The following is the disgusting incident which occurred recently in Mumbai. Didi Ánanda Sampúrńá (age 70) is suffering from cancer. She is under treatment, taking chemotherapy in regular intervals. To take the chemotherapy, she comes to Mumbai and stays for a few weeks at a time. This is going on for the last few years.

Didi Ánanda Madhurá kicked out the terminally ill wt from the jágrti

We have our Ánanda Márga Didis’ jágrti in Mumbai. What could be a better place for Didi Ánanda Sampúrńá to go and stay than there, in the loving care of the local Didi Ánanda Madhurá. But it did not work out that way. At Midnight, Didi Ánanda Madhurá kicked out the sick wt from the jágrti. Despite requests and entreaties from various Márgiis and concerned people, Didi Ánanda Madhurá did not budge. This incident is extremely ghastly. One long term wt, aged 70 years, suffering from cancer, and taking shelter for a few days in our own jágrti, with another Didi (Didi Ánanda Maiṋjarii) who is accompanying the patient, both were forcibly removed, and ejected from the jágrti campus onto the road outside. After this inhumane incident, terminally ill patient Didi Ánanda Sampúrńá reached to some Márgii's home. The next day, all concerned Márgiis were informed about the situation. And most Márgiis found that this case is one of the worst which they could imagine. And when they all requested with the local Didi that she should rethink again, and allow the patient to stay there a few days for chemo, she did not budge.

So, you can see just how much degeneration has happened in our AMPS. Our Guru says, “One who does not come forward to help when seeing a person in distress is unworthy to be called a human being – he or she is a slur on Ánanda Márga.” (1)

Didi Ánanda Madhurá is demon in saffron robe

So, when initially one becomes wt, then they want to do social service. And in due course, as a result of not following wt conduct rules, slowly the mind degenerates. And falls to the abyss of this type of demon in saffron robe. It is so unfortunate. The demonic wt Ánanda Madhurá was complaining that the patient's behavior is not sweet. Can you imagine? A person who is suffering for the past two years with cancer, under chemo treatment, and Ánanda Madhurá Didi kicked out the patient under false excuses that her behavior was not good.

The question is, why Ánanda Madhurá Didi is so protective toward that premises, which she will have to leave one day when she dies. No one can remain anywhere forever, so how did she become so attached to that place. And how did she become so degenerated.

Ánanda Madhurá is a cheat

She sells most donated articles

Didi Ánanda Madhurá had created a facade, and convinced non-Márgii donors that she is running a grand orphanage where countless children are fed and educated. In result, cash, kind, and varieties of materials are pouring into that place by the contributions of philanthropic non-Márgiis. Believing that as a monk Didi must be honest. But the fact is very different. She is a cheat. She sells most of the articles to local shopkeepers etc. Anyone can go to that neighborhood and easily confirm these facts. And of course, cash donations she hides in her black account. So, this is one of the main reasons that Didi Ánanda Madhurá does not want that anyone should stay there. Didi Ánanda Madhurá does not want someone to reside there at the jágrti, and see goods being sold and by that come to know of Didi Ánanda Madhurá’s hypocrisy in selling donated goods.

When the girl could not vomit the sweet, didi started beating

Didi Ánanda Madhurá is extremely mean-minded and greedy also. And the proof is that she always keeps the kitchen door locked. You can imagine! Where kids are living how can you keep the kitchen door locked. Kids are not like elders, who hardly get hungry. So didi moves through the towns and cities, and locks the kitchen. Nobody is allowed to open the door without her permission. And that permission is very limited, confined to just a few times a day. This is the kind of punishment she metes out to the kids and others who come to live there.

One time, one child secretly took didi’s hidden sweet from the fridge. When she came to know that the child recently ate her sweet, then didi threatened her with rage, that "You have to vomit, and the sweet should come out so I can eat it!"

Human-shaped animals are in wt uniform

When the poor girl could not vomit forcibly, didi started beating her. And the girl, to save her own life started running away. Didi continued chasing and beating her, and the crying girl ended up outside. The neighbors saw the girl outside and rescued her. By that, the police also became involved. The police came and wanted to arrest her, but somehow with a warning they let her go.

