Sadguru Baba says, “In the world today a handful of people who do no physical work, but live by their wits, have appropriated to themselves most of the wealth of humanity, so they are able to buy comparatively expensive foods, and use them to satisfy their taste buds. As a result, they, on the one hand, swell with unnecessary fat, while, on the other hand, those people doing hard manual labour are forced to live in poverty and deprived of the ghee, butter and sweets they need to maintain their bodies...So my point is that obesity is primarily a disease of well-off, non-labouring society.” (1)

Ananda Marga Yogic Remedies guides us, “High-salaried office workers, rich businessmen and parasitic politicians are those who suffer most from obesity…. Another distinguishing mark of such people is that they are most greedy for those foods which are most fattening; that is, when invited outside, they will never even by mistake eat much in the way of vegetable preparations – instead they will eat a lot of luci, fish, meat and sweets. As they grow older and their livers become weak, they will lose that voracious appetite. Then they will sorrowfully say to people that they cannot consume food as they used to. Their muscles become flaccid and they begin to suffer from acidity, constipation or intestinal troubles. Fat accumulated on the chest affects the heart and lungs and makes it difficult for these organs to function.” (2)


Losing existing Wts / workers faster than we are gaining new ones

Sadly, the problem of obesity is prevalent amongst our Wts. Here above is one obese Dada. Obesity itself is a deadly disease. Those who are obese will in due course face life-threatening diseases like coronary heart disease, cancer, and strokes.

And verily 70% of our Wts are not regular in doing asanas and fasting. And that is the problem. In our organisation so many Dadas are suffering from high blood pressure and high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes etc.

Nowadays, many Dadas in uniform are obese. Thus we are facing a deficit situation with our workers. We are losing existing workers faster than we are gaining new ones. All in all it is an unfortunate state of affairs.

Note 1: How to treat obesity

- Dietary guidelines for treating obesity

Yogic Treatments teaches us, "Some obese people try simply to eat less, surmising that in doing so they will be able to lose weight. This is not a correct approach, because such dieting can weaken the patient to such an extent that he or she cannot even get up or walk. What the patient needs is a simple, carefully selected diet. For instance:

1. One should drink about four or five seers of water daily, but not much at a time. As far as possible the patient should always mix lemon juice with the water.

2. Completely stop taking non-vegetarian food, ghee and oil. Three-fourths to a seer of diluted milk should be taken, a little at a time, a number of times during the day.

3. Depending upon the appetite, all kinds of fruit in plentiful quantity, preferably sour juicy types, can be taken. These fruits are very beneficial for the obese.

4. Reduce or eliminate rice, rut́i and pulses, and instead eat green vegetables and soups made from them in greater quantity.

5. One must reduce the use of raw and refined sugar, but may use a little honey – not more than three spoonfuls a day." (3)


- Important dos and don'ts for treating obesity

"Rules of fasting and sun-bathing should be observed by patients. Generally speaking, obesity is the disease of the sedentary and the greedy. So as far as possible, simple food should be eaten. Instead of luci and puri, dry rut́i should be taken. And patients should give up their habit of sitting and giving orders, and instead should do the work by their own physical efforts." (4)

To fix the organizational corruption, various WhatsApp groups are working hard to spread the gospel of revolution in AMPS. One point is especially notable, where one important leading person is suggesting for some time that only Central Purodhas should be exposed for their mistakes. If any other lower ranking person is committing some mistake, we should ignore it.


This aforesaid approach is flawed. Just see, in the following teaching Baba is explaining the cause of corruption in Indian society. That people talk about corruption and criticise it behind closed doors, but they do not have courage to come forward and fight for social justice-- because they themselves are wrongdoers.

Lips will quiver and their hearts will palpitate


Ananda Marga ideology guides us, “One may ask, “Why does the public not do something to rectify the situation?” ….The reason is perfectly simple. A large section of the upper stratum of society is involved in corrupt practices. That is why …. people do not have the courage to raise their voices in protest, prevent immorality and take corrective measures against the corrupt elements active in every sphere of society.” (1)


Ananda Marga ideology guides us, “A large number of clerks, teachers, engineers, government officials and business people who comprise the so-called educated section of society indulge in immorality and corruption in their respective professions. Their weak minds indirectly criticize injustice but cannot directly confront it. Thieves can criticize other thieves in a society of thieves, but they cannot offer suggestions in a society of honest people because their lips will quiver and their hearts will palpitate” (1)

Wherever corruption takes place, we should expose


If the wt/Lft/cadres are corrupt, then they will not have moral force to fight against injustice. Suppose Tom says, “Do not expose ordinary cardres.” The result of this will be that ordinary cadres are involved in antisocial activities, due to which they will not have courage to fight.


