Deception by Rudrananda: example

Before 1990, when DMC was held in a particular area, then simply the dates and places were conveyed via Wts and other margis - either personally, or by phone, or by letters, or simple pamphlets. There was no mention about that area’s local historical sites or Hindu temples etc that were near the DMC pandal. Rather, our Ista and adarsha were highlighted.

Sinful promotion of idol worship

But it has become the norm for DMS brochures and pamphlets to highlight outdated, local pilgrimages and tourist destinations like different Hindu temples, hills, dogmatic places of worship, and mountain peaks etc. All these local “attractions” have been highlighted as special places to go to and visit at DMS - i.e. sightseeing etc. This means the aim of DMS function has become secondary, and the places of time-killing entertainment and harmful pilgrimages have become primary.

We all know that Sadguru Baba clearly pointed out the defects of such dogmatic tiirthas (so-called holy places) and never recommended visiting any Hindu shrines, temples, or other sites as a tiirtha. Yet the DMS organizers have written and glorified such outdated, dogmatic, harmful tiirtha sites as if they are recognized by Ananda Marga philosophy. It is a total sham and misleading to margiis, as well as the general public. This is the harmful scene that is occurring.

H group encourages idol worship

Please see the the Hindi below propagated by the organizers of the upcoming Gorakhpur DMS to be held 12th & 13th October 2019:

(A) On DMS brochure, in the middle panel they have highlighted 4 dogmatic temples photos and local tourist places. While all four are bad, the top two are the absolute worst:

(B) Look also at the right panel of the below brochure and how they have a halo or jyoti light emanating from PP Vishvadevananda’s face as if he is some great entity, when in fact he is the spineless stooge of Rudrananda. PP is responsible for all the sins Rudrananda is committing day and night. This is the same type of ploy dogmatic religious groups do with their stone or gold deity. They impose effulgence and halos etc to make their idol seem divine, but it is all just a deceptive strategy. And now we see that same act employed in AMPS. It is the height of hypocrisy because Vishvadevananda is fully complicit in all the sins enacted by Rudrananda. What to speak of being a divine being or a great dharmika, PP is a wet rag in the clenched fist of Rudrananda.

(C) Remember, our DMS programs are meant to espouse and propagate the ideals of bhagavad dharma and highlight the glory of Marga Guru Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji. But sadly, that is not the message that this brochure conveys.

Dogmatic images of center panel of DMS brochure

#1: Gorakshnath Temple: This is the home of dogmatic idol worship. As we know, idol worship is the most egregious type of sin, mahapapa. Yet here a full colour photo of this temple known all over for its idol worship has been given a glorified place on this DMS brochure. The whole notion is quite repugnant.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Those who in the name of the beginningless, endless, formless Brahma worship idols, are indulging in deliberate slander. You must not give indulgence to this type of Mahapápa (great sin).” (1)

#2: Giita Press: This building is where they publish books promoting dogmatic Hindu idol worship. This photo has no business being in our DMS brochure. Sadguru Baba pointed out all the defects and harmful effects of the dogmatic Hindu idol worship, and our AM faced so much backlash and hatred from those Hindu fundamentalist idol worshipers, yet here the DMS organisers are shaking hands and boosting up the image of these dogmatic Hindu idol worshipers on the pages of our own DMS brochure.

Seeing this, people’s first impression of this DMS brochure will be that this some type of dogmatic Hindu idol worship programme. Only hijackers of AMPS could have created such a brochure. DMS is designed to be about the propagation of dharma. We have to promote our high ideals of neo-humanism and AM spiritual values etc. But instead they have created a bogus brochure that highlights, glorifies, and encourages idol worship and the promotion of dogmatic Hindu idols.

The term “Shraddheya” has also been used before PP’s name. This is Rudrananda’s strategy to promote his rag doll, i.e. this PP, as something great so he [Rudrananda] can usurp that power. Here Rudrananda was to impose and reserve the dogmatic phrase “shraddheya PP Dada” in order to place PP on a godly pedestal and make family margiis feel inferior. This is all part of Rudrananda’s concocted plan to magnify and wield his own power and influence.

Below is 2015 DMS

Now, I have seen some DMS brochures and pamphlets (Viz. Devghar and Kullu Manali) that highlight the places of pilgrimage like different temples, hills, mountain peaks, snowy weather etc. All these local “attractions” have been highlighted as special places to go to and visit - i.e. sightseeing etc. This means the aim of DMS function has become secondary and the places of entertainment and pilgrimage have become primary.

We all know that Revered Gurudev clearly explains about "tiirthas" as tire sthitah yah sah tiirthah, and never recommends visiting any temple or other sites as a tiirtha. Yet the organizers have expressed as if such dogmatic tiirtha sites are recognized by Ananda Marga philosophy. So such organizers are misleading common margiis of the world. This is the harmful scene that is occurring.

Here following is a direct translation of their DMS brochure where they are highlighting the glory of Kullu. They claim it is spiritually vibrated land and by visiting there the kundalinii will raise to higher cakras. That is the overall sense of the left column of the below scan. It is also depicted how thousands upon thousands of religious pilgrims regularly come to this site to salute this spiritual place and gain mukti / moksa etc. So please come here for spiritual enlightenment. That is the gist of the below scan.

Is this not appalling. Ananda Marga has been created to root out this type of religious dogma and now our very own DMS brochures are highlighting and glorifying such dogmas.