So you see, this type of human-shaped animals are in wt uniform. We are all very fortunate that the number of such animals is low. And these animals befool the public in the name of their childrens home, and they swallow all the donations and torture and starve the children, and keep the kitchen locked. And if their fellow didis i.e. senior wts fall sick, then what to speak of arranging for their hospice care which is needed for dying patients, they kick the patients out from the premises in the middle of the night.

This didi's demonic stories are countless. In the future, from time to time I will write and post them.

Conclusion

Now I request all kind-hearted Márgiis to come forward and resolve this situation, and allow Didi Ánanda Sampúrńá to stay in our didi's jágrti for the period of cancer chemotherapy treatment.

More mysterious and terrible things

Note: All these three Didis belong to Giitá’s group. These aforementioned Didis, including the sick Didi Ánanda Sampúrńá, her attendant Didi Ánanda Maiṋjarii, and Didi Ánanda Madhurá, all belong to Didis Ánanda Giitá’s group.

People may think that, “When all these three Didis belong to the same faction, then why are they dead enemies of each other? And why is Didi Ánanda Giita keeping quiet, and not ordering Didi Ánanda Madhurá to not behave like a wild animal?” The obvious reason is that every month, Didi Ánanda Madhurá fills the pocket of Didi Ánanda Giitá. Due to her greed, she is keeping quiet.

Generally, people think that obese people have more kindness. But here, that formula fails. Didi Ánanda Giitá is like an elephant; but as much physical weight as she possesses, that much greediness as well she has. She can do anything for money. She approved the job of call girl for Surat Didi (the didi currently posted in Surat). Surat Didi moves from one hotel to the next all night long. Márgiis complained, but because Surat Didi gives money, so Didi Ánanda Giitá shook off all those Márgiis. This is all disgraceful. While in pracára wts say that dharma and spirituality is everything and money is nothing; but for some wts it is the complete opposite. They can do the worst of the worst to earn a few pennies. Didi Ánanda Madhurá fills the pocket of Didi Ánanda Giitá. Due to her greed, Giita is keeping quiet. It is not too late; now at least Didi Ánanda Giitá should come forward and allow Didi Ánanda Sampúrńá to come and stay in our Ánanda Márga Didi’s Mumbai jágrti.

It is too late now here in India, for that I am forced to stop here.

See here below how Rudrananda projects himself in a divine and royal manner as he is seated in his grand chair.

Rudrananda is destroying AMPS as quickly as he can. Currently he holds the post of GTS - General Training Secretary. That means he is in charge of all the WT training centres in India and around the globe. And now see terrible state of affairs.

As a comparison, in 1991, there were 85 - 90 WT trainees in three brothers TC, i.e. (1) Varanasi, (2) Gandhidham, and (3) Ananda Shiila.

And now, Gandhidham is closed; and at Ananda Shiila there is no trainee or trainer, only a few wild animals may be inhabiting the premises. And in Varanasi there are only four trainees. And Rudrananda is the in-charge so you can see the great work that he is doing.

Not only that, the entire situation of the WT TC in Sweden is being catastrophically destroyed. There used to be a thriving WT TC in Sweden and one bakery along with four shops that would take in $20,000 - $25,000 USD per month. And now that is in shambles. One shop was sold for $40,000 and now that money is nowhere to be found - no accountability. Another shop closed. And now as I write this the remaining bakery and shops are losing $7,000 per month. And soon the debt will balloon to $10,000 per month. And top of all, there are zero trainees in the TC and the property and buildings are getting more dilapidated with the passing of each month. What was once a thriving complex is now debt-ridden and crumbling into the ground.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Your duty will be to unite the moralists. Let there be two camps. Let there be an open fight. The moralists have been scattered for so long that they could not fight. Ananda Marga philosophy states, “So your duty is three-fold. Your first duty is to observe morality and to do intuitional practices. Without this you cannot have mental determination. Your next duty is to unite the moralists of the world, otherwise Dharma will not endure. The exploited mass who do not observe Yama and Niyama – the cardinal moral principles – cannot fight against their own sense of frustration. It is therefore necessary to unite the moralists. This will be your real Dharma. You will become great by doing this, because ideation of the Great makes a person great. At the third stage, you will have to mercilessly fight against sin wherever it has taken root in this world. You will have to propagate this mission from door to door.” (2)

