji against signing the orders of Kinshuk brought forward by his loyal WTs.

Out of desperation , Kinshuk has reportedly appointed an acting Purodha Board Secretary, Didi A. Karuna, seemingly to expedite the approval of Raviishanandaji’s ouster. This move raises significant questions, especially considering Baba’s clear instructions to Kinshuk after his wedding: 

                                                                                                                                            

1. Never interfere with the organization and administration.

2. Never accept any official organizational posting.

Moreover, Kinshuk Sarkar was never elected to his current position as PP. Many years back, In an open meeting attended by margiis and WTs, he promised to bring unity within three years of assuming leadership of the Kolkata Administration, pledging to resign if this goal was not achieved. Despite his later denial of having made such a promise, multiple witnesses have confirmed it, and a recorded statement by a WT substantiates this fact.

More than 10 to 15 years have passed, and unity remains elusive. It is increasingly evident that Kinshuk Sarkar lacks the vision, experience, and capacity required to effectively administer this organization. His leadership and accomplishments over the past decade and a half have been, at best, disappointing.

It is truly disheartening to witness respected avadhutas and avadhutikas, personally trained by Baba, deviating from their sacred commitment to uphold the principles of the organization. This recent attempt to remove Raviishanandaji is yet another regrettable violation of Caryacarya and WT guidelines.

In light of these developments, I sincerely hope Kinshuk Sarkar will demonstrate the humility and dignity befitting his position and step down, if he truly honours Baba, who graced him as His adopted son.

कोलकाता प्रशासन के भीतर हाल की घटनाएँ गंभीर चिंता और कई सवाल खड़े कर रही हैं। आचार्य किंशुक सरकार के निर्देश पर दादा रविशानंदजी को पुरोधा पद से हटाने के प्रस्ताव पर पुरोधा बोर्ड की सदस्य दीदी आनंद करुणा ने हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। वहीं, बोर्ड के सचिव दादा पूर्णानंद ने इस प्रस्ताव पर हस्ताक्षर करने से सीधे तौर पर इनकार कर दिया है। उन्होंने इस घटना को अन्यायपूर्ण बताया है और 

न्याय के मार्ग से हटने से इनकार कर दिया है।

सचिव पूर्णानंदजी का दृढ़ रुख

विश्वसनीय सूत्रों के अनुसार, दादा पूर्णानंद, जो एक निष्ठावान और कर्तव्यनिष्ठ अधिकारी के रूप में जाने जाते हैं, ने रविशानंदजी के खिलाफ लाए गए प्रस्ताव पर हस्ताक्षर करने से खुद को दूर रखा। यह अनुमान लगाया जा रहा 
है कि उन्होंने व्यक्तिगत रूप से रविशानंदजी के प्रति अपमानजनक व्यवहार और प्रसूनानंदजी तथा एक अन्य मार्गी पर हुए अमानवीय शारीरिक उत्पीड़न को देखा है। ऐसी स्थिति में वह मूक दर्शक बने रहना नहीं चाहते थे

अध्यक्ष का हस्तक्षेप और सचिव की दृढ़ता

आचार्य किंशुक के निर्देश पर अध्यक्ष विकाशानंद स्वयं पूर्णानंदजी के पास रविशानंदजी को पद से हटाने के निर्णय को लागू करने का आग्रह करने पहुंचे। दिव्यचेतनंदजी सहित अन्य वरिष्ठों के हस्तक्षेप के बावजूद पूर्णानंदजी अपने रुख पर अडिग रहे। यह भी ज्ञात हुआ है कि दो शीर्ष WT अधिकारियों ने उन्हें किंशुक सरकार के प्रस्ताव पर हस्ताक्षर न करने की सलाह दी थी।

नई नियुक्ति पर विवाद

सचिव पूर्णानंदजी के इनकार से विफल होकर, किंशुक सरकार ने दीदी आनंद करुणा को कार्यवाहक सचिव के रूप में नियुक्त किया। यह नियुक्ति विशेष रूप से विवादास्पद हो गई है, क्योंकि बाबा ने किंशुक सरकार को स्पष्ट रूप से दो निर्देश दिए थे:

१. संगठन और प्रशासन की गतिविधियों से पूरी तरह से दूर रहना।

२. किसी भी संगठनात्मक पद पर आसीन न होना।

नेतृत्व पर सवाल और उपेक्षित प्रतिज्ञाएँ

आचार्य किंशुक सरकार को कभी भी लोकतांत्रिक रूप से नहीं चुना गया; बल्कि उनकी नियुक्ति एक अपारदर्शी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से हुई है। कई साल पहले WT और मार्गी सदस्यों की उपस्थिति में एक बैठक में, उन्होंने तीन साल के भीतर एकता स्थापित करने का वादा किया था और असफल रहने पर इस्तीफा देने की प्रतिज्ञा की थी। हालांकि बाद में उन्होंने इस प्रतिज्ञा से इनकार कर दिया, लेकिन कई गवाहों और रिकॉर्ड में मौजूद WT के बयानों से इस प्रतिज्ञा की सत्यता स्थापित होती है।

एक दशक से अधिक की विफलता

पिछले १० से १५ वर्षों की अवधि में एकता स्थापित करने के लक्ष्य में कोई उल्लेखनीय सफलता प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। इस लंबी विफलता के मद्देनजर, यह उत्तरोत्तर स्पष्ट होता जा रहा है कि किंशुक रंजन सरकार में न तो नेतृत्व के लिए आवश्यक अंतर्दृष्टि है और न ही वह क्षमता या संवेदनशीलता जो ऐसे एक गंभीर संगठन के संचालन के लिए अनिवार्य है।

नैतिक विचलन और चर्याचर्य का उल्लंघन

समाज के सम्मानित अवधूत और अवधूतिकाएँ, जो बाबा के करीबी थे, जिन्होंने व्यक्तिगत प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया था और संगठन के सिद्धांतों को बनाए रखने की पवित्र प्रतिज्ञा की थी, उनमें से भी कुछ आज उस प्रतिज्ञा से विचलित हो रहे हैं—ऐसा चित्रण अत्यंत दर्दनाक है। रविशानंदजी को हटाने का प्रयास WT दिशानिर्देशों और चर्याचर्य का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है।

इस पृष्ठभूमि में, मैं हार्दिक अपील करता हूँ—यदि किंशुक सरकार वास्तव में बाबा के प्रति आंतरिक रूप से श्रद्धाशील हैं, यदि वह उनके दत्तक पुत्र के रूप में प्रदत्त कृपा का सम्मान करना चाहते हैं, तो कृपया वे उस विनम्रता और आत्म-सम्मान का प्रदर्शन करें, जो इस पद के वास्तविक दावेदार को शोभा देता है—और अविलंब पद त्याग करें।
