Some may know about this horrific incident and some may not know how the young lady was murdered.
There was an awful smell emanating from the kitchen of the AM school in Hozai (Asaam). A team of police personnel and news reporters arrived at the scene and dug up the kitchen floor of the school and found the young lady’s decomposed body.
Reason
Unfortunately nowadays, those in Centre are not upholding Baba’s teachings on any level within the AMPS hierarchy. Rather, debauched Wts are given higher posts so that those in power can easily control them. Yet this type of approach of promoting degraded Wts has a ripple effect throughout our entire organisation and in the general society as well.
Watch out - and the best way to do this is to familiarise yourself with some Wts and give this letter to your daughters and all female members of your family for their safety. All females attending seminars, retreats, or DMS etc should be aware about the face of such Wts; by this way your close female family members can be alert and keep away from them.
When negative conduct is openly allowed and even rewarded, and when adherence to Sadguru Baba’s teachings is not given importance, then the outcome is gruesome, horrific.

When AMPS is wrought with so many problems, then in this situation what is to be done?
Some of our fellow brothers and sisters say that we should keep quiet and be like Gandhian monkeys. While others proclaim that our organisational garbage should be collected in one room - and never released - otherwise people will know that that trash is from our house (ie AMPS). Such persons think that keeping our sins hidden is the solution. On these points over the last 28 years endless discussion has occurred - and still continues.
Now the only way is to see what our Sadguru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji says. Should we hide our organisational garbage or invite the attention of important margii brothers and sisters to participate in cleaning it.
AM philosophy states, “The characteristic of good people is to fight against injustice, to firmly adhere to truth and righteousness, to protect the helpless and fight against all evil persons. Those who are merely simple and are of a meek and goody-goody nature are not good people.” (1)
AM philosophy states, "From the social or human viewpoint, everybody has the right to correct the behaviour of everyone else. This is the birthright of every human being. No scholar can dispute the right of people to correct the shortcomings of those with whom they come in contact. The recognition of this right is indispensable for the health of society." (2)
Udiptananda allegedly hatched his plan
Then Updiptananda started calling her and requested her presence for a short visit. Finally, after repeated calls, on 02 Dec 2017, the margii teacher Ujwini acquiesced and traveled to see Updiptananda at the school. After her departure from her home, the margii family did not hear from her.
On 22 Dec 2017, there was a report that there was an awful smell emanating from the kitchen of the AM school in Hozai. A team of police personnel and news reporters arrived at the scene and dug up the kitchen floor of the school and found the young lady’s decomposed body. Horrifically, she was brutally murdered and hidden deep into the ground of the school / jagrti kitchen.

By order of police he is digging and searching for the victim's remains and other evidence. Next in the below photo, we see police investigators bagging up evidence from the gruesome murder of the young, innocent sister. The man on the left wearing a black cap and red shirt is kneeling and digging, gathering pieces for forensic reports, searching for more clues and proof. The agent on the right wearing a striped top and white pants is standing in a bent over position. He is putting the homicide victim's blood-stained clothes into bags and searching for more criminal evidence in the jagrti / crime scene. Wts in Assam were beaten
The reporters on hand had live-streamed the dig across Assam and when the public watched in horror what had happened they started yanking AMPS Wts off of the buses and beating them. The whole area was saturated with an anti-AMPS sentiment and no Wts could go there. And worst of all, a promising young life had been lost in a the most gruesome manner imaginable as Udiptananda had allegedly raped and killed her. And this all could have been easily averted if the basic tenet - no opposite sex teachers at Dadas’ schools - had been upheld.
There is a profound reason behind each one of Baba’s teachings. So we should pay heed to His each and every guideline. Yet now those in Centre work in the opposite direction. They want blind loyalty, not dharmic conduct.
Packing up the remains
In the below image, under police order two people are loading up bagged evidence from the murder scene to bring to the crime lab / police department. Conclusion
Our AM is a man-making mission. That means conduct is everything. When our Wts - or margiis - do not adhere to Sixteen Points and our AM conduct rules, then what is left. Yet sadly, that is the way our AMPS is run nowadays. The time has come to put an end to this rancid approach and demand a thorough review of conduct of each and every disciple of Baba. By this positive approach we can again build up that monolithic structure based on the high ideals of dharma.

Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas." (3)
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Bear in mind that people may be harmed or misled by even a small weakness or defect in the conduct of an ácárya. Just as it is the duty of a father to educate his children properly by his good conduct, an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words." (4)
AM philosophy warns how improper leadership brings terrible harm to society.
AM ideology says, “Today there is catastrophe and misery in human society and there is one reason: the defective leadership of society. People blindly follow even unintelligent leaders. The leaders hypnotize and attract thousands with their tall talks, gestures and other dramatics. Understand that the poverty and misery of any people in any country are the sins of the leaders. True leaders should always be vigilant and think how to work best for human society: they must be ever cautious that under their guidance the people are not led to darkness, death and immorality.” (5)

When AMPS is wrought with so many problems, then in this situation what is to be done?

Baba’s guideline is that our AMPS should be gender-separated. That means Udiptananda’s schools should not have female teachers. But Udiptananda had hired a 22-year-old margii sister, Ujwini Debnath, to work there. After some time she got a job at a government school and left the AM school.

Wt conduct rules
Here are Sadguru Baba’s guidelines for all Wts of AMPS.
- WT Conduct Rule: "You will protect yourself from sexual weakness and luxury." (WT Conduct Rules, Fourteen Points, pt #12)
- WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex except at the time of nursing [administering medical care]." (37 Workers Rules, pt #15)
Note: The above conduct rule contains an exception. Here is the explanation. Suppose there is an accident and the injured party is of the opposite sex; the patient has a wound on their face, and a Wt is on the scene to help. When serving the patient of the opposite sex and tending to their wound, that Wt will have to look at their face in order to offer the requisite care needed. Outside of this circumstance, there is no need for any wholetimer to look at the face of the opposite sex. That is why the rule is that if a Wt is talking with the opposite sex then they will look towards the ground and not the face of the opposite sex.
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika shall treat every woman of the world...as mother." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #11)The letter, word, and spirit of Sadguru’s guidelines are that there must be clear and cordial separation between male Wts and female Wts - between members of the opposite sex. This is highly important to have a successful and thriving Wt cadre.
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika must not remain in a lonely place with any female." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #13)
- Wt Conduct rule: “Under no circumstances should the purity of the mind and body be polluted.” (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #30)
- WT Conduct rule: “Avadhuta must not engage his ears in hearing obscene language or song, touch any rajasika articles, see any depraving entity or picture, or go through any story, novel or picture having even a slight bit of sexual importance... All avadhutas should learn this mantra by heart: O Bhiks´u, O monk. Control your eyes, hearing, smell, tongue (taste), body, lips (speech) and mind. You should have all-round restraint, then you will overcome all pain (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #32)
