Arrest warrant against Rudrananda 

& three stooges for forgery

Land dispute is going on between Rudrananda and Ram Ujagirji (Ex Bhukti Pradhan of Varanasi) and the honourable court announced its decision. Here is an overview of what transpired:

• There were two lands that were owned by Ram Ujagir ji in Varanasi.

• The first land was purchased long back by AMPS from Ram Ujagir Dada, and payment was given by AMPS. And the land was handed over to General Secretary of AMPS when Dada Shambhushivananda ji was GS. https://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com/
  

• The 2nd land is disputed land which was not donated to AMPS and this land is registered in the name of mother of Rinku ji (Rajneet Singhji) i.e. wife of Ram Ujagirji.
  

• The current court case is about the 2nd land which was not donated to AMPS. A few WTs prepared false land documents for 2nd land and captured it. That is why a warrant was put out for their arrest.
  

• Honorable court declared his decision to arrest four WT and two margiis from Jaipur who signed as witness in the land document.

• In the forged document of AMPS, one WT didi has been shown as bearing same name as mother of Rinku ji. But the correct name of WT Didi is Ananya Didi.
  

• Rajneet Singh ji (Rinku ji) says that when Nigamananda was alive, there was no issue. After his death, Rudrananda created new forged documents and captured it and started construction of building. https://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com/

Just a few days back on the first Sunday of this month, after the monthly kiirtan, puja svadhyaya etc, margiis were going to attend the feast in the hall. The ex BP of south Delhi, Arvind, was playing with his kids. Then he heard that one senior citizen margii didi was taking rest, lying down, and murmuring, “Baba, Life has become hell - now there is no more desire to live.” When Arvindji heard this then he asked Didi what happened. She told that in the past she broke her ribs and now there is severe pain. Hearing this Arvind tried to help and cure Didi through various therapies which Arvind ji was well versed in.

When this was going on there were a few more people present. Ranjan Dwivedi’s wife was there and thug Sudevananda also came and spoke with Arvind and left. After some time Rudrananda came with his yes-man Madhuvratananda. They started personally accusing Arvind and verbally attacking him. In this commotion Rudrananda became furious and raised his hand and struck Arvind. Somehow Arvind saved himself and in return Arvind attempted to strike back on Rudrananda. But Rudrananda escaped and Arvind’s fist hit the disciple Madhuvratananda.

So many margiis were there but nobody came forward to save the situation. Everyone was repulsed by the awful behaviour of Rudrananda and Madhuvratananda. Seeing this chaos and commotion, Arvind’s 11-month-old infant started crying out loud. Arvind tried to console his small child and in the meantime, out of fear both Rudrananda and his puppet Madhuvratananda escaped. They locked themselves in one room for safety. Arvind was addressing them from outside the locked door, and challenging both Rudrananda and his sycophant Madhuvratananda.

All the margiis and around 10 - 15 Wts witnessed this event. Everyone was keenly evaluating the situation but nobody tried to intervene or calm down the scene because of the longterm, ongoing, grotesque behaviour of Rudrananda and his bootlicker Madhuvratananda. After some time Arvind left the campus. Rudrananda and his pet Madhuvratananda tried to rile up and instigate the current BP to file a criminal case against Arvind. But the BP and other senior margiis resisted on this matter. So, the slave and hardened criminal Sudevananda filed a court case by the order of his master Rudrananda. Rudrananda started the whole incident and now he is accusing ex BP Arvind in court.

But by this way Rudrananda and his doormat Madhuvratananda got a good lesson.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Your duty will be to unite the moralists. Let there be two camps. Let there be an open fight. The moralists have been scattered for so long that they could not fight. The united strength of five moralists is much more than the united strength of a hundred immoralists.” (1)

Note 1: In Ananda Marga there is a tradition of vijaya otsava, victory day. There Baba teaches us that when dark forces are defeated by bright forces then that is victory day. So although the mythological Ravana was killed there was no sadness, rather joy, because a demon was killed. By seeing the suffering of normal human beings, or even ordinary criminals, one should never feel joyous, rather one should be sympathetic. But if one is a demon in human form then that is very different. Rudrananda is one of them, i.e. demon in human form, and that is why this is being expressed in the above manner.

