Religious exploitation in AMPS

In the various religions, external paraphernalia is often used for their religious observances and to perform their rituals etc. For instance:
(A) In Christianity, they use candles and many other objects.
(B) In Hinduism, flowers, fruit, sandal paste, and malas are regularly used in their various pujas and sacrifices etc.
(C) Plus, Buddhism, Judaism, and verily most or all of the religions have their special external accoutrements for performing their worship.

Generally, they can only perform their worship in their designated temple, mosque, or church etc because they believe that God only lives there. And in the various dogmatic religions a middleman is needed, in which case the priest, rabbi, or mullah have a special role.

But on the path of Ananda Marga, there is no need of a middleman to reach God; our Ananda Marga acaryas are not middlemen. Every sadhaka is directly connected with Parama Purusa. Therefore so-called middlemen do not get scope to cheat innocent spiritual aspirants in Ananda Marga sadhana / spiritual approach etc.

Ananda Marga is dharma

Within the various religions, this middleman dogma became the tool of exploitation. To reserve a seat in heaven, Christians pay huge donations to the priest. Hindus do something similar. After anybody’s death, they observe shraddha and shraddhainjali whereby Hindu priests get huge “donations” for mediating the ceremony.

So these religions are all quite similar. Their exact details may vary in expression but the theme is the same. They all (a) have certain fixed places of worship, i.e. tiirthas (“holy lands”), (b) are dominated by religious traders who serve as middlemen between the worshiper and God, and (c) they all use mundane paraphernalia in their prayers etc.

But our Ananda Marga is not a religion; it is dharma. So Baba has graciously removed all these discrepancies. With His supreme benevolence, Baba has come and saved the humanity from these dogmas – from the clutch of exploitation in the spiritual sphere by religious opportunists, i.e the priest class. So we are fortunate and blessed that we are under the shelter of Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji, and following the path of Ananda Marga.

Dogma: Holy great tomb, Mazar

Everything was moving fine up to 1990 – there was no dogma. But then the shraddhainjali dogma was imported from Hinduism. Every year there is shraddhainjali with annual death day offering, feast, gathering, etc. These are all on the track of the dogmatic Hindu religion.

Not only that, per the Muslim style / tradition, in Tiljala one tomb has been erected. Its name is not in Arabic, rather a Sanskrit name has been given, mahasamadhi. If anybody visits that area, the reigning group leaders will pressurise them to go and visit the mahasamadhi. They preach the sermon that one can only get the blessing of Baba by visiting the mahasamadhi. Because Baba is there inside the Mahasamadhi structure.  And without going to the mahasamadhi one cannot get Him. That is what those group leaders claim.

In the past we were thinking and feeling pity by seeing dogmatic temple and idol worshipers etc. Wed talked amongst ourselves how in their ignorance these idol worshipers think that god is in the idol. But unfortunately that scene is now coming to fore in our Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha family. The Dadas who are living in Tiljala believe and try to convince others that Baba is in the mahasamadhi: “Go there, do sastaunga pranam, put the garland, and do sadhana in that spot. Then realise Baba.” If Baba would not have strongly objected to make His idol, then our respected Dadas would have made Baba’s idol’ as believers of Ramakrishna Mission did in memory of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and started worshiping his likeness in the form of stone etc.

So this tomb worship has been taken from the various religions. Muslims call this tomb as ‘Mazar’. And religious Hindus they call this as ‘samadhi’. And in Tiljala we call it ‘Mahasamadhi’. Maha means great and samadhi means tomb. Great tomb. And philosophically it is the same as other religions- i.e. that God is in the tomb / samadhi, Mahasamadhi, Mazar etc.

Tragically, this dogma of tomb worship is coming from other religions into Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha. Shraddhainjali came from the Hindu religion, and tomb worship came from Muslims. Ultimately though, this tomb worship is very popular in Islam – they do it more than others. As mentioned they call it ‘Mazar’ in Arabic. They believe that the deceased person is still inside the tomb. To get His grace some offering is needed. So they put some gifts of some coloured sheet. They call it ‘chadar’.