A similar thing is happening in AMPS. A minute percent of wts and various post holders, are corrupt. And Rudrananada recruits such people and gives them higher post. And there are many wts who are not purodhas who may be posted at the sectorial level or in Master Units. Some of these are indulged in sexual activities or money laundering, and so they are not following standard wt conduct rules.


Because of this weakness, they will never come forward to fight against Rudrananda. So to bring change or revolution in AMPS, we should follow Baba’s guideline that wherever corruption takes place, we should expose it.

Corrupt cadres cannot bring revolution


If the strategy suggested in the WhatsApp forum is followed, then only the prime minister or president of the country or their cabinet will be accused for wrongdoing. And in the entire country, all the police and justice system will be abolished.

Flawed approach


So it is obvious that this is a utopian idea not to blame junior wts /LFTS or post holding margiis for their mistakes. “Only Central Purodhas should be accused;” this idea is completely flawed. Those who follow and preach this idea, will never get success. Because corrupt cadres cannot bring revolution. That’s why Baba has given the slogan, “Moralists of the world unite.”


Ananda Marga ideology teaches, “All Ananda Margis, when they see other Margis acting against the principles of Yama and Niyama, must make them shun this habit either by sweet or harsh words or by dealing even more strictly. Thus they will have to make the society strong. Henceforth I direct every Ananda Margi to keep strict vigilance on other Ananda Margi to make them practise the principles of Yama and Niyama and also to accept calmly directions of other Margis in this connection.” (2)

Sadguru Baba guides us how there can never be unity among the various dogmatic religions because they are bogged down in their own rituals. They do not follow the path of true spirituality.

Ananda Marga philosophy states: "How far is the unification of all religions possible?
“Ans.: – To seek infinite bliss is the only dharma of humanity. Humanity has but one dharma. Thus, the question of the unification of religions does not arise. The apparent dissimilarity between various religions arising due to differences in their ritualistic practices is not a spiritual difference. Whenever rituals dominate and efforts to attain bliss are feeble, whatever that may be, it is not spirituality." (1)


Interfaith union is bogus idea

The entire concept of “interfaith”, i.e. joining or uniting the religions, is a bogus idea not condoned by Ananda Marga ideology. Uniting the various religions is like uniting all kinds of anti-social elements or thieves. The work of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha is to eliminate all those dogmatic religions. They are the root cause of so many problems. When the unification of the religions is impossible the very term interfaith is preposterous.

As the dharma Guru, Sadguru Baba would never compromise with the dogmatic religions; rather He pointed out their numerous defects: casteism, idol worship, heaven and hell fallacy etc. And in turn, those religious priests and brahmins waged an all-out war against Baba and the ideals of Ananda Marga.


Rudrananda is praised by dogmatic outdated hindus

Rudrananda is the exact opposite. Rudrananda has forsaken Ananda Marga ideals and latched onto all kinds of religious dogmas in order to gain the praise of others. That is how Rudrananda got this dogmatic, interfaith certificate.

Rudrananda is going against fundamentals of Sadguru’s teachings by recognising interfaith. The terms “belief” and “faith” are bogus ideas. In the dogmatic religions, human rationality is prohibited and there is so much exploitation. Then why should we feel honoured to accept one of their silly awards. It is just like if the meat or tobacco industry presented us with a  certificate of appreciation for being the vanguard of the meat or tobacco industries, is that something we are going to be proud of. Certainly not - no true Ananda Marga will appreciate this. Same is the case with being honoured by this bogus, dogmatic interfaith council. An Interfaith board or council is itself an inherently flawed, harmful, and irrational idea.

Thieves praise other thieves

It is quite apparent that Dada Rudrananda has been in cahoots with religious frauds / fake yogis. Rudrananda and those quasi yogis have been rubbing shoulders and patting each other on the back. Now we see the outcome of that marriage. Those self-purported yoga leaders, who themselves propagate so many dogmas, are heaping huge praise on Dada Rudrananda.

Here we should understand that psychology at play here. Sadguru Baba guides us that those of the same camp always praise each other. Thieves praise other thieves, and dogmatic religious followers praise other dogmatic religious followers.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Within a gang of thieves, one of them says appreciatively, “Oh! The sleight-of-hand of such-and-such other thief is marvellous – he has made a fool of me!” Here one pickpocket is praising another, because they belong to the same group. But one who does not belong to that gang of pickpockets will never appreciate it." (2)

By Baba’s above teaching, it is clear that those dogmatic religious leaders are praising Rudrananda because they view him as one of their own. If they thought he was a true dharmika then they would never praise him. Verily Baba guides us that true dharmikas will never be embraced by dogmatic worshipers. Rather the various religions will revile anyone strictly following Ananda Marga ideology.