Ananda Vanii guides us, “The opportunists tried in the past, are trying at present and will try even in the future to fulfil their narrow desires by keeping the human race disunited. By severely reproaching this opportunistic craftiness through your noble deeds, you draw nigh the unknown strangers living far away and build a healthy world-based human family. Ignoring the brute forces, the sky-kissing arrogance, hypocrisy, immorality and glib outbursts of the conceited people, go ahead towards your cherished goal. The blessing of Parama Puruśa shall be with you alone.” (3)

In one discourse Baba says that good people try to make good things, and bad people try to destroy them. Baba further guides, thus you should watch out always. It is just as where one weaver makes cloth, but the rats and termites always try to destroy it. So when you see such things, your duty is to protect the good things. And give a good lesson to those who try to destroy them.

Similar things happened in this case. Baba has given Ananda Marga ideology, and some thieves are stealing Baba's books and printing in their own name, step by step. And here is the example of one thief who got caught red-handed.

See the below scan of a two-page article. BK Rai wrote the question numbers 70 and 71 which are printed in bold on the first of the two pages. The rest of the material-- the answers to the questions-- he stole from “Idea and Ideology”, the last chapter, and stuck in his name. Unfortunately this is not the first time. He is doing this since ages. He is a worthless fellow. He does not have any fear of shame or public humiliation.

So below is the example of BK Rai’s thievery.

Hypocritical ploy of Hindi Prout Editors

Please see the above & below scans, which are in Hindi. Here BK Rai created and printed two questions-- the first numbered ‘70’, and the second number ‘71’. Each of these questions, printed in bold in the upper scan, is one or two sentences long. The remainder of the text in these two pages is all stolen. BK Rai has stolen it from Ananda Marga Philosophy in a Nutshell part 1-4 (Hindi Edn.), pages 118-119. This is the proof that BK Rai steals. He stole from AMP. But there is no citation, and no quote marks. And he puts his name as “collector” i.e. he collected those pages, he gathered these things from somewhere. It could also mean that he collected them from his own old writings in his house. This is a hypocritical ploy also. Because if anybody confronts him about it, then he will reply that “Look, I wrote that I am the collector. So I collected these paragraphs from Ananda Marga Ideology”. Otherwise common readers when they read this article will think BK Rai is a genius, writing both the questions and the answers. Whereas, sadhakas should be honest. Bhaktas always feel happy to glorify their guru. But here it is the opposite case. He wants to glorify himself, after stealing Guru’s teachings and sticking his own name on the article.

If Bk Rai had been a genuine sadhaka, he would have printed clearly that the questions are written by BK Rai, and the answers are quoted and printed from Ananda Marga Philosophy. But he did not do so, so he is a thief.

Conclusion

Now it is the duty of every devoted Margii more so than ever, to protect Baba's discourses. Because, when the guard himself is stealing from the house, then how can we trust? Outwardly it looks like BK Rai is a bonafide sadvipra, but inside he is a thief. Patna Margis think that BK Rai is great. But by his action it is proved that he is lowly.

So we should protect Baba's teachings. Otherwise gradually all the books will be lost. People will go on removing Baba's name, sticking their own name instead, and reprinting them. In AM, degeneration is going on very fast. You see that in the last few decades, so much deterioration came. We should not keep quiet. Start from this very moment. We should not tolerate plagiarism in any form; we have to save our Guru’s teachings.

The editors of the English Prout magazine copy articles from all over the internet and in particular from communist forums to later publish in their magazine. For instance, the articles from the December 2016 edition of Prout English magazine are all copied from various websites (see the list of websites for yourself at the bottom of this posting.

In the magazine there is a single page ‘From the Editors’ at the very beginning, a discourse copied from Baba’s book PNS-15 (with no reference provided), and five pages of photos of AM activities at the very end of the issue. But every single article has been copied from one of several websites listed below.

Hypocrisy: Propagating communism instead of Prout

The editors write at the top of the magazine "A Journal of Proutistic Views and Neo-Humanistic Analysis." However, in reality, the articles are all copied verbatim from various websites and in particular communist ones. Thus, sadly, the Prout magazine is actually a journal of communist views.