In a similar fashion, those at the helm want offerings to be made at the mahasamadhi site in Tiljala – by offing etc one can get Him. So the philosophy is the same. Muslim and Christian believers are inspired to donate for  the project of tomb / mazar / samadhi. Various group leaders have a similar program. They try to inspire margiis to donate to the Tiljala mahasamadhi project. So you see, the same tomb worship dogma came into Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha.

At the mahasamadhi in Tiljala Kolkata, we Anand Margiis are encouraged to offer large money to incharges / head religious priest pujari. In addition, one is expected to bring garlands and flower bouquets, and do sastaunga pranam etc on the mahasamadhi. And we are told that all such offerings and communications will be directly received by Baba without any delay. Yet, Baba did not given any such scope for religious exploitation in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha.

But unfortunately over the years so many dogmas have been dragged inside our AMPS. Now our Dadas have made Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha into a perfect religion. They say that the mahasamadhi is one holy place, Tiljala. So therefore Tiljala holds more significance. Once in the life a true margii should visit Tiljala with their whole family to have a darshan / glance at Mahasamadhi. Otherwise life will not be successful. Devotion will be beyond reach.

Disease of geo-sentiment, holy land tiirtha dogma in AMPS

Parama Purusa is living within everyone’s heart. Every sadhaka is aware that our Ananda Marga is dharma; it is not a religion.

Ananda Marga ideology states, “Ananda Marga alone is dharma and all the rest are sectisms.” (1)

Because it is not religion, the rules of Ananda Marga can be easily followed and practiced around the globe – by each and every human being. Our approach is 100% universal in nature. That’s why in loose terms we call Ananda Marga as a ‘universal religion’. We might use this appellation when introducing Ananda Marga to those who are not familiar with the term dharma. By this way they can at least get a sense about Ananda Marga.

Up to 1990 we were proud that in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha there is no significance of any particular place. Baba did not give any special importance to Jamalpur / birth place. But now in the last 27 years everything has turned over. Now certain places have more so-called religious importance than other places. Just like mahasamadhi is only in Kolkata & there is the dogma that Jamalpur ia a holy land tiirtha.

In the past we were thinking that our Ananda Marga festivals could be observed in any place. There was no set location or pilgrimage spot like Mecca or Rome. But now we have such a dogma. To celebrate so-called mahaprayan properly at mahasamadhi, margiis are invited from all around the globe. It is encouraged by cheaters that, “We should go there to the tirtha and donate according to our capacity to please Baba.” This is the dogma they are trying to promote.

Conclusion

Why are Dadas encouraging religious dogma? Religious dogmas give more power to religious traders, i.e. the priests. It is an easy business. Common citizens are forced to reach to that place to collect grace. Then an entire enterprise is formed around this dogma with the potential for huge monetary gain. People get duped into thinking that the only way to be graced in this world is to go at holy tomb. That is defective mindset. And for Dadas this is a big money-maker.

In contrast, if one propagates the dharmic point that Baba's grace is everywhere and is not limited to a certain place, then that will rapidly undo the tiirtha dogma. So such Dadas do not talk about this. Just they promote the holy dogma of Tiljala  and Jamalpur tiirthas.

This is not limited to any particular group in our Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha. All the groups are fascinated by the concept of making big dollars and euros from dogmatic rituals. It is the ultimate get-rich-quick model. That is why one can get  blessing in Tiljala as well by the site of the tomb. Hence all the leading groups do such things.

Ananda Marga philosophy says, “People who follow dogma-centered philosophy believe in dogma, wrong sentiments and foolish ideas. In the past I said that many religions are dogma-centered, but in fact all religions are dogma-centered.” (2)

We know that the path of Ananda Marga is God-centered not dogma-centered. Thus we must not embrace the imposition of dogma – i.e. tomb worship / mahasamadhi, nor the dogma of Jamalpur holy land tiirtha etc.

Here no one should be confused between shraddha and shraddhainjali. Although the two terms look the same, they are vastly different in meaning.Shraddha is done only one time: If anybody dies the the shraddha ceremony is performed once to help the grieving family with their loss etc. So this is done once – not annually. Whereas in the case of so-called mahaprayan, shraddhainjali, there is an annual death day offering, feast, gathering, etc.

