Worthless disciple
Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to follow His Ananda Marga ideology.

I have regard for the social post of Purodha Pramukha as the PP Dada is to exemplify Guru’s teachings in all the ways. Unfortunately, look what has happened recently with PP Dada Vishvadevananda ji. A full description and photo is below. First though let us examine Sadguru Baba’s key guideline on this matter.
Ananda Marga ideology says, "Trtiiyam' gurupújanam. I must have reverence for the guru. What is the guru? Gu means “darkness”, that is, darkness in the psycho-spiritual sphere. And ru means “dispelling agent”. That is, he who dispels darkness from my psychic and spiritual body is the guru. Gu means “darkness”, ru means “dispeller”. “Trtiiyam' gurupújanam. That is, you must have respect for the guru." (1)
What happened at recent DMS in Jamalpur
Now look what PP Dada Vishvadevananda is doing. He has seated himself directly in front of Guru's photo. As everyone knows, this is not the proper way for any bhakta to behave as it is most disrespectful. With their common sense, no bhakta or sadhaka can think of sitting with their back to Guru. Yet here, at a recent DMS in Jamalpur, we see Dada Vishvadevananda sitting directly in front of Guru's image. Dadaji's back is 100% towards Baba’s photo. In addition, all those margiis who have come from near and far and convened for DMS are unable to fully see Sadguru Baba’s photo because Dada Vishvadevananda is blocking their view and covering up Baba’s image. So this is a double sin. First, Dada is failing to show proper reverence for Guru; second, he is impeding the spiritual experience of all those bhaktas in attendance by blocking Guru's photo. This is the poor showing that occurred at the recent DMS in Jamalpuar.

Not only that, Dada Vishvadevananda has contravened a basic, fundamental rule that even ordinary citizens follow. At any gathering, the best seat is always reserved for the most respected person. At conventions, the president gets the best seat; at forums, the invited speaker gets the best seat; at weddings, a special place is reserved for the bride and groom. Naturally then, the more respected seat at any Ananda Marga gathering is reserved for Sadguru Baba. But, this basic ethic Dadaji could not follow, as he has placed himself directly in front of Sadguru Baba’s photo.

See here how PP Dada is blocking the view to Baba's photo. The red and yellow flowers below the pratik form a frame around Baba's photo. The frame along the right side of the photo is mostly behind the VSS guard and the top portion of the frame around Baba's photo is level with the head of the VSS guard. Now that you can see the outline of the frame, it is evident where Baba's photo is. But the problem is that PP Vishvadevananda is seated directly in front of Baba's photo so bhaktas cannot see Sadguru Baba. It is completely disrespectful and and goes against all codes of sanctity and reverence towards Ista.
In case you did not read earlier, in this above photo Dada Vishvadevananda is committing a double sin. First, PP Dada is failing to show proper reverence for Guru as he is sitting with his back toward Sadguru Baba’s image; second, Dada is impeding the spiritual experience of all those bhaktas in attendance by blocking Guru's photo. This is the poor showing that occurred at the recent DMS in Jamalpur.

Too much self importance is disease
All in all it is a sad and unfortunate showing by Dada Vishvadevananda. Because his mind is not in a spiritual flow, so he cannot think that what he is doing is sinful. Indeed, this happens when one places too much importance on their own unit self. They feel they should be glorified - and given greater value. This is one of the classic signs and symptoms of narcissism. When one suffers in this way they will even sit and block Guru’s image at DMS. And that is exactly what Dada Vishvadevananda did at the recent DMS. Whereas, when one's mind is in a more sentient and God-centered flow, they will never do like this.

When Dada Vishvadevananda and his handlers, Dada rudrananda and his sycophants, are not following the fundamental tenets of dharma then how are they going to teach others.
Conclusion
Sadly PP Dada’s way of sitting directly in front of Guru's image undermines the sanctity of any DMS gathering. In Ananda Marga, Guru is the most revered Entity.

Baba story of Taiwan
Once Baba visited Taiwan and He gave PC to numerous sadhakas. In particular, after giving PC to one margii, that margii walked backwards towards the door so that he could face towards Baba as he was leaving the room. There is a tradition in the east to never turn your back on those whom you respect. Later on, Baba commented to those around that He appreciated how the margii respectfully exited the room by never turning his back on Guru.

Here again we should remind ourselves how the Dadas in the above photo did not adhere to following basic guidelines.

It is not easy to see across. Dilemmas arise in the mind as if the future is dark. O' Divine Entity, please create more and more effulgence so that all the accumulated blackness vanishes.
O' Illumined One, O' Polestar of my life, those who lost their course in life, Prithvii show them the way. Remove their frustration and ignorance and bring them in the right direction. I humbly ask that You shower Your grace on me so that in Your ideation and in Your dhyana I merge myself in You. Kindly allow my entire I-feeling to dissolve into You. Without Your krpa all this is not possible.
Baba, with the force of Your mantra, awaken all, the entire world, from their slumber. I appeal to You to make me Your tool to execute Your task. Bless me so I pass my time in shravana, manana, and nididyasana, and always think about You. Baba, do Your work with my hand - getting Your plans done through me and fulfill Your desire...
Key points on eating, leadership, and humanity
Caryacarya states, "(1) Before taking food, ascertain if anybody present there has not eaten. If anyone has not eaten, do not take food unless the person willingly gives permission."
Caryacarya states, "(2) Whatever food you have, distribute it equally among all the Margis present, and then eat. But if somebody expresses unwillingness to eat, that is a different matter. You need not then feel restrained."
Note: For example, the Islamic religion has a lot of bad qualities, but their social cohesion and unity is that they never eat alone or secretly. They have to share their food and that has created strong affinity. Unfortunately in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, amongst the Wt cadre, this is rarely done. Commonly we see that those with money arrange special food for themselves while others starve. They do not care about others. That is why disunity and selfishness grows.
Caryacarya states, "(3) Love all, trust in all, but do not give responsibility to those not established in Yama-Niyama."
Note: This rule is very essential because when corrupt people are in power they create turmoil in the society. But unfortunately, nowadays in AMPS, that which Baba forbids is prevailing in the top level so-called postholders of our organisation.
Caryacarya states, "(4) Science is not the enemy of humanity. Avidyá (ignorance) is the enemy of humanity. Keep strict vigilance that the knowledge of science is confined only to those persons who are established in Yama-Niyama." (1)
Note: Baba guides that that science should be in the control of moralists. Then society will be greatly benefited. Now science is in the hands of immoralists, that is why you see that all kinds of negative, degenerating things are invented in the name of science such as in the fields of entertainment, weaponry and war etc. And on the other side science is not being used to resolve the basic minimum requirements around the globe. Billions are malnourished or starving and dying a slow death due to lack of proper water, food, medicine, education etc. And on the other side people are overeating dying to obesity etc. If science is in the hands of good people, moralists, then this world would be a better place.
All these aforesaid points are very significant. We should practice and propagate. You can experiment and see for yourself. If you share your food with your colleagues etc then they will feel more close.
