News: trying to unite AMPS via the court

Today on 12th September, around 11 am to 11:30, in the case of title suit 305/2003 governing body, 2 senior WT workers and 2 senior Grihi Margi together filed an Intervention Implementation Application in the case. It has about 12 points.Kolkata's governing body has been challenged by calling it an illegal governing body and Ranchi's Purodha Pramukh as an illegal Purodha. And the application file will be accepted on the next date. Today, our application has also been served to both groups in the court. Both groups will respond to that application on the next date. 🔥

Regarding intervention🔥 After
discussing with legal experts, it has come to the conclusion that the
application submitted in the court by Dada Mantra Chetanananda Avdhoot
and his other colleagues is actually an Intervention / Implementation
Application given under Order 1 Rule 10(2) CPC and Section 151 CPC. This
simply means that: 👉 In
the original case (Title Suit No. 305 of 2003), there is a dispute
going on between the Plaintiff (Ananda Marga Pracharak Sangha and
others) and the Defendant (Acarya Raghunath Prasad and others).
👉 Now
the third party (Acharya Mantrachetnanand ji and other members) is
requesting the court to add them as Defendants in this case, so that
their side can also be heard and the real dispute can be resolved. In
simple language: This is not a separate case, but a demand for entry in
the same ongoing case by saying *"We are also affected, we should also
be heard"*. This is called Intervention / Implementation
Petition. ⚖️*When can the court agree❓*⚖️ ★If
the interest of these new applicants is directly affected. ★If they
prove that “proper and complete settlement” of the case is not possible
without hearing them. ⚖️ *When can the court dismiss ❓*⚖️ ★If
their interest is very indirect. ★If their purpose is only to prolong
the case. ★If the court believes that their rights are already protected
and a separate case can be filed.
👉 Acarya Mantrachetnanand ji must have told the court that: ★They are members of Anand Marg. ★Both the Plaintiffs and Defendants groups are “violating the rules of the organization”. ★They have the correct interpretation of the original Constitution/Bylaws (1981) and Karyacarya. ★If they are not heard, the rights of the rest of the members (who are not in any group) will be affected. Therefore, he has requested the court to add him as a Defendant in this case.
[13/09, 7:15 am] MC Anand: The
entire team of Inter Bin Case has no connection with any group or
GCU. We have started this team on an individual basis. Earlier, we tried
to get everyone to work together to do this work. But when it was seen
that most of the people are ready to give moral support. But when it
comes to tying a bell around their neck, those people do not come
forward openly due to their personal reasons or family problems. Then
for about a year, such people were searched who would be ready to tie a
bell around their neck. Then their team was formed, and after working
day and night on this legal work, the team got success. Nothing remains
hidden. When the time comes, the team members will also be made open.

Arpitananda ji, Mantrachetanand is just a puppet of
Baba. Mantrachetanand is dancing like a puppet the way Baba would make
his puppet dance. There is a team of 7/8 advocates to do this work. In
which 3 are non Margi advocates. Rest all are Margi brother
advocates. Apart from these advocates, guidance of many senior WT
workers is also included. All of them have been giving their full
contribution according to their capacity since the last few months. Such
a big work cannot be done without a team. If you want to thank, then
thank the whole team and encourage their morale. Help me to protect me
from falling down of my spiritual progress by knowingly or unknowingly
creating ego in me by giving credit only to me for this work.
[13/09, 7:15 am] MC Anand: *Special
notice* It was known through reliable sources that a meeting was held
in Anand Nagar on 6/7 September 2025 under the Global Meet. A delegation
of their Grahi Margis met DM Purulia on 8 September in the afternoon
and put forward their demands through a memorandum. The first delegation
met DM Purulia. So DM Purulia said that in this regard you people
(delegation) should meet ADM Purulia, he takes care of everything, I (DM
Purulia) will also call him (ADM Purulia). After that the delegation
met ADM Purulia.

The
delegation had a special demand. Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh was that
Shri Shri Anandmurti Ji always used to do New Year DMC on 30/31 December
and 1 January. But now, due to Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh being divided
into Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group, Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh's New
Year DMS is not happening on 30/31 December and 1 January. Therefore,
all Anand Margis are facing a lot of trouble. If you (ADM Purulia) will
give the date of DMS to be held in Anand Marg New Year as 30/31 December
and 1 January, then it will be a great favor from you. We all Anand
Margis want *"One AMPS One DMS"*.
ADM Purulia also put forward his point to the delegation. He said that:-
1) If you want that there should be *"One AMPS One DMS"*, then you people (delegation) bring the order from the court. We (ADM Administration) will implement that court order. Without a court order, it will be impossible for us (ADM administration) to get "one AMPS one DMS" done.
2) Because Anand Marg has got the status of a religious institution from the Supreme Court. Due to the status of a religious institution, we cannot stop anyone from worshipping their deity or doing a program according to their faith. The way we (Purulia administration) give the date of DMS to Kolkata group and Ranchi group, in the same way if you people (Pratinidhi Mandal) also ask for a date to do your DMS, then Purulia administration will also give you the date of DMS.
3) If you (Pratinidhi Mandal) want that Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh should have *"one AMPS one DMS"*, without a court order, it will not be possible to give the date of New Year *"one AMPS one DMS"* of 30/31 December and 1 January for Anand Nagar.