Maharishi Arvind was a propagator of meditation
but his disciples did just the opposite

A similar event happened in one religious group in India – “Arvind Ashram” Pondicherry. Maharishi Arvind was a good sadhaka. He was propagating sadhana, but after his passing away his senior disciples without any delay made samadhi / tomb. And ever since the regular worship is going on at that tomb. Disciples do not like to do the meditation which Arvind taught, because meditation is difficult for them, whereas this tomb worship is an easy and quick-fix type of thing. Yet, this dogmatic tomb worship was never appreciated by Arvind. He was a propagator of meditation. But his disciples did just opposite of what Arvind taught.

Why intensity of reactions is more for sadhakas

   Ananda Marga ideology states, “Reactions in requital to past actions normally occur more in a spiritual aspirant’s life than in an ordinary person’s life. The reason is that when all original actions are surrendered to Brahma, there remain only the reactive actions. The reactions may be good or bad [according to whether they are resultants of good or bad original actions]. But think about how many of the deeds you performed before coming to the path of sádhaná were good and how many were bad. To tell the unpleasant truth, ninety-nine percent of your deeds were bad. Hence it is often the case that sádhakas have to suffer much more from bad reactive momenta than get to enjoy good ones. It can even be said that the more one suffers from reactions, the more one is progressing along the path of sádhaná.”
   “Of course, the requital of the reactive momenta may possibly be pleasurable instead of painful; it all depends upon the nature of one’s actions. In either case, the more one surrenders one’s actions to Brahma, the shorter will be the period of requital caused by the reactions. In this case the intensity of the requital will be greater than normal; but this is a good sign, because intense requital means the exhaustion of the requital within a short period.” (1)

These wts - Vimalananda & Paramananda - have “exploited” AMPS here in India and across the planet and sold so many properties. Then they kept the money for themselves and gave some to Rudrananda. Look what is going on in the below photo as these well-intentioned Proutists are receiving these “avadhutas” as if they are real sadvipras.

Kindly know that Vimalananda not only harmed AMPS and the Prout organisation in the aforesaid manner but Vimalananda has changed the name of Prout samaj from Proutist Sarva Samaj to Pragatisheel Sarva Samaj. That is also part of his “black portfolio.”

History of Vimalananda black deeds

And the above Vimalananda Dada is the same Vimalananda who a few years ago wrote a eulogy about the tragic passing of Ac Shantatmananda jii. That eulogy was published in one of our Ananda Marga magazines - Prajina Bharati - and circulated around the globe. Let’s take a line-by-line look at the veracity of Vimalananda’s eulogy regarding the untimely passing of Ac Shantatmananda jii.

Vimalananda wrote the following lines in Prajina Bharati magazine. Please pay attention to the highlighted yellow section.

"Acarya Shantatmananda (Avadhuta) ji breathed his last at Ranchi (JH, India) at about 1:30 PM today on Dec. 16, 2014 due to his health complications arising from age related problems. He was under medical rest for over two years at Ananda Nagar, finally hospitalized and was bed-ridden for the past four weeks, under skilled care of Dr. (Acarya) Karuna Shahdev and her team."

Fact Check

Before his death, when Dada Shantatmananda jii was sent to the women’s health center run by a very good margii gynecologist - Dr Karuna Shahdev -  then he was unable to walk or eat.

As this is a maternity home, the entire staff is trained for childbirth and women’s issues etc. So seeing this monk admitted in this state of severely failing health, all non-margii staff were both surprised and shocked. Actually you can imagine the scene and how awkward it was. Dada jii himself was overwhelmed. Here the margii gynecologist is not at fault.

Actually at that point, Dada Shantatmananda jii needed a strong intervention by the appropriate specialist - not a gynecologist, i.e. not a doctor for ladies. Everyone knows that Dr. Karuna Shahdev, is a gynecologist who runs a maternity home. Her speciality is in gynecological procedures, women’s health issues, pregnancy and the delivery of babies. Here the margii gynecologist is not at all fault.

So Dada Shantatmananda ji was under the care of a gynecologist, hospitalized, and bed-ridden in a maternity ward where all around mothers were crying and wailing in labor pain. So you can imagine the degree of care and comfort Dada Shantatmananda jii got in that maternity home. Here the margii gynecologist is not at fault.

