Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to follow His Ananda Marga ideology.

Ananda Marga ideology guides us, “When by your action or thought, by your physical activity or by your ectoplasmic activity, you are helping the collective progress of the society, you are accelerating the progress of the society, you are doing something that is puńyam. And when you, by your mental or physical action, are retarding the collective progress, you are committing something that is pápa.” Do you follow? To go against the collective interest is pápa. To accelerate the speed of collective progress is puńyam.” (1)

Central Wts allegedly extort money from junior wts

(A) Wts are aware of Baba’s Caryacarya guideline not to do pranam (touch the feet) if the person is not worthy of respect, so knowingly they are violating it by giving high respect and touching the feet of those alleged purodhas / Wts. This has a double sinful effect, i.e. the initial sin / pápa of touching the feet of those Wts whom they do not respect. And the after-effect of empowering those degraded purodhas etc to continue on in their wrongdoing and sinful dealing.

(B) There are some workers who knowingly follow groupism. They are adequately aware of Sadguru Baba’s neo-humanistic principles but even then they follow groupism. They are knowingly going against Guru’s guidelines and committing sin [pápa].

(C) Most central Wts, due to ego, knowingly contravene Guru’s stated conduct rules. Those central Dadas feel they are above the rules and  instead act like corrupt policemen. They blatantly misuse their power and harass innocent people - most often simple junior Wts. Top Dadas allegedly extort money from junior workers in the name of tithes and taxes, otherwise those central dadas will not sign the TP (tour program) of those junior Wts etc. By this way central workers keep those juniors in bondage as they cannot leave until their TP is signed. Those junior wts have to forgo their train reservations and live in Centre without food due to lack of money. Till their TP is signed those juniors are at the mercy of those senior workers who exploit them. Such "big dadas" feel they are immune to wrongdoing and they force their juniors to live in humiliation and torment. By this way those central Dadas are contravening Guru’s guidelines and committing sin [pápa].

Bad deeds while in Wt dress

(D) A few workers create co-ed schools for boys and girls above the age of 12 like at Gandhidham high school etc. This sinful action occurs even though those Wts know and understand Sadguru Baba’s rule that co-education is not allowed. They are knowingly in violation of Guru’s guidelines and committing  sin [pápa].

(E) Some workers are aware about the dangerous effects of money. But they indulge in thoughts about money, money, money, all the 24hrs. They know that by this way they will be turned into negative microvita, i.e. prakrtaliina, but they do it anyway. They are knowingly breaking Guru’s guidelines and committing sin [pápa].


Some didis live with adult boys

(F) And there are some Didis who live with an adult boy in their own children’s home - all because they are completely attached to that particular youth. Such Didis know well they are breaking Guru’s guidelines, committing sin [pápa] , and degrading themselves. Even then they continue on in those dirty actions.

(G) Some Wts know well about Guru’s teachings on neo-humanism and geo-religious sentiment. Even then they go to Jamalpur, dig up the mud and dirt there and put it in their pockets, thinking by this way they are getting Parama Purusa. So by this way they are indulging in the sinful dealing of limiting that all-pervasive Divine Entity to a small pile of dirt. They are knowingly contravening Guru’s guidelines and committing sin [pápa].

(H) Some top central Dadas think they can do no wrong. They feel that since they are wearing the dress and have a high post, they can do whatever they want including sell Ananda Marga property. Those top Dadas live under the false pretence that they are immune to wrongdoing and that all they do is automatically sanctioned. They are fully aware of Baba’s teachings that all Wts must live an austere life of service and sacrifice, but they plunge themselves into sin / pápa anyway.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “In Saḿskrta there are two words for sin – that which should be done but is not done is called “Pratyaváya”, and that which should not be done but is done is “Pápa”. The combined name of Pápa and Pratyaváya is “Pátaka”. (2)

"दयाल प्रभु बोलो गो ..." (प्रभात संगीत# 0341)

नोट :- कोई जो बहुत दूर है तो उसका ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए  ‘हे’ बोलकर उसे पुकारते हैं, जैसे “हे, रामू”। लेकिन अगर कोई मेरे सामने है और मेरी तरफ़ देख रहा है उसे  ‘हे’ बोलकर सम्बोधित नहीं किया जाता है। परमात्मा सदा साथ हैं और हमको लगातार देख रहे हैं इसलिए उनसे बात करते समय “हे, परमात्मा! हे, बाबा,” बोलकर भक्त कभी सम्बोधित नहीं करते ।