Conclusion

Dada Rudrananda is destroying Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha. We should not shake hands with the dogmatic religions. If any religion is appreciating us it means we are also dogmatic. If bad people appreciate you that is the worst outcome. Thieves criticize and lambast moralist judges and those same criminals offer effusive praise and shower lavish gifts on those corrupt judges. The religions are bad. The day when those religions start appreciating Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha it means AMPS has lost its utility. That is the saddest day. Before 1990, no religion appreciated us.

During breakfast, Baba would insist on reading all local Ananda Marga newspapers and then other AM newspapers / letters from around the globe. Thereafter He would read non-margii newspapers. If an Ananda Marga newspaper was not available then He would not take food till He received one. At DMC gatherings, Baba used to tell everyone that they should follow this same approach.

These days in many girls children’s homes, Didis are keeping boys. Usually it is seen that Didis have more attraction towards boys than girls. So a double standard is set. In the same campus boys and girls are living, and boys get preferential treatment as they need not do house chores. And girls have to do everything for boys. This typically happens in Indian village life. But that is dogma. Baba opposes that. There should be equal opportunity and no preferential treatment.

Here the basic flaw is that boys are not allowed to stay in didis campus. But at present they do. That is sin:
  • #1. All the kids should have equal status that but is not maintained. That is sin
  • #2. When small boys grow due to strong attachment Didis do not want to leave but they leave the boys. This is sin
  • #3. It is very obvious dominance of animal propensity of Didis. Unfortunately this is going on.

Gender separated children’s home

Some boys reach the age of 18 or even 21, and still they are staying in Didis' campus. When mostly adult women are there and they are living among them. This is so outrageous that new readers may not believe that this could happen. Imagine if a boy started living in a girls only hostel then there would be an uproar in the whole society. But this sin is going on in AMPS. The negative side is that when those girls grow and become Wts then many of them start affairs with some male Wt. Because they are raised in that manner.

Before 1990 this was unheard of. So you can imagine if one wt Didi of 25 - 60 years old is sleeping with a 17 - 22 year old young man. We should not keep quiet. Everybody should follow Baba’s system of gender-separated children’s home. Some may think that there is nothing we can do. But the answer is that you can do everything. Do not donate when Baba’s system is not being followed. By this economic pressure the negative forces will be forced to change their behaviour. It is the duty of every disciple of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti not to go against His teaching. One should not support any activity which goes against the basic guideline of Baba. In this way, boys should be transferred to same gender institutions. They should not live with the opposite sex.

This is the new normal, although very sinful, that late teenage boys are sleeping with Didis. But if Dadas started keeping teenager girls then whole society would revolt and make revolution. Sin and hypocrisy is going on in broad daylight.

Nowadays Didi have a teenage boy in didi women only campus quarters. But if a Dada had a teenage girl with them then people would consider it scandalous. But that is a double standard.

This style has been the downfall of many religions and spiritual communities. We should not let our Ananda Marga suffer the same fate.

As some of you may recognise, the Didi referred to above is Didi Ananda D and the young man is Shubham. According to the following procedural order, Didi Ananda D is disobeying Baba and contravening His stated guideline. Here following is Baba's own Procedural Order which states that our Ananda Marga schools must not be co-ed once children have reached the age of puberty.

As per rules, co-education is allowed in our Schools up to Standard V. but boys who are learning in Std. V or below but have crossed twelve years of age will not be permitted to study in any of our lady managed Schools. Similarly girls who are learning in Std. V or below but have crossed 12 years of age, shall not be allowed to study in our Schools (for boys).

Note: Standard V is the equivalent of 5th grade or 5th class in the western system.

According to Baba's above yellow highlighted procedural order on co-education, there are two determining factors. If one has reached the age of 12 then that is one point to separate males and females in their schooling. Secondly, if any student has completed Standard V grade, they must be in gender-separated learning environment. So if one has completed standard V and still is not 12yrs of age, then they cannot continue into grade VI in a co-ed school. Thus, boys and girls cannot attend the same school if they are of 12 years of age or have completed Standard V grade, whichever comes first.

The real essence of the order is based upon adolescence or puberty. Once the mammary glands have developed in girls and the related glands for boys, then they cannot attend the same school. That is Baba's guideline.

So nowadays when in some parts of the world, girls and boys enter into adolescence at the age of 8, then that marks the time they must attend a single-gender school.

Way to create future sadvipras

Here below Baba guide us to start primary schools throughout the world.

(Note: Baba is adamantly against the build-up of any high school until we have our Ananda Marga primary schools in each and every village of this earth. On this very point, Baba has given the logic and reasoning. By Ananda Marga primary schools, Ananda Marga bhagavad dharma will established little by little. I don't know anyone who does not understand this point - i.e. all understand.)

Due to poor education, the mindset of many teenagers has be ruined and with the spread of neo-humanistic education at the primary school level, it will be much easier to create margiis in the future.