Yet, Vimalananda wrote in his eulogy as if Ac Shantatmananda jii got the finest treatment and care: “finally hospitalized and was bed-ridden for the past four weeks, under skilled care of Dr. (Acarya) Karuna Shahdev and her team.”

Why Shantatmananda jii was not sent to Apollo Hospital (Ranchi)

All know that the best, most professional hospital in Ranchi is the Apollo hospital, but Dada Shantatmananda jii was not sent there. Here’s why.

One tragic point that arises in all of this is that Vimalananda jii did not want to spend any money on Shantatmananda jii’s healthcare and treatment. He was too stingy to spend money to treat him. So Shantatmananda jii was dropped off at a birth center / maternity home as they knew the margii gynecologist would not charge them any money. Here the margii gynecologist is not at fault.

We all know that when PP Dada Shraddhananda jii was in failing health then he received top care and treatment in the appropriate facility - not in any birth center / maternity home. But sadly, that same humane treatment was not extended to Shantatmananda jii.

It is well known how Dada Vimalananda jii and Ac Shantatmananda jii had a cat and mouse relation - due to the Mexico land sale issue. And then after the death of respected Dada Shantatmananda jii, Dada Vimalananda jii is shedding crocodile tears and writing this fake and phony eulogy to make his own image clean.

Vimalananda is trying to show and project the “great care and love” he had for Shantatmananda jii. But all the facts point in the opposite direction. How long did Vimalananda think that he could get away with this by throwing sand in the eyes of concerned margiis by writing this false and phony eulogy.

Conclusion

So those naive and innocent margiis who are garlanding Vimalananda at the train station should reconsider what they are doing. Vimalananda is the one who sold so many AM properties; Vimalananda is the one grossly neglected an aging, dying avadhuta; and Vimalananda has done so many ills. Then how can we think he is fit to be garlanded and given huge respect.

Sadguru Baba guides us to always evaluate the conduct of the person. We should see whether the person’s actions are befitting of that of an acarya or not. Undue respect should not be given to unworthy persons, regardless of their dress. By this way we can build a great AM society.

Ananda Marga ideology guides us, “Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas...an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words.” (4)

Note: If Dada Shantatmananda jii were an expecting mother in labor about to give birth, then coming under Dr Shahdev’s care would have been an excellent choice. Alas, this was not Dadaji's circumstance.

You came with the flood of spiritual effulgence

"Ele álor váne, dolá diye kotháy lukiye gele, sumanda samiire, suvás bhare diye man mátále..." (Prabhat Samgiita #1132)

Purport:

O’ Parama Purusa, You came with the flood of spiritual effulgence; Your presence transformed my whole existence. After spiritually vibrating me and filling my mind with bhakti, where have You hidden Yourself? I can’t see You. You have saturated the gentle breeze with Your unique fragrance. O’ Supreme One, You divinely intoxicated my mind with sublime longing for You. After gracing me in this way, where have You gone?

O’ Supreme Entity, Baba, everyone yearns for You; all yearn to get You more close. No one wants to leave You for even a single moment. By having You, the heart basks in bliss. Every bhakta wants to surrender unto You and always remain under Your shelter. O’ Cosmic Entity, whatever sweetness exists in their mind, they want to pour at Your lotus feet and satisfy their age-old longing to please You.

O’ Bhavatiita [1], I request You to grace me by coming close. Come in madhura bhava [2] and remove all my imperfections. Make me pure so I can realise You fully. O’ Supreme One, please come, with new rhythm, song, melody, and tunes, and with Your heart-exuberating, soul-stirring new beats. O’ Parama Purusa, Baba, shower Your causeless krpa’ and make my life successful...


Notes for Prabhat Samgiita #1132:

[1] Bha'va'tiita: This is one of the names of Parama Purusa and describes one of His infinite attributions. In His stance of bhava’tiita, Parama Purusa is beyond all thought conception. Bhava means thinking, and atiita means beyond. So bhavatiita means the Entity who is beyond all thought. If one tries to think of Bhavatiita - i.e. the Supreme Entity - then one’s mind gets suspended in His ideation and ceases to function. It is akin to the doll of salt that tries to measure the depths of the ocean. It dissolves before reaching the bottom and becomes one with the ocean. Similarly, the mind cannot reach that Entity who is Bhavatiita. As the unit mind tries to think of Him, the mind actually becomes one with Him, by His grace. That unit mind loses its individuality and merges into Him - it cannot remain separate. That is why He is called Bhavatiita.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Parama Purus'a, the Supreme Reality, is beyond all speech and thought: He is beyond the reach of the vocal cord. So He is bha'va'tiita ["beyond bha'va"]...The more one thinks of His infinite qualities, the more one becomes speechless, the more deeply one becomes absorbed in Him." (1)