भावार्थ :-

परमपुरुष, बाबा ! कृपया मुझे बताओ कि लोग तुमको ‘दयाल’, ओ 'दयालु क्यों कहते हैं ? यदि तुम इतने मेहरबान हो तो नरम, सुगंधित फूल कांटों वाले क्यों हैं ? वे फूल की पंखुड़ियाँ बहुत मुलायम और कोमल होती हैं फिर भी वे तीखी, कांटेदार सुइयों से घिरी रहती हैं। क्या तुम सभी फूलों को बिना किसी कांटों के नहीं बना सकते हो? पर्वत का झरना बहुत सुंदर और शुद्ध है, लेकिन इसे हमेशा ऊबड़-खाबड़, पहाड़ी रास्ते से चलने का दर्द झेलना पड़ता है। क्या झरना को अच्छा रास्ता नहीं दे सकते हो?


बाबा, तुमको दयालु क्यों कहा जाता है ? कमल और लिली के फूल सुगंधित और प्यारे होते हैं लेकिन वे तालाब के कीचड़ में खिलते हैं। तुम उन्हें साफ जगह क्यों नहीं देते ? मानव जीवन हँसी और खुशियों से भरा होता है और धीरे-धीरे क्षय, वृद्धावस्था की ओर बढ़ता है। क्या तुम एक ऐसा मानव जीवन नहीं बना सकते हो जो हमेशा युवा बना रहे, बुढ़ापा रहित हो ? टिमटिमाने के  लिए, सितारों के झुंड को हमेशा अमावस्या की अंधेरी रात का इंतजार करना पड़ता है। क्या तुम ऐसे सितारे नहीं बना सकते हो जो हर समय चमकते रहें ?

बाबा ! लोगों ने तुम्हारा नाम दिया है--'दयालु', लेकिन जब तुम इस प्रकार की लीला खेल करते हो, तो वह तुम्हारा नाम 'दयालु' क्यों है ? छोटा बच्चा एक छोटे फूल की तरह कोमल होता है, लेकिन हमेशा वह बच्चा रोता है, क्या तुम सभी शिशुओं को हमेशा खुशहाल नहीं बना सकते हो । मुस्कुराता चाँद सिर्फ काले बादलों के बीच-बीच चमकता है। पूर्णिमा की चंद्रमा को आकाश में चमकने का पूरा अवसर नहीं मिलता है। चाँद को हमेशा चमकने के लिए पूरा आकाश क्यों नहीं दे देते हो जो बादलों द्वारा कभी अवरुद्ध न हो। इस दुनिया में तुमने मंद मधुर सुगंधित हवा बनाई है। वह नरम, कोमल, सुगंधित हवा, ओलों के आगमन, बादलों के गड़गड़ाहट और बिजली तूफान के आने के साथ साथ गायब हो जाती है । क्या तुम सदा मधुर सुगंधित हवा नहीं बहा सकते हो ? यह कितनी विडंबना है कि लोग तुमको दयालु कहते हैं, जब कि तुम्हारी कार्यशैली बिल्कुल विपरीत होती है ...

Use caution with water buffaloes

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “It is worth pointing out that the buffalo came under mans control a few thousand years after the cow was domesticated. The pure bison variety of buffalo is resistant to domestication, but the water buffalo, because of its lack of speed, has accepted man’s dominion for the sake of self-preservation. Since fondness for water is inherent in this variety of bison, their original instinctive tendencies awaken if they see water nearby. In the burning heat of summer, cart-pulling buffalo also will forget their sense of responsibility and take a dip, cart and all, if they see a pond – such happenings are not rare.” (1)

बाबा! मैंने तुम्हें आनन्दनगर, तिलजला,
और जमालपुर में भी खोजा पर तुम वहाँ नहीं मिले

प्रभात संगीत 2079 तोमारी तरे जीवन भरे, घुरे बेरिएछि, तुमि जानो ना....