Ananda Marga ideology states, “We must start primary schools throughout the entire world to create a spiritual urge amongst the little pupils. I am not in favour of starting colleges; I am in favour of starting primary schools. In the entire world we have got one degree college at Ananda Nagar and thousands of kindergarten schools. That is why it is desirable in the first phase to start many primary schools instead of colleges. Merely opening high schools and colleges without a proper system of education will not serve the purpose. Rather, thousands of kindergarten and primary schools must be started with this new system of education, to create a spiritual urge amongst children throughout the entire world.” (1)

NY retreat: unique competition at Ananda Kanan

NY retreat: unique competition at Ananda Kanan

Look at what these AK retreat attendees are doing in this photo. They are holding spoon in their mouth with a ping pong ball on top. And they are walking around trying to balance the ball. This is the type of playing with toys etc is done by small kids around the globe. Because they cannot understand higher and subtler things. See the standard of the trainers and organisers of the AK retreat.

In the name of a margii gathering, the retreat organisers brought non-margiis and to entertain them they engaged in these types of activities. Next year to attract many people, there is a plan to make a sand pit that is commonly used for 5 - 6 year-old kids to play. And in the end it will be announced that it was a grand retreat.

This is the scene at the Ananda Kanan retreat, where Rudrananda was the kingpin.


Conclusion

When by your conduct long-term margiis and Wts avoid you like the plague, then in result such things happen. That is why the so-called new margiis who come to one retreat, never return for the next retreat. You are depending upon bringing people to the retreat on a one-time basis for entertainment.

You know very well, this is dada Shankaranandji. Baba created avadhutas so as to propagate Ananda Marga ideals across the planet. Just see what is going on.







Here the chief concern is that it contravenes Ananda Marga ideology. As you can see the female. It is obvious he is giving in to pseudo-culture sexual appeal etc. So Dadaji failed to live up to the standard of Ananda Marga teachings.
Unfortunately this senior Dada has disobeyed Guru. Everybody knows that an avadhuta is dedicated to propagate the gospel of Ananda Marga philosophy. But the avadhuta who did this fell from that oath. Dadaji’s duty was to highlight bhagavad dharma but sadly instead he became the agent of pseudo-culture. In doing this, Dadaji is going against many conduct rules. That is why he is a degraded Wt.

Our guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji has given various conduct rules which are appended below. We are all disciples of Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji, and He has given us all the duty to follow the conduct rules and make others follow as well.

People will be harmed: by defect in the conduct of an ácárya
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas." (1)
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Bear in mind that people may be harmed or misled by even a small weakness or defect in the conduct of an ácárya. Just as it is the duty of a father to educate his children properly by his good conduct, an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words." (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy warns how improper leadership brings terrible harm to society.
Ananda Marga ideology says, “Today there is catastrophe and misery in human society and there is one reason: the defective leadership of society. People blindly follow even unintelligent leaders. The leaders hypnotize and attract thousands with their tall talks, gestures and other dramatics. Understand that the poverty and misery of any people in any country are the sins of the leaders. True leaders should always be vigilant and think how to work best for human society: they must be ever cautious that under their guidance the people are not led to darkness, death and immorality.” (3)


Wt conduct rules
Here are Sadguru Baba’s guidelines for all wholetimer Dadas and Didis of the Marga.
- WT Conduct Rule: "You will protect yourself from sexual weakness and luxury." (WT Conduct Rules, Fourteen Points, pt #12)
- WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex except at the time of nursing [administering medical care]." (37 Workers Rules, pt #15)
Note: The above conduct rule contains an exception. Here is the explanation. Suppose there is an accident and the injured party is of the opposite sex; the patient has a wound on their face, and a Wt is on the scene to help. When serving the patient of the opposite sex and tending to their wound, that Wt will have to look at their face in order to offer the requisite care needed. Outside of this circumstance, there is no need for any wholetimer to look at the face of the opposite sex. That is why the rule is that if a Wt is talking with the opposite sex then they will look towards the ground and not the face of the opposite sex.
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika shall treat every woman of the world...as mother." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #11)
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika must not remain in a lonely place with any female." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #13)
Avadhuta must not engage
- Wt conduct rule: “Under no circumstances should the purity of the mind and body be polluted.” (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #30)
- WT conduct rule: “Avadhuta must not engage his ears in hearing obscene language or song, touch any rajasika articles, see any depraving entity or picture, or go through any story, novel or picture having even a slight bit of sexual importance... All avadhutas should learn this mantra by heart: O Bhiks´u, O monk. Control your eyes, hearing, smell, tongue (taste), body, lips (speech) and mind. You should have all-round restraint, then you will overcome all pain (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #32)
The letter, word, and spirit of Sadguru’s guidelines are that there must be clear and cordial separation between male Wts and female Wts - between members of the opposite sex. This is highly important to have a successful and thriving Wt cadre.