[2] Madhura Bhava: There are different spiritual relations / bhavas a sadhaka may have with Parama Purusa. For instance one may view Him as Father, or Friend, or Master, or Loving, i.e. madhura bhava etc. These relations have varying degrees of closeness with Parama Purusa. Of the four, madhura bhava is very intimate and close.

Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "Madhura bháva is a very exalted bháva, for this bháva fills the mind with sweetness and bliss and leads the aspirant to the closest proximity of the Lord. To a person who is predominantly a devotee of the Lord, everything tastes sweet, there is nothing bitter in the creation of Parama Puruśa. He is attracting you through the ectoplasmic world, binding you through the bonds of love." (2)

Ananda Marga teachings state, "The spirit of madhura bháva is as follows: “He is so vast, endowed with innumerable attributes, yet even then He loves me. He is so great, yet He is still my most intimate friend, so very close to me. What joy! What joy!” This is madhura bháva." (3)

So the path of madhura bhava is always blissful.The bhakta wants only His sweet proximity and one gets His intimate companionship by His grace.

How poor parenting ruins kids

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Antisocial behaviour is not always caused by lack of money. Where the parents or guardians are evil by nature, they try to infect the other members of their family with their disease. A few days ago I read in the newspaper that an upper-middle-class lady used to encourage her son to steal clothes, etc., from her neighbours by offering him money for cinema tickets if he did – in other words, by applying indirect pressure. When the incident became public, it was discovered that her family was not in financial difficulty. By putting pressure on her son, the lady was infecting him with her own mental disease.”

“There are many parents who, due to miserliness or whatever reason, deprive their children of delicious food and drink. (If there is some reason for this deprivation, they do not explain it to their children.) They serve such food and drink to others in the presence of their children without explaining to them why they are being deprived. As a result, the children, under the pressure of circumstance, steal to try to satisfy their natural desires.” (1)

Story: what Baba told about building memorials

   
Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to learn and follow His Ananda Marga ideology.

Namaskar,

This is the story of what happened one time when I saw Baba. One question came in my mind about the Vivekananda Memorial (built in 1970) which was under construction those days. The followers of Vivekananda were collecting huge amounts of money from all around India for the construction of their grand memorial in Kanyakumari in South India. When I was with Baba, during that period, this matter came in my mind. So I raised the point with Baba.

My question & Baba's reply
       
I said, "Baba, the followers of Vivekananda are collecting money to make a memorial."
       
I waited for His reaction.
       
Baba asked me, "What is your opinion?"
       
I remained quiet.
       
Then Baba explained, "Building such a memorial is a waste of resources. Such monies should be used for social service. In the world, when so many are without food, medicine, medical care, clothing, housing and education and when hospitals and schools and other social structures are in dire need, then constructing such a memorial is a huge waste. It is a misuse of financial and natural resources, time, and energy. Best would have been used to expend that money to help the suffering humanity."

Listening His words, I realized how seriously Baba was taking this situation. The memorial was a blatant misuse of resources. I remained quiet and contemplated Baba's explanation. At that time, back in 1970, I thought that we are fortunate that in our Marga we do not have this type of waste.

Same problem has befallen AMPS

Now, decades later, it is very clear that we face this same key issue in our Ananda Marga Pracarak Samgha as well - unfortunately. Yet Baba has warned us against what theses top Dadas are doing.
       
In the post-1990 era, the hard-earned money of so many margiis has been misspent in the construction of various memorials and temples in Ananda Nagar, Tiljala and Jamalpur. This has all been just a huge waste of money and an utter misuse of resources.
       
At present in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, we do not have ideal institutions where our kids can come and learn in a neo-humanistic manner; and, indeed there are so many other social service projects and institutions that demand our attention. There are innumerable centers, medical care units, etc that need to be made. We do not have such facilities right now yet that is the need of the day. So it is shameful that since 1990 AMPS central has diverted massive funding to the construction of memorials when Baba clearly does not support such things.
       
