Alert: wolf Rudrananda is in NY sector to devour all lands

Dada Rudrananda has secretly arrived there in NY sector; he is at the New York Sectorial Office. This marks a big change because he has gone to NY to destroy the sector. His stooge SS Dada Abhiramananda invited Rudrananda in order to empty all the coffers of the sector and get rid of any properties and assets. This is their big powerplay to ransack the sector.
A first move they plan to make is to sell the master unit in Canada, Ananda Kanak. The entire master unit was donated 100% to AMPS decades ago. So it was owned outright. Then SS Dada Vimalananda - under the aegis of Rudrananda - mortgaged the entire property and all the money is now gone. At present, the liability for the property is $90,000; please see the financial report below. And each year the interest increases the mortgage by $8,000 - $10,000. Now Rudrananda has given the order to Abhiramananda to sell the master unit. This is how they are systematically destroying NY sector. Rake it for all it is worth and then dump it into the ocean.
In this way, step by step, Rudrananda is laying his eyes on the lay of the land to see first-hand how he can profit and ruin the sector. All know that he ordered the sale of the original sectorial office, numerous properties in Mexico, and so many more assets are secretly on the books to be sold. Rudrananda has gone there to take a last walk through to make his final choices.
So everyone should be aware and keep sharp eyes all around. Otherwise, the already damaged NY sector may never be the same again.