Márgiis are cheated

The editors copy articles from the internet and stitch them together in the form of a magazine and sell them to common Márgiis. Márgiis feel that the editors have put a lot of effort in putting together the magazine and read them with a lot of interest and reverence. In addition, Márgiis also recommend this magazine to their non-márgiis friends and relatives. Thus, Márgiis unknowingly read and propagate the copied communist articles thinking that they are reading Proutistic ideas. The money obtained from product promotion and advertisements in the magazine is filling up the pockets of the editors. This is how editors are cheating Márgiis.

Self-deception

In this process, many on the editorial board are involved in self-deception. They cheat themselves thinking they are doing a great service and Baba's work by bringing out Prout magazine. However, in reality, all they are doing is propagating communist ideology by printing communist articles in the Prout Magazine.

Summary

Prout magazine (English edition) editors have been found to be copying articles from the internet and that too from the communist portals. Later the ‘stolen’ articles are purportedly published as Prout ideas and analysis. This is a fraud on the part of Prout editors as they pocket the money from the subscribers and sponsors while delivering copied articles which are often infested with rotten communist ideology. Common Márgiis read as well as recommend the copied articles from the Prout English magazine thinking that they are reading great Proutistic ideas. This has to be put to an end if we are to even think of establishing Prout in the society. Readers are encouraged to contact editors of Prout English magazine (see links).

Our English Prout Editors have printed nine articles in the December 2016 issue of English Prout. This has been done in the name of Prout, when in reality all nine of these have been copied from leftist and communist websites. Such deception is quite unfortunate.

Outlandish assertions of Dada B

Note: This was first posted in May of 2011, and since this is such an important topic we present again here for your review. It details an interaction between Ac Bhaskarananda Avt and Shrii Narayan Panda.

Once in 2008 or so, Ac Bhaskarananda Avt telephoned me and requested me to kindly arrange food for his lunch in Vishakhapatnam station during his journey from Howrah to Yashvantpur. I gladly accepted his request and went to the railway station to hand over the food packet. At that meeting, Dada Bhaskarananda ji immediately started telling me why he joined the Kolkata Administration. Dadaji wanted to justify his allegiance. On that day, Dada presented two claims about Sadguru Baba’s discourses.

Dada's first bogus claim: Bengali is original

#1) Bengali should be treated as the "original" language for all of Baba's discourses.

That means even if Baba has delivered the discourse originally in Hindi, then that Hindi should be translated into Bengali, which then becomes the new master or "original." Using the Bengali as the new source text, the discourse should be translated from Bengali back into Hindi, and from Bengali to English and then into other languages. So even though it is a Hindi discourse, Dada Bhaskarananda claims that Bengali should be treated as the original. And on the inside of the book it should state: "Translated from the original Bengali." They want to make it appear as though Baba delivered every discourse in Bengali when in fact Baba originally gave discourses in many other languages. So this is the convoluted and misleading way Dada Bhaskarananda and certain Publications officials want to publish Baba's discourses.

Dada's second bogus claim: "peasant English"

#2) Those in attendance for Baba's English DMC discourses were not up to the proper standard so Baba spoke in simple or "peasant" English.

Those who attended DMC were of a lowly standard so Baba used "peasant" English to communicate with them. Hence it was necessary to put those English discourses into Bengali and then translate that Bengali back into proper English.

Upon hearing this, Pandaji reflected: "Internally, I got annoyed with Da'da' because who is he to comment whether Ba'ba' was thinking that He would speak standard English, or poor quality English. If it is so, let us examine Baba's first discourse on microvita in Kalikata on 31st Dec '86 which He delivered in English. That discourse was so complex that even up till today, it could not be understood by so many philosophers, doctors, scientists, yet Baba spoke in that manner before so many common margiis like us who were present on that day."

In brief, those were Dada Bhaskaranandji's two proclamations.

Anyone can easily understand that Dada Bhaskarananda's above two claims are utterly erroneous. All of Baba's discourses should be printed "as is" in the original language in which Baba spoke. There is no "rule" that Bengali should be treated as the original language.