We must right our ship and use all our resources - financial and otherwise - for the betterment of society and implementation of the projects Baba has outlined for the welfare of humanity.

Construction of memorials = anti-Ananda Marga
       
As Ananda Margiis we should understand that Baba is not just against the building of the Vivekananda memorial, but verily He has grossly condemned any such memorial. Here below Baba uses the example of the Konark temple in Orissa to point out the injustices and waste surrounding the building of any type of memorial.
       
Ananda Marga ideology states, "While money has been spent lavishly for the construction of beautiful places of worship, money has never been arranged for food, clothing, housing, education and medical care for the welfare of the poor. While for four full years all the state revenues of Orissa were spent for the construction of the Konark temple, during that period not a penny was spent for human welfare. Needless to say, the history of all countries is replete with such examples." (1)
       
By all this we can easily understand that the construction of memorials is an anti-Ananda Marga idea. Those doing so are most unfortunate; they could not understand Baba's teaching. Indeed nowadays in Ananda Marga there are so many memorials such as the ones in Tiljala, Jamalpur Tiirtha, and Ananda Nagar. Plus they are planning on constructing more.

Misuse of funds: large, gaudy temples / memorials
       
It seems some Dadas have begun competing in a temple construction contest with the Sikhs, Jains, and Hindus. At present the Hindus are wasting hundreds of  crores of rupees on a gold temple for the goddess of wealth Laksmii.

More than 400 gold and coppersmiths from the Thirupathi Thirumala Devasthanam are said to have worked for six years to craft the Rs hundreds of crores gold temple located on 55,000 sq ft of land on a 100-acre salubrious stretch in Malaikodi, about 6 km from Vellore in north Tamil Nadu. [Plus countless laborers and specialists have worked numerous years on other aspects of the temple.

Yet side by side, countless people in India lack pure drinking water and suffer from severe food shortages. Many are dying of starvation yet this astronomical sum is being spent on this temple / memorial for goddess Laksmii. Those religions are bereft of a sublime philosophy so they are wasting their money, time, and resources in constructing large, gaudy temples for show. But why should Ananda Margiis do like this. We have a lofty ideology and we know what should be done.
       
Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha should be a beacon of light and not prone to following dogma. So certain Dadas must give up their habit of constructing memorials.
       
It is good that margiis have stopped giving money to Dadas for building these dogmatic memorials. That is why such buildings remain unfinished. Now those same unfinished buildings should be used for philanthropic works like schools, medical clinics, food distribution centers etc. That will be the real dharmic use of such construction projects etc.


Conclusion
       
Baba does not want memorials to be built. Rather His desire is that all our energy and resources should be used for the upliftment of humanity. We should all keep the above story in mind and move according to His direction.
       
Ananda Marga teachings guide us, "We will not deviate an inch from our ideology, nor will we allow others to do so." (2)

Note: The entire cost of construction of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial in 1970 was crores of rupees. That was a huge amount of money those days. Back then India was not like it is today. It was still newly independent and struggling in its early days of nationhood.

Plagiary?

It is the accepted international standard and Baba's system not to copy another's work and publish it in your own way. Baba has given a very strict rule on plagiarism. Why is Baba against plagiarism or stealing someone's work? There are many reasons:

1) It is against the code of asteya (non-stealing).

2) Countless stories of bhaktas need to be published. But some do not want to do the hard work of compiling and writing these stories, so they just steal them from others. But new stories need to be told, otherwise so many unpublished stories of sadhakas will be lost and forgotten forever. So watch out for story thieves, and kindly help them not to steal by posting on social media in their own way. It is the accepted international standard and our way not to copy another's work and publish it in your own way. Baba has given a very strict rule on plagiarism. Why is Baba against this type of plagiarism or stealing someone's work? There are many reasons:

1) It is against the code of asteya (non-stealing).
2) The individual who steals gets degenerated and it sets a bad example in the social sphere.
3) It impedes social progress as others will not be inclined to pursue new and original work as they think that others will just steal it.