Note 2: This entire episode also reveals how family margiis are treated as second-class citizens by Rudrananda and his stooge Madhuvratananda, and their retinues.

Note 3: This is the same BP who was selected or chosen by Nigamananda and 10 - 12 Dadas were employed to give him victory in the BP election in 2007.

When avadhuta diiksa is given, then Sadguru Baba says how these avadhutas are going to propagate the gospel of neo-humanism throughout the world. The central idea is that Wts are dedicated for spreading the gospel of Ananda Marga teachings to everyone across the entire planet.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “Remember, until every person in the universe accepts the Ananda Marga ideology, you have no opportunity to rest.” (1)

Unfortunately now we see how this Dada forgot his vow to propagate Ananda Marga teachings. It looks like he lost his path that's why he is propagating the quotes and teachings of Mr. Twain in place of Ananda Marga ideology in his numerous emails. As if the whole entire population already understands and practices the full range of teachings given by Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji.

Sadguru Baba says, “Remember, until every person in the universe accepts the Ananda Marga ideology, you have no opportunity to rest.” (2)

Now it looks like this Dada K is relaxed -  he thinks that Ananda Marga has spread everywhere and now he has no work so he is free to propagate the teachings of -------.

Purport:

O' Parama Purusa, You are very sweet; You are mohan and attract all. You have coloured my mind in Your colour. That is why You are Cita-Rainjan, and always remain with me, all the time. You have removed my despair and filled my heart with Your infinite love. You kindle the lamp of divine compassion, in spite of the hostile windstorm. You graciously remove all darkness and hopelessness with Your brilliant effulgence.

O’ the Controller, You are beyond time. You remain eternally, unassailed by the temporal factor. You don’t have any limitations of minutes, seconds, or moments. The time have no bearing on You. Lord, with unique and unparalleled feeling You come within the reach of microcosm to give Your supreme love. You have come to bless every unit being. 

O' Supreme Entity, You are beyond all logic and reasoning, as well as the analysis of scriptural intellect. You are above all these faculties. You are Alakha-Nirainjain, beyond description. Notes for Prabhat Samgiita #3580:

[1] Mohan: Ananda Marga philosophy states, ”One cannot remain away from Him. Rather, one has to rush along towards Him, because there is that inseparable bond, the inferential bondage of the Cosmic flow. For He is Mohana” (1)

[2] Cita-Rainjan: Baba guides us & we all know that devotion is that unique ingredient which allows one to advance in the spiritual field. Without innate love for Parama Purusa one can never succeed. By Baba's divine grace, in His role as Cit-Rainjan, He is that Divine Entity who colours and saturates the mind of sadhakas in the fountain of devotion. Baba says, "'rainjana', which means 'the One who colours' - that which colours the mind." (Ananda Vacanamrtam-1) So He is that Cosmic Being who graciously showers devotional love into the heart and mind of the bhakta. And by such overwhelming Cosmic grace, the devotee becomes immersed in Supreme bliss and comes in the closest proximity with that Love Personified Entity: Parama Purusa.

[3] Alakhanirainjan: ('Alakh' means 'invisible'; 'nir' means 'no'; 'ainjan' means 'black spot'.) Of the infinite attributions of Parama Purusa, one of which is that He is invisible and blemishless -  pure and perfect. That is why He is known as Alakhanirainjan. Because in this world unit beings are bound by their past actions, by their samskaras; and this creates a black mark in their mind. But being Alakhanirainjan, being both invisible and blemishless, Parama Purusa is beyond the realm of sense perception and beyond the realm of samskara. His mind never gets stained. He remains eternally pure and spotless.

