Namaskar.
With all humility, 1 would like to bring to your notice some serious concerns regarding our mission. Before going into the details of these concerns, I would like to state that I am not against any individual or group (IF IT EXISTS AT ALL).
I write this regarding a so-called resolution, allegedly signed by three Purodha Board members, which has been doing the rounds on social media for quite some time now. A resolution of the Purodha Board acquires validity only when it is passed in a meeting duly convened and presided over by the genuine chairperson of the Board, the Purodha Pramukha. The responsibility of chairing the Purodha Board rests with the Purodha Pramukha alone. No such meeting was convened by me, nor was any held in my presence. I also did not authorize anyone to chair a Purodha board meeting in my absence. In the absence of the genuine chairperson, the document being circulated carries no value whatsoever. The allegations levelled against me are entirely false and must have been made with ill motive. Only the persons involved can reveal their motives.
I have also received genuine information that one of the members of the Purodha Board has formally withdrawn their name from this resolution. Seen from that angle alone, the so-called resolution now stands in the name of only two members out of four. This further nullifies the resolution.
Furthermore, the position of Purodha Pramukha is a lifelong one, whereas membership of the Purodha Board carries a validity of only five years. Those whose office carries a validity of merely five years cannot take any drastic step against a lifelong Purodha Pramukha. Any decision taken by three members without the knowledge of the Purodha Pramukha, and without the sanction of Caryacarya, stands outside the discipline of our Marga. Whoever associates themselves with such decisions or resolutions does so entirely at their own risk. My family and I stay in MG Quarters due to the physical desire of Baba, and He has also issued an office order regarding this. Nothing further needs to be done concerning this right to stay in, and the management of, MG Quarters. If, on account of any false campaign, any harm is caused to me or to my family — which came into existence due to His desire - the persons involved in this hate campaign will remain fully responsible.
The administration at the centre is managed by Wholetimers, while the field and its structure are held together by both Margis and Wholetimers. I was elected as President by the General Members of the Governing Body of AMPS. This decision was also supported by our Wholetime workers and Margii brothers and sisters. In 2014, majority of Purodhas legally declared me the Purodha Pramukha in a resolution and had the resolution duly recorded. About my health, let me speak plainly. I underwent heart bypass surgery three years ago, and so I live with certain restrictions. My cardiologist, nephrologist, ophthalmologist and endocrinologist have imposed these restrictions upon me for the sake of longevity and a better quality of life. Despite all this, I remain active throughout the day, and I fulfil all the responsibilities given to me by Baba with full sincerity. 1 am a single-person army engaged in the work I have committed to my Gurudeva. To carry out the organisational work, I am supported by many Central Secretaries, Sectorial Secretaries, Regional Secretaries and others. All information regarding organisational activities reaches me through the General Secretary, my Personal Assistants) and the different departmental secretaries. Because of this protocol, no organisational work remains pending. Besides fulfilling the duties Baba gave me, I also perform the duties given to me by the organisation, in accordance with the restrictions imposed by my doctors.
It is precisely for this reason that a Working President is in place — appointed for a tenure of one year, which may be extended or terminated depending upon his performance. This was done at the demand of the workers a few years back.
Now the future of the present administration rests upon the cumulative decision of all sections. If any section is left out, it will prove disastrous for the organisation in the long run. Our organisation has passed through many ups and downs due to whimsical decisions in the past, and I sincerely hope that no future whimsical decision again disrupts the functioning of the organisation, for it is our organisation and the extended society that suffer the most as result. We cannot afford any more such disruptions to hamper our Beloved Baba's mission, which He built so painstakingly.
Let Baba's desire guide us in making the correct decisions.