4) It breeds a society of lethargic people who will always wait for others to create something new. It is just like those who are lazy in the kitchen do not cook - just they wait for others to prepare food and then they eat.
5) Countless stories of devotees need to be published. But some do not want to do the hard work of compiling and writing these stories, so they just steal them from others. But new stories need to be told, otherwise so many unpublished stories of sadhakas will be lost and forgotten forever.
6) The sole motivation is to publish the maximum amount of Baba stories. Everyone should work hard and try to contribute original material in this respect. All unpublished stories should be written.

7) In addition, by following this code then fake stories will not be circulated as everyone will be responsible for demonstrating the authenticity of each story.
8) Thank you for abiding by this ethic and code that is both today's international standard as well as Baba's given system. Again, it is our formal request not to plagiarise this story or any published writing on this network.

"Toma'r ka'che ca'i na' kono ma'n..." (Prabhat Samgiita #0825)

Purport:

Baba, I am not asking for any name, fame, or prestige from You. Those types of transitory labels I do not want from You. I do not want to indulge myself in the vanity of all those worldly affairs. Mundane gains are ephemeral. I only wish to keep my mind only focused upon immortality. It is exclusively Your grace.

Baba, since the crimson rays of the early dawn, You have dyed my days in rainbow colours. You have decorated everything; You are so gracious. When evening falls, then I feel Your proximity and Your divine dance. I see Your liila in the form of countless stars shining in the sky. Baba, all the time You are with me - in all the spheres of my life You have blessed me immensely. You make everything charming and inviting.  All that You have done for me is more than I could ever imagine. You have granted me everything.

Baba, O' my Adored, You are present with me in chirping of the birds, as I listen to their songs. In this way, I feel Your blissful companionship. O’ Prabhu, You express Yourself in the frolic dance of peacocks under the clouds. When the sky is gray and overcast, then with the dance of the peacock You create beauty in my life.  Everywhere I feel Your sweet touch, Your eternal presence; then life becomes meaningful and joyous. You are behind each and every expression of this universe. You are in every form. Wherever I am, I feel that You are there - by my side. I am never alone. In my good days and bad times, always You are with me. Baba, it is Your grace…

अब तुम मेरे कष्टों को दूर करने आए हो

प्रभात संगीत 4484  पल गुने कतो दिन चले गेछे, मधुमासे...

भावार्थ

हे परमपुरुष! बसंत ऋतु में तुम्हारी याद में महुआ के अमृत भरे फूलों से लदे पेड़ की छाया में बैठे बैठे तुम्हें निहारते मेरे सभी दिन चले गये,  परंतु तुम नहीं आए। अब, तुम इस घनघोर बरसात  में  तुम आए हो। जब मेरा मन बसन्त के उन्माद से भरा था तब तुम मेरे साथ आनन्द मनाने नहीं आए, पर तुम अब मेरे कष्टों को दूर करने आए हो।

इस बरसात में मैंने तुम्हारे लिये मधुर सुगंधित फूलों, बेला, बकुल, यूथिका आदि से माला बनाई है और एक टोकरी उनसे भर कर तुम्हारे लिये रखी है। बाबा! आज तुम बरसते पानी में मेरे घर आए।

हे मेरे प्रभु बाबा! अनेक दिन निकल गये और अनेक दिव्य मदहोश  करने वाली रात्रियाॅं भी अपनी मधुर वयारि के साथ चली गई और मैं तुम्हें पुकारते रह गया , तुम नहीं आए। नये कोमल पत्तों को मुस्काये कितने दिन निकल गये, तुम्हारे आगमन की राह निहारते मेरे फूलों के बगीचे की सजावट भी मिट गई । पर तुम बसंत के समय नहीं आए, अब तुम बरसते पानी में पधारे हो।

बाबा! अरुणिम प्रभात की सुंदरता मध्यान्ह के सूर्य ने समाप्त कर दी थी । परंतु अब संध्या के आकाश  में विद्युत की चमक के साथ तुम आए और मेरा दुख भुला दिया। तुम चुपके से आश्चर्यजनक  ढंग से मेरे सामने आए हो। मेरे सभी कष्ट और चिंतायें तुम्हारे भावपूर्ण आगमन से क्षण भर में दूर हो गये हैं ।

हे बाबा! बसंत ऋतु में जब फूल खिले थे और मेरे अच्छे दिन थे, मैं सुखी था तब तुम नहीं आए  और अब इस जलवृष्टि करती वर्षा ऋतु में मेरे दुख दूर करने आए हो , तुम कितने कृपालु हो। (1)

In our Ananda Marga, the tantric tradition is gurupujanam - i.e. offering unparalleled respect and reverence to Sadguru. One of the ways that is expressed is by always having a pratik prominently displayed behind Guru. This is never done for anyone else. When Sadguru Baba is on the stage for DMC then always a large pratik is behind Him facing the audience.

