Baba
Mentally sick fellow
Namaskar,
Various people react differently to the same set of circumstances. For example, if one person in the market suddenly abused Mr. A and Mr. B. Then Mr. A and Mr B will react differently. By listening to the unjust abuse, Mr A violently kicked the boy in his stomach. In contrast, when the same person abused Mr. B then Mr. B remained calm and patient to see how the situation developed.
According to the above teaching, Mr A has a weak mind because of his hasty, knee-jerk reaction. Whereas Mr B has a stronger mind as he exercised restraint over his motor organs. The final teaching is, “Do not react immediately - try to have control over your organs and do not allow your hands, feet, mouth etc (i.e. the motor organs) to quickly and impulsively jump into action.” For that mental force is needed. Otherwise those organs will react automatically, without the support of the intellect.

Ananda Marga ideology says, “Imagine a scoundrel is standing in front of you. The man is such a rogue that you feel like slapping him, but do not actually do it. It is only when you decide, ‘Let me slap that scoundrel’, that your hands actually strike him. When the inner urge to externalise the feeling becomes strong enough, your hands leap into action. A great person is one who has complete control over the externalisation of thoughts. A thought will not always be expressed physically. One may have a desire to hit someone or a desire to steal, but never actually does it due to one’s self control.” (1)
Example of weak-minded wts
Here is a recent case incident related with this topic.
On a recent Sunday, after the monthly kiirtan, puja svadhyaya etc, margiis were going to attend the feast in the hall. The ex-BP of south Delhi, Arvind, was playing with his kids. Rudrananda came with his yes-man Madhuvratananda. They started personally accusing Arvind and verbally attacking him. In this commotion Rudrananda became furious and raised his hand and struck Arvind. Somehow Arvind saved himself and in return Arvind attempted to strike back on Rudrananda. But Rudrananda escaped and Arvind’s fist hit the disciple Madhuvratananda. So many margiis were there but nobody came forward to save the situation. Everyone was repulsed by the awful behaviour of Rudrananda and Madhuvratananda. Seeing this chaos and commotion, Arvind’s 11-month-old infant started crying out loud.Whatever may be the reason, but there are many wt's who have captured significant post in AMPS. They have a very weak mind. And this is due to neglect of sadhana. Here is further evidence about this: In reportings RDS IRSS meetings etc, these wt's on meaningless points, in kneejerk reaction yell, threaten, verbally abuse, and even worse; they may try to physically attack their subordinates. And while doing so, their face becomes red, their hands tremble, and their blood pressure goes up, and from their mouth spews extremely dirty language. This type of scene is not hidden in their inner chamber only. Near Ananda Marga jagritis where non-Margiis are living, they know very well. Because they see and hear this type of filth often. This is unfortunate, but it is happening. And the reason is, lack of sadhana. You can also see practically; put some camera around your nearby Ananda Marga ashram.

Conclusion
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, that once in a while after several years, such an outburst of emotion happens. These types of ghastly behaviors towards others are a regular phenomenon these days, in AMPS premises. And sometimes at the railway station even unfortunately.
According to the aforesaid Baba’s teaching, those who display such behaviors prove by their conduct that they have a very weak mind. Because they do not have mental control over their nerve fibers. This letter illustrates this very point.
Namaskar,
In Him,
Svarnadiipti

Heaps of regret and extreme disappointment
"Kabe hari ámár hobe, se diner pratiikśáy áchi…” (Prabhat Samgiita #4525)
Purport:
O’ Hari, I am waiting for that blessed occasion when You become my very own. That is my sole desire. Morning and night, every single moment, I am thinking of You, counting the days.
O’ Taraka Brahma, I have searched for You in the hills and caverns, and have wandered around and performed rituals at countless so-called holy places. I went to many dogmatic religious sites near rivers and oceans, and sought You in the flower garden, forests, and in various tiirthas and so-called holy places like - Rome, Jerusalem, and I also went to Ananda Nagar, Tiljala, Jamalpur, Varanasi, Puri, Mecca and the top of the Himalayan mountain ranges etc - all done in hopes of getting a glance of You but could not get You anywhere. I looked for You everywhere with the hope that somewhere I will find You. But in the end I was only met with heaps of regret and extreme disappointment.
O’ the Eternal Charioteer of this world kuruks’etra, You never get any respite. All the 24 hours You are engaged helping others. Friends and foes alike, all take shelter in You. I have heard their stories and they all told of Your greatness…

Those other mean-minded persons are the real sinners
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “The solution to all these different antisocial activities is hidden in the creation of a sound economic and social structure. The man who is despised as a thief or treated with contempt by society might have been a genius if he had been brought up in a healthy social environment. The woman who is shunned as a prostitute might have been respected as the leader of a women’s organization or honoured as the mother of a famous person, had she received a little sympathy from society in the early part of her life. That is why I contend that those unfortunate men and women carry a burden of sin created through the collective efforts of society as a whole. They are not responsible for their sins, or if they are, their sins are considerably less, or at least no greater, than the sins of selfish, mean-minded people who call themselves honest.“ (1)
