Throughout the globe, corrupt leaders engage in redistricting and remapping in order to magnify their political and economic power. This underhanded tactic in the US is known as gerrymandering. Now we see a similar ploy unfolding in the Ranchi faction of AMPS.
In the last 18 months or so, R. blatantly decided to buck Guru’s system and change the mapping of various sectors. Nine sectors around the globe
First, let us take brief overview of our approach in Ananda Marga. Sadguru Baba has clearly mapped out the nine sectors of the globe: (1) Berlin, (2) Delhi, (3) Georgetown, (4) Hong Kong, (5) Manila, (6) Nairobi, (7) New York, (8) Qahira, and (9) Suva. Baba has further identified which regions comprise a given sector. By this manner, it is very clear as to which city, country, or land mass falls in which sector.
Specifically, as per Procedural Order (Office Order No. 40-NT / 29.10.73) appended below, Baba has delineated that both Moscow region and Tellin region are part of Berlin sector. That means significant parts of Russia fall within the jurisdiction of Berlin sector.
This is the system all-knowing Baba has given.
How Rudrananda has corrupted the system
In the last 18 months or so, the CBI delegate Rudrananda blatantly decided to buck Guru’s system and change the mapping of various sectors. The spy agent Rudrananda issued an oral order to his stooges that no part of Russia will be part of Berlin sector; now the entirety of Russia will be part of Hong Kong sector. This is the way the CBI rep and so-called avadhuta Rudrananda contravened Baba’s delineated system.
The first question that comes to mind might be, “Why did intelligence broker Rudrananda do this?” After all, as the disciples of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti we are to uphold all His teachings, codes, and guidelines. Unfortunately, at every turn, the CBI agent Rudrananda tears down Baba’s systems wherever he gets the opportunity. And the reason why the intelligence operative Rudrananda has yanked Russia out of Berlin sector and dumped it into Hong Kong sector is because the current so-called Sectorial Secretary of Hong Kong Sector, stooge Shubhaniryasananda, is Rudrananda’s puppet. So SS Shubhaniryasananda will readily hand over all sectorial funds to the CBI liaison Rudrananda.

Embedded in this equation is that one goody-goody Wt in Russia is profiting greatly from his videos and the spy operative Rudrananda strategized that the best way to pilfer those funds was to drag all of Russia into Hong Kong sector so that Rudrananda’s extreme stooge, the fake SS Shubhaniryasananda of Hong Kong sector, would hand all the money over to him (Rudrananda). But even then the CBI snake Rudrananda is not going to sit and wait on it. Immediately after Fiesch Switzerland DMS this spring, Rudrananda is going to Russia to cement the deal and get all the money in hand. The local goody-goody Dada in Russia has also pledged $70,000 USD to Rudrananda’s to the fictitious Jamalpur project, which is nothing but a black hole for collecting funds.
No doubt, Berlin SS and SOS were displeased by this entire scam of stealing Russia away from Berlin sector, but thus far they have lacked the requisite moral courage to raise any objection. So they are just drowning in their own tears.
Conclusion
This political-cum-economic swindling is the height of all greed, duplicity, and cheating. Baba has clearly given the system for determining the various sectors. And now the viper Rudrananda has bastardized the given system in order to siphon maximum dollars into his own pocket. Tragically, this is another chapter to the horrific saga of the spy Rudrananda’s regime where the dual aim is to suck up maximum profits while destroying Sadguru Baba’s plans and programs. How long will we sit and watch the Ranchi faction of AMPS crumble into dust at the hands of the CBI envoy Rudrananda. This is the moment to sound the rallying cry that all of Baba’s teachings be strictly upheld, including His original mapping of the 9 sectors of the globe.

Who is the goody-goody Dada
The name of the goody-goody Wt in Russia is Dada Sadananda. He is the stooge that donates big money to Rudrananda’s personal bank account and dogmatic tiirtha programs in Jamalpur. In exchange for being Rudrananda’s pet, Sadananda gets a few perks including a choice posting and the freedom to work in his home country of Russia as Sadananda himself is Russian born. Working in one’s home country is against Sadguru Baba’s system, but Rudrananda overlooks such matters if someone is his “yes-man” and giving him huge money.