Secondly, Dada Bhaskarananda is seriously insulting all non-Bengalis by saying that their mental standard (i.e. intelligence) was so low - i.e. Baba had to employ "dumb English" or "pigeon English" so those dull-witted English speakers in attendance could understand; and Baba had to employ "dumb Hindi" or "pigeon Hindi" so those dull-witted Hindi speakers in attendance could understand. Hence it was needed to change Baba's spoken English His spoken Hindi at DMC to Bengali and then translate that into respectable English or respectable Hindi. Whereas with Bangla, all the Bengali speakers in attendance were highly educated and of keen intellect, so Baba spoke in highly refined Bengali at DMC. In which case, those Bangla discourses could be printed "as is". This is the outrageous claim that Dada Bhaskarananda makes. Dadaji's misguided analysis smacks of narrow-minded, communal sentiments.

So all these justifications given by Ac Bhaskarananda are very unfortunate. He may think he can dupe all Ananda Margiis with his rhetoric, but that is not so.

“As-is” transcription is the original discourse

We know that all Baba's discourses should first be transcribed in the language in which Baba spoke. And that transcription should be treated as the original discourse. So if Baba delivered the discourse in Hindi than that Hindi transcription should serve as the original. And same is the case with English as well as any other language. This every margii and acarya now understands. So no one can believe what Dada Bhaskarananda is telling.

Again, as we know, irrespective of the language, what Baba spoke should be transcribed "as is" and that should be treated as the original. Because in the process of translation 20% of the idea gets lost. To minimize this, all His discourses - irrespective of any language - should always be directly translated from the original language, not via any 3rd language.

For example, if a Hindi discourse published in Subhasita Samgraha needs to be translated into Hungarian then it should be translated directly from the original language, i.e. Hindi, into Hungarian. The absolute worst would if it was translated from the original Hindi to Bengali to English and the finally to Hungarian. In that case the entire meaning of the discourse would be lost in translation.

Conclusion

The translation should always be from the original language in which Sadguru Baba delivered the discourse - not via any other language. None then can claim that all Baba's discourses should first be translated into Bengali and then use the Bengali as the original. This is not the right approach.

Why forgetfulness is a blessing

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Forgetfulness is a providential decree. Usually human beings forget their past lives. Is this forgetfulness a blessing or a curse? It is a blessing because human beings feel burdened by the weight of one life. It would be impossible for them to carry the burden of many lives together."
"The human mind is sentimental – full of love, affection, camaraderie, etc. People have a deep attraction to this world; they remain preoccupied throughout their lives with fears and anxieties for the safety of their families. So many problems have to be confronted. The problems of one life alone are enough to make people restless. If they had to face the problems of several lives, they would be unable to lead a natural life. The problems of the past lives, compounded by the strife of the present life, would drive them to the brink of insanity. Secondly, it is difficult for people to be detached from love and attachment for one life. So much effort is required to overcome the bondages of attachment and march towards Parama Puruśa. If the memory of the past lives is revived, the bondage of attachment will tighten its grip, putting a halt to spiritual advancement. One will be caught in the grip of worldly attachment. Thus the decree of merciful providence is, “Let human beings be oblivious of their past lives.”" (1)

Ananda Marga ideology says, “Parama Puruśa, the Supreme Entity, the Supreme Lord, He loves His devotees very much. He can do anything and everything for His devotees, and actually He does. A devotee should always be fearless, because Parama Puruśa is always ready to do anything and everything for him." (1)

Here is some news about our Delhi and Bangalore centers. We have to resolve the situation.

(A) At Delhi Jagrti / Children’s Home when Didi Ananda Kalyanshrii was the in-charge:
(A1) Home girl Vertika had many affairs in the neighborhood.
(A2) Boys use to stay in front of the Delhi ashram and throw love letters into the ashram.
(A3) Home girl Vartika was shifted to Didi’s Training Centre in Bangalore.

(B) At Delhi Jagrti / Children’s Home under Didi Ananda Gopa, the current in-charge:
(B1) One home girl named Manisha had affair with a local boy.
(B2) Another home girl named Snigdha was involved with a few boys and she was even inviting the boys into the ashram.
(B3) A neighbor sympathizer caught Snigdha sleeping with one boy in the ashram.
(B4) Both home girls Manisha and Snigdha were sent to Didi’s Training Centre in Bangalore.

(C) At Didi’s Training Centre (TC) in Bangalore under Didi Ananda Madhurina, the current in-charge:
(C1) Home girls Vartika, Manisha, and Snigdha are in Bangalore TC, along with three more trainees.
(C2) Rudrananda's group thinks that Trainer Didi Ananda Madhurima can handle any girl at TC.
(C3) But home girls Vartika, Manisha, and Snigdha were all having love affairs while in TC.
(C4) Their boyfriends gave them cell phones.
(C5) Recently, all three home girls ran away from TC.
(C6) After two days the police found all three home girls.