भावार्थ

हे परमपुरुष मैं आजीवन तुम्हें कितना खोजता हुआ चारों ओर भटकता रहा, तुम नहीं जानते। युगों युगों से मैं तुम्हें ढॅूंढ़ता रहा हॅंू पर तुम पास क्यों नहीं आये। हे बाबा! मैंने सभी आलस्य को त्यागकर ,आॅंसु भरी आॅंखों से तुम्हें बार-बार पुकारा पर तुमने नहीं  सुना। निद्राविहीन असंख्य रातें तुम्हें पुकारते निकल गयीं पर तुम मेरी पुकार को क्यों नहीं सुने?

बाबा! मैंने तुम्हें जंगलों में , पेड़पौधों में, बगीचों में इतना ही नहीं  मरुस्थल की जादू भरी मरीचिकाओं में खोजा, सब जगह तुम्हें पाने की आशा  में देखा, पर तुम कहीं नहीं मिले। मैं तुम्हारे दर्शनों  के लिये अनेक गाॅंवों, और शहरों  के अनेक “तीर्थों”  जैसे - वाराणसी, पुरी, मक्का, रोम, यरुशलम, इतना ही नहीं आनन्दनगर, तिलजला, और जमालपुर में भी खोजता हुआ भटकता रहा हॅूं ,पर मेरी चाह पूरी नहीं हुई। तुम उनमें से एक भी स्थान पर नहीं मिले। ओह! फिर भी  तुमने न तो मेरी दुखद स्थिति को देखा और न मेरे प्रेम  को समझा । हे परम पुरुष! मैंने तुम्हें विभिन्न तीर्थों की भव्यता में भी तलाशा , मैंने आनन्द नगर, जमालपुर, और तिलजला आदि “तीर्थों” के बारे में भी मार्गियों में प्रचार किया कि तुम वहाॅं रहते हो, और वहाॅं जाकर तुम्हारा आशीर्वाद पाया जा सकता है। मैंने सोचा कि इन स्थानों की महानता के प्रचार करने से तुम मेरे ऊपर कृपा करोगे, और मेरे पास आ जाओगे, पर यह सब कितना गलत था , अरे तुम तो मन के भीतर रहते हो न कि तीर्थों में।

हे परमपुरुष बाबा! मैंने तुमको पहचान लिया है कि, तुम मेरे रोने को सुनकर भी न सुनने का बहाना बना लेते हो, तुम मेरे सब दुखों को जानते हो पर दिखाते हो कि कुछ नहीं जानते,।

बाबा! आज मैं  तुम्हारी कृपा से समझ गया हॅूं कि, तुम्हें बाहरी संसार में खोजते हुए मैंने अपना सब समय नष्ट कर दिया है, अब मुझे लग रहा है कि तुम तो मेरे हृदय की गहराई में रहते हो। (1)

You may treat yourself

Caryacarya says, "The practices given below are prescribed only for specific diseases. Therefore, they are to be performed only after consultation with an a'ca'rya."

"Vistrta sna'na or vya'paka sna'na: A bathtub is most convenient, but  if this is not available, an earthen trough will suffice. If this is not available either, a wet towel can be used, soaking it repeatedly in water. Fill the bathtub with cold water, and sit in it undressed so that  the area from the navel down remains submerged. Keep your feet dry and out of the tub. The area from the neck to the navel should be kept covered with a shirt or dry cloth. The crown of the head and the back of  the head should be kept covered with a wet towel."

"Now take another towel and rub the area from the right side of the abdomen to the groin seven or eight times. Do likewise on the left-hand side and horizontally from right to left and left to right. You should make sure that the towel on the head remains wet."

"After this, wipe the abdomen, hands and thighs and take a full bath.  If this is not possible, then leave the tub wearing a shirt."

"This should be practised behind closed doors. In the absence of a bathtub or an earthen trough, a wet towel may be wrapped around the areas to be bathed, but in order to compensate, cold water must be poured constantly over the towel, and the towel which is to be used for the massage must be kept wet. After vya'paka sna'na, the thighs, pubic area and abdomen should be warmed with a dry towel."

