Ananda Vanii states, "Marching ahead is Jiivan Dharma (the characteristic wont of life). To march ahead, carrying all, viewing the world humanity as an integral entity, is the principal aspect of Jiivan Dharma. Resolve courageously to observe this Jiivan Dharma. Remember: “Yato dharmah tato iśt́ah, yato iśt́ah tato jayah”. “Where there is Dharma, there is Iśt́a, and where there is Iśt́a, there is victory.” (1)

Example: silly manner
Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to learn and follow His Ananda Marga ideology.
Namaskar,
Everyone in Ananda Marga knows that Sixteen Points must be followed. From the general margii up to Purodha Pramukha all must adhere to these guidelines. And one point of Sixteen Points is #15 CSDK. C is for conduct rules - which encompasses social norms.
Here below is one scene that recently transpired where one Dada is giving a seminar class on Sixteen Points. In that seminar, purodha Dada is teaching others to follow social norms yet he himself forgot to follow those very social norms. Ideal people teach others by their own conduct. While others say one thing but do another.
Sadguru Baba has given all the guidelines for leading a dharmic life.
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, "Do not sit in a “zamindary posture” and dance your feet in a silly manner." (1)
That is one should not cross the legs swing the feet “in a silly manner.” Yet that is exactly what this purodha Dada is doing in the below photo. Dadaji is sitting in “zamindary posture” and “dancing his feet in a silly manner."
Sadly, some of our purodhas think that since they are purodhas they need not follow Guru’s guidelines and conduct rules. This mindset itself is what leads to their downfall. And it always begins in the same way - with the small points buoyed by the idea that they are above the rules because of their post and dress.
Sadguru Baba’s below guidelines state that regardless of one’s post or social position etc, everyone must adhere to the code of bhagavad dharma. In this regard, there are absolutely no exceptions.
Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "Follow this Bhágavata Dharma only. And to follow Bhágavata Dharma, you are also to follow the shástra of Bhágavata Dharma. You are to follow Yama and Niyama, you are to follow the code of discipline, you are to attend Dharmacakra weekly. These are all codes of discipline as prescribed by Bhágavata Dharma. You must follow these codes. There cannot be any concession in this respect, rather concession is dangerous. Atha yogánushásanam. “One must follow anushásanam. One must follow the code of discipline.” One may be a king or may be a very poor man, but the code of dharma is equally applicable to all. In this matter, nobody can claim any special concession or favour." (2)
Ananda Vanii states, "Your ideal is represented by your conduct. Your learning, your social or economic status have nothing to do with your ideal." (3)
in Him,
Ratnesh
Who is doing like this
The name of the purodha in the above photo is Ac Svarupananda Avt.