भावार्थ

हे  परमपुरुष बाबा! जब भी मैं तुम्हारे द्वार पर कुछ माॅंगने आता हॅूं, तो ज्यादातर मैं भौतिक वस्तुओं और सुख सुविधाओं को ही तुमसे माॅंगता रहता हॅूं जो अगले ही क्षण समाप्त हो जाती हैं ।इस प्रकार मैं खुद को धोखा देता हूँ । सामान्यतः वे सभी वस्तुएं मुझे हानि पहुंचाने वाली ही होती हैं फिर भी मैं उन्हें माॅंगकर बार बार अपने को ही हानि पहुंचाता हॅूं। हे प्रभु!  मैं यह नहीं जानता कि मेरी असली आवश्यकतायें क्या हैं, मैं उन वस्तुओं को कभी नहीं माँगता जो मुझे लाभदायी होती हैं। मुझे यह भी नहीं पता कि अगले ही क्षण क्या होने वाला है । परंतु तुम तो मेरे भूतकाल वर्तमान और भविष्य  सब को जानते हो ।, हे परम सत्ता! मेरा सबसे अधिक भला किस में है यह तुम ही जानते हो,तुम मुझे प्रेम करते हो, इसलिये तुम्हारी जैसी इच्छा  हो वही करो ।

हे परमपुरुष! यह समग्र सृष्टि, जीव जंतुओ, वनों से मरुस्थलों तक, समुद्रों से पर्वतों तक सर्वत्र लगा,  यह सार्वजनिक मेला और दृश्यावली  तुम्हारी सुंदर रचना है। तुम्हारी दृष्टि सब पर रहती है। कुछ भी उपेक्षित नहीं है, तुम परम कृपालु हो। यह तुम्हारी दिव्य लीला है। इस सृष्टि रचना की हर वस्तु तुम्हारी कल्पना है। हे मेरे प्रभु! तुम सब पर एक समान कृपा की वर्षा करते हो। तुम यह विचार ही नहीं करते कि कोई गरीब है या अमीर , अच्छा है या बुरा अथवा पापी है या सद्गुणी और सभी पर अपनी अहैतुकी कृपा की वर्षा करते हो। कुछ लोग अपने ऊपर अभिमान का छतरी लगाये होने के कारण अहैतुकी कृपा अनुभव नहीं कर पाते, इसी लिये शिकायत करते हैं। परंतु यह सब उन लोगों की ही गलती है न कि तुम्हारीं । हे प्रभु! मैं तुम से कुछ भी नहीं माॅंगता, जो देने की तुम्हारी इच्छा हो, वही करो ।

हे परमपुरुष! बाबा! जब साधक अपने दंभ और अहंकार को त्याग देते हैं, तो वे अनुभव करते हैं कि सिर्फ तुम ही उनके अपने हो। जब साधक तुम्हें पुकारते हैं तो वे कहते हैं ‘मेरे प्रभु‘ ।  वे  नहीं कहते कि ‘‘हम सब के प्रभु‘‘। साधक कितने ही पाप क्यों न किये हो, परंतु वे सब यह जानते हैं कि तुम तो उनके अपने हो ,और उन्हें बचा लोगे, यही कारण है कि वे तुम्हें ही पुकारते हैं कि बचा लो, वे किसी को भी अपने बुरे कामों के बारे में नहीं बताते, पर उसे तुम्हें बताकर तुम्हारी कृपा  चाहते हैं । वे अपने कष्टों के समय अपने कल्याण के लिये तुम्हें पुकारते हैं, वे सुख दुख दोनों में तुम्हारी सहायता चाहते हैं । वे हर प्रकार की बाधाओं ओर कठिनाइयों की उपेक्षा करते हुए तुम्हारे निकट आना चाहते हैं ।

हे मेरे प्रभु! मैं यह नहीं जानता कि यथार्थ में तुमसे क्या मांगू , मुझे अपनी वास्तविक आवश्यकताओं की जानकारी ही नहीं है, मेरी बुद्धि काम ही नहीं करती। हे बाबा! हे परमपुरुष! मेरे ऊपर कृपाकरो और जो भी मेरे लिये सर्वाधिक उचित समझते हो  वही करो । (1)

On some key issues a few get confused. Some think that certain points have been approved of by Baba, while others firmly maintain that such issues have not been approved. There are many instances where two parties hold diametrically opposing perspectives on what they feel Baba supports. This is the type of confusion that some are bringing to the table. For this reason it is worth taking a closer look into this topic by referencing Baba's direct guidelines. That is the best way to proceed.