"Before and after this bath one should not eat, in order to allow the stomach to rest." (1)

Vimalananda sold out to BJP (Indian political party)

Just the other day one BJP leader passed away. Vimalananda instructed PSS office Secretary Vijay Prabhat to circulate aharddhanjali messages for BJP leader in the name of PSS in all WhatsApp groups. All know that BJP supports Capitalism. But PROUT is against Capitalism. Then why Anandamargis should support BJP and current political parties?

Moreover the fact is, every other day, some political leaders die. So should we should write a shraddhanjali message every time even though they have done nothing for suffering humanity. It is Ananda Marga and Prout WhatsApp groups. Such statements should be posted only in non-Ananda Marga WhatsApp groups. In addition, that BJP leader had stated in TV that "Anandamarga is a dead organization " after Arms drop incident.

Vijay Prabhat and Vimalananda rarely circulated sympathy messages when some margis and devotees passed away in WhatsApp groups.

Vimalananda and Ranchi AMPS have been supporting BJP like anything.

During the debate in WhatsApp group (PROUT STUDY CIRCLE created by Vimalananda), Vimalananda clearly indicated that many BJP leaders have been doing great work for Ananda Marga and Prout. This proves that Vimalananda has sold out to BJP.

So it stands to reason that if AMPS started doing something other than propagation of Ananda Marga ideology, then that defeats the purpose of its existence. And that is unfortunately what is happening these days, in many instances.

You must have heard about an Avadhuta/Purodha massage center wherein one Avadhuta, a Central Worker of AMPS, was running a "yoga massage center". And this massage center was not an ordinary one. Unusual Avt "call center"

Here below is news of another call center that is not an ordinary one. It is alleged that one very senior dada / avadhuta / purodha, who is also Rudrananda’s extremely close person and right hand man, i.e. his chosen and most favorite one, is running the business of a "call center" as head “procurer”.

Usually, in general call centers, companies contract those call centers to provide various customer and technical support services. But this call center is a completely different thing. Although it is highly lucrative, it does not require a lot of capital to establish it. Because it is an underworld business. So in this Avadhuta call center, teen girls are hired and get an hourly wage to engage in lewd and pornographic talk to satisfy the lower vrttis of their customer who is sitting at the other end of the phone line. It may be that the client is in that very city or across the planet. The client pays by the minute and hour, depending on how much they want to talk with those teen girls, in a lewd way, however extreme they wish to go. In this dirty way, a lot of money is earned.

They swindle and cheat innocent Margiis & public

It is alleged that these so-called avadhutas, those who are running this depraved business are going just opposite to what Ananda Marga philosophy teaches. As explained above, if AMPS goes against the fundamentals of Ananda Marga philosophy, then it must be condemned.

In the golden days of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha three to four decades ago, such culprits would have been punished publicly in Ananda Marga camps, seminars, and DMC. But the current AMPS situation is very different. Everybody knows that such activities are supported with the wink of an eye. Openly if you ask, then they will say, "We don't do this; we condemn it." But in practice those sitting in the highest Purodha Board are allegedly running these types of underworld activities. And their nastiness and hypocrisy does not have any limit. The same people who are running this underworld trade are venerated in the seminars, meetings, DMS, as a Second Maheshvar, i.e. Second God. Uninformed Margiis think that these AMPS key post holders are special descendants of the Supreme Entity. These high post holders have come on this earth to serve the suffering human society, but in reality, it is alleged that they swindle and cheat innocent Margiis in the name of this or that project, and thereby increase their black account. While on the other side, Margiis as well as the common public, are getting befooled.

Work of anti-social elements to annihilate the civilized society

Here in the following teaching, Baba teaches us that, in order to destroy exploited youths, capitalists propagate lewd and dirty things, and thereby excite the youths’ lower propensities. By that way, the youths of the society forget about the exploitation being perpetrated by the capitalists or political and religious cheats, and they indulge in perverted and dirty activities, and destroy their lives. Our guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji says we must oppose such dirty dealings. But look what has happened; these days, sitting in the hub of AMPS, people are busy in doing such dirty things which antisocial elements do, to annihilate the civilized society.