And when Guru sits on a chair or rides in His car then always a pratik is placed behind Him. And if His photo is displayed then always the pratik is placed. That is the system. That is the unparalleled stature of Guru in tantra. This is done only for Sadguru Taraka Brahma Baba Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji.

It is a grand scene when Sadguru Parama Purusa Baba is up on the stage adorned with a pratik directly behind Him. You will notice a large white symbol on an orange banner directly behind Taraka Brahma Baba. That is the pratik. This white pratik has two triangles overlapping one another: An upwards pointing triangle and a downwards pointed triangle with a rising sun and swastika in the center. And this large white pratik is placed directly behind Guru. Verily this act of deep reverence and respect is only performed with Parama Purusa Baba.

So when Parama Purusa Baba is on the stage or seated in any position conducting darshan etc, then always the pratik is prominently placed behind Him. And same is the case when His divine photo is on display.

In stark contrast, this is not done for PP or any purodha, as they are mere mortals - prone to all the vacillations of this earthly abode. The pratik is not placed behind them. That is Guru’s place - none else.

But now look at what one Wt is doing. Such a Wt is showing himself along with the pratik as if Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji Baba is gone and now this Wt is in charge. As if now he is guru of Ananda Marga, sitting in the Cosmic hub. This Wt wants to equate his stature as the same as Sadguru Parama Purusa. Such is the gross audacity and arrogance of Rudrananda. See this below photo where he is sitting just in front of the pratik to give the message of his status as Sadguru, Taraka Brahma, Parama Purusa. And that he should be worshipped.

Please pay attention to the below photo: there is a large, orange pratik behind him. The orange lines in the below photo are the outline of the pratik. And this Wt is sitting directly in front, as is done only with Sadguru Baba. But now Rudrananda has occupied that sacred place. That is why his behaviour is like the demon Hiranyakashipu. More about that is explained below.

Such behaviour just like demon Hiranyakashipu

Rudrananda’s behaviour is like the mythological demon Hiranyakashipu who proclaimed himself as God. Hiranyakashipu told all in his kingdom not to worship God, but rather to worship him. That is the demonic behaviour of Hiranyakashipu. Only a mahapatakii (terrible sinner) can behave like this.

Yet by his arrogant antics, Hiranyakashipu was killed - assassinated. Till now no human being dared to do like this - just one mythological demon who was ultimately killed for his sinful dealing. Yet here, Rudrananda has dared to make such a stand, equating himself with Parama Purusa Sadguru of Ananda Marga. Rudrananda wants all to worship him.

Next R wants to be in your locket

Verily Rudrananda has inserted this type of scene at the beginning of his numerous youtube videos. Step by step he is trying to get margiis acclimated so they will one day accept this as something normal. Rudrananda’s next agenda is to put his image inside the locket / pratik that margiis wear. So the first step is the youtube videos / movies, and in the next phase he will take it off the screen and onto the metal lockets of Ananda Margiis. Watch out!! This entire scene is not normal; it is wholly demonic.

Conclusion: demand videos to be destroyed

All rational margiis and disciples of Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji must vehemently demand that Rudrananda stop such abominable behaviour and remove and destroy all such videos.  That is the only single response to such a dastardly scene. In our Ananda Marga, only Parama Purusa Baba is revered in this manner - no one else.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “The one formless, beginningless and infinite Parama Brahma (Supreme Consciousness) is the only entity to be attained by living beings – That alone is Jagat Guru (the Supreme preceptor), That alone has revealed Brahmavidyá (intuitional science) to us through the medium of the name and form of Anandamúrtijii. Unit beings must be made to appreciate Its majesty.” (1)