How to know His perspective

First, here below Baba very clearly and conclusively guides us about the proven and tested ways to understand His divine viewpoint. By applying His below measuring rod, any sadhaka can easily understand Baba's stance on any issue. Here then is Baba's given method.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Generally there are three ways to ascertain the views of great personalities: first, by what they said; secondly, by what they did, even though they may not have said anything; and thirdly, even though they may not have said or done anything, by what they did not say - one way or the other - on a particular issue." (1)

According to Sadguru Baba's above guideline we can easily ascertain His perspective and views in certain key ways:
1. By studying His discourses;
2. By following His practical example, by His action;

Naturally, we should understand Guru's perspective, adhere to His teaching, and follow His example / direction. Then we will be in position to properly resolve any points of contention regarding what Baba supports and what He does not support. By this way one can save oneself from committing sin and falling prey to self-ruination.

Conclusion

Here again then is that first parameter for determining Baba's guideline on any particular issue: By studying His discourses. What Baba has said refers first and foremost to His discourses - i.e. His books. So His recorded and printed teachings of Ananda Marga ideology are the first way by which to understand His perspective. What He says in His books we should certainly do and follow. This is how to adhere to the path of dharma and save oneself from committing sin and falling prey to self-ruination.

The second method of knowing His viewpoint is by seeing His action: What Baba has done in His day to day life - by following His practical example, by His action. Baba's sterling example stands as one perfect way to live a dharmic life. He has graciously come to show one and all how to lead a glorious existence. His actions demonstrate this. Here below Baba guides us that by His various actions like performing sadhana regularly, He is guiding sadhakas how they are to lead their life.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “He [Mahsambuti] needs no sadhana, but just to set an example to others, He performs sadhana with the masses." (2)

Here then - as a basic rule - we should certainly follow Sadguru’s guidelines from His discourses and adhere to His example and do what He has done. By this way one may avert sinful dealings and refrain from degrading oneself.

How Baba opposes mahaprayan dogma

The issue of the mahaprayan dogma has two distinct sides. Some are in favour and some are opposed. Some say Baba appreciates the annual commemoration of His so-called departure that He is gone, while others hold that Baba is eternally present as the Cosmic Entity Parama Purusa and thus He opposes the MPD dogma. We should therefore analyse this issue according to Baba's practical example, i.e. His actions. Then we can know what His perspective is on this issue of "mahaprayan dogma." We begin with findings related with the second step or second parameter: By His action, i.e. following His practical example.

As we all know, each year Baba guides us to announce and celebrate the birth of the second Mahasambhuti, Lord Krsna. On that glorious day - Janma's't'amii - Baba would announce general darshan. After bringing recognition to the day, Baba would invariably take some time to talk about the life of Lord Krsna, His dharmic teachings or scenes from the Bhagavad Giita. And Baba would often grace those present with varabhaya mudra.

No MPD of Lord Krsna

For instance, all-knowing Baba is certainly aware of the day the second Mahasambhuti Lord Krsna left this earth. Yet by His example Baba carefully guides us not to place importance on the exact day, time, or place of Lord Krsna's physical departure. Baba guides us that we should not give value to this occasion in any way - neither as a day of observance nor as a day of celebration. Clearly He has taught us - by His example - not to organise the MPD of Lord Krsna. Because Sadguru Baba does not support the idea of the eternal Taraka Brahma Krsna having an MPD date. As Baba’s disciples, we should pay heed to His blemishless example and represent His ideals by our own conduct.

I personally have attended so many janmastami programs with Baba; this was always a day that was announced and celebrated. As His disciples then, always the birthday of Lord Krsna is to be honoured. But in Baba’s presence there was never any such MPD program for Lord Krsna. The so-called annual death day of Lord Krsna was never announced or observed.

By Baba's above actions - i.e. by the second parameter for determining Guru's perspective - by following His practical example, by His action, it is clear that He does not approve of the observance of the so-called departure day of the 3rd Mahasambhuti Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji. Rather He opposes this MPD dogma. Those who celebrate so-called mahaprayan dogma are going against Baba's wishes. No one should do this great sin and invite their self-destruction.