Ananda Marga philosophy teaches us, “Psycho-economic exploitation is the latest form of dangerous and all-devouring capitalist exploitation. It is a special type of exploitation which first weakens and paralyses people psychologically in various ways, and then exploits them economically. Some of the methods of psycho-economic exploitation include, first, ….. the extensive propagation of pseudo-culture, exemplified by pornographic literature which debases people’s mind and particularly undermines the vitality of the youth.” (1)


Duty of Margiis & true Wts

In this situation, the following Baba's teaching comes in my mind.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Your duty will be to unite the moralists. Let there be two camps. Let there be an open fight. The moralists have been scattered for so long that they could not fight. The united strength of five moralists is much more than the united strength of a hundred immoralists because there is an unholy alliance amongst the latter. Meditation behind closed doors will not do. Gather strength by intuitional practices and unite yourselves against the immoralists.” (2)

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “So your duty is three-fold. Your first duty is to observe morality and to do intuitional practices. Without this you cannot have mental determination. Your next duty is to unite the moralists of the world, otherwise Dharma will not endure. The exploited mass who do not observe Yama and Niyama – the cardinal moral principles – cannot fight against their own sense of frustration. It is therefore necessary to unite the moralists. This will be your real Dharma. You will become great by doing this, because ideation of the Great makes a person great. At the third stage, you will have to mercilessly fight against sin wherever it has taken root in this world.” (3)

Magic to gain AMPS central post

It is well known that depraved Wts (so-called monks) allegedly give huge money to Rudrananda and by that way they get central posts and Rudrananda fights in their favour and propagates their false glory. So this is a type of business for depraved Wts (so-called monks). To get a top post in Rudrananda's cabinet, the following things are needed:
(a) depravity
(b) large donations to Rudrananda
(c) ready to become donkey of Rudrananda so he can ride on you and order you to brutally kick the target that Rudrananda wants to hit

Of the three aforementioned qualities, all three attributions (a, b, c) are a must but in rare cases only having the third quality is enough. If you do not have any of the above three attributions then you are unfit.

We should remind ourselves of Sadguru Baba's teachings

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "A study of history will make it clear that a strong and healthy society has not yet evolved on this planet. This is mainly due to the inadequate propagation of an ideology. Although at different times a few people thought of establishing a strong and healthy society, they used argument and debate instead of deliberation and reason to convince others of the need for such a society, and ultimately ended up projecting themselves instead of the ideology. Thus the ideology became secondary and was ultimately swept away because people started worshipping them as mahátmas [elevated souls] or mahápuruśas [spiritual beings]. Due to the absence of an ideology a strong society could not be established, and many defects crept into individual life." (4)

Wt conduct rules: sexual business

Here are Sadguru Baba’s guidelines for all wholetimer Dadas and Didis of the Marga. The below applies to all kinds of sexual dealings including homosexual and heterosexual.

- WT Conduct Rule: "You will protect yourself from sexual weakness and luxury." (WT Conduct Rules, Fourteen Points, pt #12)

- WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex except at the time of nursing [administering medical care]." (37 Workers Rules, pt #15)

Note: The above conduct rule contains an exception. Here is the explanation. Suppose there is an accident and the injured party is of the opposite sex; the patient has a wound on their face, and a Wt is on the scene to help. When serving the patient of the opposite sex and tending to their wound, that Wt will have to look at their face in order to offer the requisite care needed. Outside of this circumstance, there is no need for any wholetimer to look at the face of the opposite sex. That is why the rule is that if a Wt is talking with the opposite sex then they will look towards the ground and not the face of the opposite sex.

- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika shall treat every woman of the world...as mother." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #11)

- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika must not remain in a lonely place with any female." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #13)

- Wt conduct rule: “Under no circumstances should the purity of the mind and body be polluted.” (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #30)

- WT conduct rule: “Avadhuta must not engage his ears in hearing obscene language or song, touch any rajasika articles, see any depraving entity or picture, or go through any story, novel or picture having even a slight bit of sexual importance... All avadhutas should learn this mantra by heart: O Bhiks´u, O monk. Control your eyes, hearing, smell, tongue (taste), body, lips (speech) and mind. You should have all-round restraint, then you will overcome all pain (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #32)

The letter, word, and spirit of Guru’s guidelines are that there must be clear and cordial separation between male Wts and female Wts - between members of the opposite sex. And in the case of lesbian / homosexual relations, then those same sex members should be separated. This is highly important to have a successful and thriving Wt cadre.

