Ananda Marga philosophy states, "These days, a person who possesses wealth is respected and revered whereas a person without money is a person honoured by none. The poor, whoever they may be, have to woo the rich just for the sake of earning their livelihood. Human values have become meaningless, for human beings have become the means for the rich to earn money. The rich, having purchased the human mind with their money, are busy playing a game of chess with the other members of society. Bereft of everything, people toil round the clock to earn a mere pittance. Today the motto of people is, “I have to send some food particles into the apathetic stomach after somehow taking a dip in the muddy water amidst hyacinths.”" (1)
Ready to chew human bones & suck human blood
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Those who are at the helm of society, constantly suspicious of others, forever count their losses and profits. They have no desire to think about the plight of humanity. Rather, to gratify themselves they are ready to chew the human bone, and suck human blood. For the self-centred there is no place for feelings of mercy, sympathy or camaraderie. The railway stations and market places are full of half-clad beggars and lepers desperately stretching out their begging bowls, earning their livelihood in the only way they know. They are fortunate if anyone contemptuously flings them a copper coin. The old blind beggars sitting all day long on the steps of a bridge automatically lift their bowls whenever anyone walks past. But their hungry pleas fall on deaf ears. On the other side of the social coin, sumptuous dishes are being prepared to entertain the rich dignitaries. These contrasts ridicule the present human society." (2)
And we see this not only in the general society but within our Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha as well - most notably within the Wt ranks. There are some top workers who spend large sums of money to reserve first-class travel, even securing their own private, climate-controlled room or bogey on the train, while general workers sit in the most basic unreserved compartments with no seating, just standing room only.

Central WTs eat exotic, sumptuous dishes & other Wts suffer malnutrition
And this same type of disparity occurs on the point of food as well. So-called Wts have private chefs who prepare exotic, sumptuous dishes for them while the mass of workers suffer from malnutrition by surviving on the most basic, staple foods - sometimes only living off of the grains served to feed horses like garbanzo bean feed stock.
Another facet that comes into play is that big Dadas get their money by taxing the common workers. In that case, they just view those general workers as a milking cow - nothing more. Even robbers and professional thieves take pity and mercy on the poor and do not steal from them, yet our Central wts have no such conscience. They will place those poor Wts under campus arrest until they pay all those illegal taxes and dues. And after collecting those fees, those top workers are not satisfied until they chew their bones also and get all they can from those impoverished workers. Verily what they are doing is sinful as they are wholly exploiting the spirit of dedication of those simple wholetimers.

Those who occupy high posts
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Today, those who occupy high posts are also respected. Dignity is attached to post or rank. A station master will take great pains to prepare the railway minister’s visit, but will never trouble himself with the inconveniences faced by the ordinary passengers. Luxurious houses are built for high-ranking officers while the poor live in shanty towns, barely protected from the elements. I don’t say that large houses should never be built, but that everyone should be provided the minimum requirements. “I admit that both rice and tasty dishes are necessary for people, but I shall not demand a sumptuous dish from the goddess of food until I see that India has been overflooded with an abundance of rice.”" (3)

Purport:
Parama Purusa, my Dearmost, for so long I could not recognise how sweet and caring You are. Even then, You showered Your grace, bestowed everything upon me, and drenched me in Your divine compassion. There is nothing that You have not done. All the good things in my life are because of You. Today, by Your ahetuki krpa', I understand that You are so merciful and love me immensely. Now I realise that You are love personified and have given me infinite blessings. Baba, I want to surrender my everything at Your alter. Please accept my sastaunga pranam.
Baba, You fill the flowers with honey and place the shining moon in the sky. You are the ocean of the nectar of divine love. As the Entity who is the embodiment of prema, You have made my mind merge into Yours.
Baba, You are the top of the seven lokas: bhú, bhuvah, svah, maha, jana, tapah and satya. You have spread yourself in all animate and inanimate objects, eternally dancing with ankle bells in the vast universe amongst the moon, stars, galaxies, and everywhere.

[1] Ahetuki Krpa: In the pandal during DMC when one Dada was on stage reading his purport of Prabhat Samgiita #228, then Sadguru Baba graciously corrected that Dada's definition of ahetuki krpa in front of everybody to make the matter clear to one and all.
Baba says, "In this universe of ours everything is causal; everything is hetuki. Everything is causal. Only three entities are non-causal, are of non-causal character. One is transmutation of non-attributional entity into attributional faculty. And second is creation of this universe. And the third one is the krpa of Parama Purusa. Parama Purusa is not to explain for His conduct when He does his krpa or where He attracts anybody towards Him. So these three entities - three items - are of non-causal character. The ahetuki krpa, that is non-causal blessing or non-causal gratitude." (1)

How allopathic medicine causes hearing loss
Ananda Marga Yogic Treatments says, "Deafness is not a disease by itself, unless it is congenital. It is an after-effect or reaction to some other ailment...Excessive use of quinine or similar poisonous medicines for a long time reduces the power of hearing." (1)
Note: The intake of allopathic medicines contributes significantly to deafness. One can see this reaction especially in the case of small kids. Their hearing can be significantly impaired or lost for life by administering strong and harmful allopathic medicines.

Heaven & hell: inherently defective notions
Following is Baba’s comment on Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.
Ananda Marga ideology says, “The truth of the matter is that everyone moves according to one’s karma. To expand psychically is natural – no one is born dhármika or adhármika, righteous or unrighteous. Even after death one will not go the flaming fire of hell. “According to our philosophy there is no hell or heaven. If the Lord taught righteousness to some and not to others, that would not be fair. And if, for that reason, one got to heaven while others didn’t, would that be fair? That would also be favouritism. But this very thought, of eternal heaven or hell, is faulty. It is a defective approach. People speak like this due to ignorance and lack of proper philosophical understanding. Today’s progressive human society cannot have any respect for these ideas.” (1)

This letter explains how those occupying central posts in AMPS exploit field Wts. And with that ill-begotten wealth those top Dadas lead luxurious lives. Here it should be known that so-called central Wts exploit by various means:
(a) imposing false and coercive taxes upon field workers,These types of atrocities are very, very common. We have to save our field Wts. Below Baba is teaching how bloodsuckers in the society exploit the common mass. Sadly, similar things are happening in AMPS - right under our nose.
(b) threatening punishment transfers to innocent Wts,
(c) funneling money (margii donations etc) in the name of legal cases,
(d) humiliating simple Wts in public in the name of discipline, and
(e) posturing in an haughty manner as though they have slaves.