(D) What the three home girls (Vartika, Manisha, and Snigdha) are complaining about in Bangalore:
(D1) The home girls complain that when Didis are sleeping with Dadas and leading fake Wt life, then why should I be coerced to join in the same rank. I do not want to live a life of hypocrisy. Externally live as a dedicated Wt and secretly sleep with males. That is why I want to get married. Home girls Vartika, Manisha, and Snigdha are fed-up with all the duplicity, hypocrisy, and double-life of Didis.
(D2) They see Trainer Didi Ananda Madhurima always engaged on the phone or skype talking to her lesbian lover Didi Ananda Danavrata.
(D3) BangaloreTrainer Didi Ananda Madhurima forces the trainees to wash her clothes and massage her body, and attend to her 24hrs as her servant. Trainer Didi does not do anything at TC.

Conclusion

Ananda Marga philosophy says, "The first and most important factor is to select teachers carefully. Those who have the required academic qualifications do not have an automatic right to become teachers. Teachers must possess such qualities as strength of character, righteousness, sense of social service, unselfishness, an inspiring personality and leadership. They are the preceptors of society, and that is why it is not possible for everyone to do this job." (1)

These three home girls were raised from their infancy in our children’s home. It is sad that our Didis could not properly guide them about our Ananda Marga style of living. The main reason is that those in-charge Didis could not raise the girls properly. That is why this chaos is going on. Those who are good Didis get harassed and those who are bad get promotion and become the in-charges. And that sets a bad example. As margiis it is our duty to ensure that our Wt Didis and Dadas follow the code of discipline, conduct rules, moral codes etc. They should not go against Wt conduct rules and have affairs with the opposite sex. Unfortunately that is going on and that is why the life of young ones is also getting ruined. We have to save the situation.

Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas." (2)

Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Bear in mind that people may be harmed or misled by even a small weakness or defect in the conduct of an ácárya. Just as it is the duty of a father to educate his children properly by his good conduct, an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words." (3)

Ananda Marga philosophy warns how improper leadership brings terrible harm to society.

Ananda Marga ideology says, “Today there is catastrophe and misery in human society and there is one reason: the defective leadership of society. People blindly follow even unintelligent leaders. The leaders hypnotize and attract thousands with their tall talks, gestures and other dramatics. Understand that the poverty and misery of any people in any country are the sins of the leaders. True leaders should always be vigilant and think how to work best for human society: they must be ever cautious that under their guidance the people are not led to darkness, death and immorality.” (4)

Wt conduct rules

Here are Sadguru Baba’s guidelines for all wholetimer Dadas and Didis of the Marga.

- WT Conduct Rule: "You will protect yourself from sexual weakness and luxury." (WT Conduct Rules, Fourteen Points, pt #12)

- WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex except at the time of nursing [administering medical care]." (37 Workers Rules, pt #15)

Note: The above conduct rule contains an exception. Here is the explanation. Suppose there is an accident and the injured party is of the opposite sex; the patient has a wound on their face, and a Wt is on the scene to help. When serving the patient of the opposite sex and tending to their wound, that Wt will have to look at their face in order to offer the requisite care needed. Outside of this circumstance, there is no need for any wholetimer to look at the face of the opposite sex. That is why the rule is that if a Wt is talking with the opposite sex then they will look towards the ground and not the face of the opposite sex.

- Wt conduct rule: “Under no circumstances should the purity of the mind and body be polluted.” (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #30)

- WT conduct rule: “Avadhutika must not engage his ears in hearing obscene language or song, touch any rajasika articles, see any depraving entity or picture, or go through any story, novel or picture having even a slight bit of sexual importance... All avadhutas should learn this mantra by heart: O Bhiks´u, O monk. Control your eyes, hearing, smell, tongue (taste), body, lips (speech) and mind. You should have all-round restraint, then you will overcome all pain (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #32)

The letter, word, and spirit of Sadguru’s guidelines are that there must be clear and cordial separation between male Wts and female Wts - between members of the opposite sex. This is highly important to have a successful and thriving Wt cadre.