Abide by His teachings; follow in His footsteps

It is a divine fact and irrefutable truth that when Taraka Brahma takes advent and manifests Himself as Mahasambhuti on this dusty earth then He puts forth one great example for all to follow. This is well understood by each and every Ananda Margii - by every sadhaka. All feel in their heart and mind that Baba is that Divine One - the embodiment of dharma - whose each and every thought, word, and deed guides us perfectly along the path of Supreme Benevolence. By His divine grace and by following Him in each and every way, all human beings will reach that blissful and divine stance.

Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "Parama Purusa is a ship, nay a very big ship. Getting on it, devotees will sit and cross the cosmic cycle comfortably." (3)


Through the medium of Shrii Shrii Anandamúrti jii

So again, the first step of Baba's 3-point system for determining His perspective is what He has said.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, "The one formless, beginningless and infinite Parama Brahma (Supreme Consciousness) is the only entity to be attained by living beings – That alone is Jagat Guru (the Supreme preceptor), That alone has revealed Brahmavidyá (intuitional science) to us through the medium of the name and form of Anandamúrtijii. Unit beings must be made to appreciate Its majesty." (4)

By this first parameter, "by what [Sadguru] said", it is quite evident that Ananda Marga ideology does not support the narrow notion that Parama Purusa Baba is a limited entity who has gone away. Rather He is that Eternal Divine Entity that remains with us always. Thus by checking with what He has said, it is clear that Baba does not support mahaprayan.

But Tiljala issues a press release every year announcing how the death day of Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurti should be observed. Yet according to Baba's above stated parameters and measuring rods, the annual MPD program (mahaprayan divas) dogma is completely bogus.

Purport:

O' Supreme Entity, this world has become beautiful because of Your infinite charm. That is why I behold You everywhere - in all Your variations. When I look at any expression then I see that You are there. You are manifesting Yourself in that form. O' Parama Purusa, You are presenting Your grandeur in the rupa of all these entities - animate and inanimate. You are One but Your disseminations are many. You show Yourself in innumerable shapes. You are hiding within Your creation.

O' Divine One, You are present everywhere - in all the flows. Nothing is outside Your mental arena; everything is within the purview of Your mind. That is why nothing is ever lost. Baba, I am in Your domain and I do according to Your desire. This entire universe is in Your mental vision and I am one part of that. I am working according to Your wish. Because all is Your thought projection.

O' Supreme Being, O' Baba, You are present in each mental conception. Whatever human beings think is known to You since You are the Witnessing Entity of that very psychic process. You are extremely vast: all are encapsulated within You. You are so small: You are present in everyone's mental arena. You are smaller than the smallest and bigger than the biggest. Even by mistake I do not think that besides You anything else exists. You are the totality.

O' Prabhu, I always think that You are the quintessence, it is Your grace...

Note 1: Here is a portion of RU address of 28 May 1983 wherein He is giving this same type of idea as has been demonstrated in the above song.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Neohumanism includes within its scope not only human beings and animate creatures, such as plants and animals, but all inanimate entities as well, for the scope of Neohumanism extends down to the smallest particles of sub-atomic matter...Why should the love and affection of developed human minds be restricted to human beings only? Why should it not include all living beings, including plant life? This is the new explanation of humanism - neohumanism - for within neohumanism the entire animate world is included...And that golden day is sure to come when that perfect stage of structure, that is, unit existence in the intra-atomic world, will be reached, when human intuition will realize that the essence in the sub-atomic world is pure Consciousness." (1)

Note 2: Materialists think that everything comes from matter while Ananda Marga philosophy states that everything comes from Brahma. This then is the fundamental difference between the static world view of materialism and our spiritual outlook. Needless to say, our spiritual perspective changes the whole view of this universe as well as our relation with it. Materialists think that the world is for their  self-satisfaction only whereas in Ananda Marga we think that we have come to this world to serve others since all are the expression of Parama Purusa.

More about Prabhat Samgiita #324: This is a neo-humanistic song given on 10 March 1983. This same theme was evident in the RU address and DMC discourse of 28 and 29 May, respectively. In both those discourses, this same type of idea was given but in greater detail. In that RU address, the idea was that everything is the expression of Parama Purusa, and that Parama Purusa is expressing Himself throughout this manifested universe.