नोट :- कोई जो बहुत दूर है तो उसका ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए  ‘हे’ बोलकर उसे पुकारते हैं। जैसे “हे, रामू”। लेकिन अगर कोई मेरे सामने है और मेरी तरफ़ देख रहा है उसे  ‘हे’ बोलकर सम्बोधित नहीं किया जाता है। अंधविश्वास के कारण जो लोग सोचते हैं कि परमात्मा आकाश में हैं, दूर हैं इसलिए परमात्मा को पुकारने के लिए  वे ‘हे’  शब्द बोलकर पुकारते हैं।“हे, परमात्मा !  परंतु सत्य है कि परमात्मा सदा साथ हैं और हमको लगातार देख रहे हैं इसलिए उनसे बात करते समय “हे, परमात्मा! हे, बाबा,” बोलकर भक्त कभी सम्बोधित नहीं करते ।

बाबा, मेरे चिर बन्धु, मैं अपने बल से साधना मार्ग में आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता। कृपया मुझे ब्रह्मज्योति के उस विराट् फव्वारे की धारा, उस अलौकिक ब्रह्म लोक तक अपने साथ ले चलो ।

बाबा, मैं अज्ञान और अविद्या माया से घिरा हुआ हूं, ‘आठ पाश और छह शत्रुओं’ से बँधा हुआ हूं। मैं अब भौतिकवाद के घनघोर अंधेरे के दर्द और दुख को मेरे दिल में सहन नहीं कर सकता। बाबा, कृपया मेरी पशुता की गहरी नींद को तोड़कर मुझे अपने परम निवास में ले चलो । तुम्हारे उत्तम गीतों के साथ, मन की सभी जड़ता, कालिमा, पाप को दूर करो ताकि मैं अपनी सारी कूपमंडूकता को पीछे छोड़ सकूं और आनंद मार्ग के रास्ते पर सही तरीके से आगे बढ़ सकूं। कृपा करके सच्ची आध्यात्मिकता के पथ पर मेरा हाथ पकड़ कर ले चलो। बाबा, मेरे बन्धु, मेरे साथी ...


प्रभात संगीत हमारे आनंद मार्ग साधना के अंतरंग आध्यात्मिक भावों को प्रस्तुत करता है, ये प्रभात संगीत का निहित आकर्षण है। ये गीत विशुद्ध रूप से परमपुरुष के साथ एक मधुर भाव को दर्शाते हैं।

जैसा कि हम जानते हैं, बंधु शब्द परमपुरुष के साथ एक बहुत करीबी रिश्ता दर्शाता है - जहाँ कोई उससे अलग नहीं हो सकता। जो भक्त अपने दिल में महसूस करते हैं कि परमपुरुष उनके बंधु हैं, या अंतरंग मित्र हैं, वे वास्तव में धन्य हैं। उन्हें लगता है कि, "मेरे प्रिय बन्धु के बिना मैं खुद ज़िंदा नहीं रह सकता।" परमपुरुष और भक्त के संबंध, व्यक्तिगत रूप से प्रभु के साथ संबंध की गहराई के चार प्रकार भेद हैं - चार मुख्य भावों में से एक है बन्धु।

यह पहला गीत शुद्ध प्रेमपूर्ण अभिव्यक्ति का प्रतीक है और विशिष्ट रूप से यह दर्शाता है कि कैसे प्रिय परमपुरुष के साथ घनिष्ठ और अंतरंग तरीके से बातचीत की जा सकती है, जहां अपने भीतर के विचारों और भावनाओं को भक्त व्यक्त कर सकता है।

इस प्रकार यह पहला गीत उस महान पर्व की शुरुआत थी । ५०१९ गीतों का प्रभात संगीत संग्रह, आनंद मार्ग के सच्चे आध्यात्मिक दृष्टिकोण को व्यक्त करता है। प्रभात संगीत की पवित्र रचना अंधेरे से ज्योति तक ले जाती है। जहाँ भक्त कहते हैं, हे बाबा! मुझे इस साधना मार्ग पर ले चलो।
