To maximize the outturn of work, Sadguru Baba created the Wt structure. With ideological zeal, huge strides were made. The organisation (AMPS) grew, service projects were established around the globe, and Baba’s teachings were being disseminated with greater speed.

Mere money-making machines
Unfortunately, nowadays, that same Wt cadre is a shadow of its former self. Over the past few decades since 1991, the tenor has changed. One of the key problems is that so-called top and true sycophant Dadas fail to train junior workers as ideological soldiers, and instead treat them as mere money-making machines. As individuals, or in small teams, Wts are sent out into the world to do business and generate money for the lavish luxurious lifestyle of their hoodlum bosses. And at reporting sessions and RDS, so-called supervisory and toadies of Rudrananda place huge financial demands on those junior workers. They are pressured to give more money and create new streams of revenue.
Ruffians demand more money
By this way, those idealistic aspirants who entered into Wt life slowly lose their ideological vigour and spiritual thirst. Through perpetual mundane dealings, they learn basic skills to make money, while all their higher yearnings wane until they are squashed entirely. All along, so-called senior, tried and true stooges of Rudrananda as well as so-called supervisory toady Wts of Rudrananda demand more money from them. The backbone snaps when general Wts think, “Why am I working and giving all my money to my abusive, characterless ‘boss’, when I could be doing the same thing outside the organisational structure and keeping all the profits for myself.” This outlook represents the destruction of that Wt, and ultimately they remove their dress and go out and work for their own petty gains.

Real blame lies on blood-suckers
By this way our Wt structure has been diminished and the real blame lies not with those workers who left, but with those so-called senior stooges of Rudrananda who created such a suffocative atmosphere that those general workers were reduced to pawns of materialism. Their psychic and spiritual worlds turned to dust. Such types of people who are forced into doing this type of business just wear their Wt dress during dharmacakra to befool margiis. The rest of the week they wear typical street clothes to pursue their business dealings and money hoarding.
Sadly, this is the state of our organization nowadays. Due to some corrupt Wts in centre we are facing all these problems. Such Wts are most responsible for the damage of the organization. Up to 1990 our organization was growing but since 1991, due to the selfishness of a few so-called top sycophant Wts, the whole organization is suffering - margiis and acaryas. Worst of all is that the coward PP is fearful of his own life. So he became a puppet of Rudrananda.
Solution
The main problem has been explained and the solution is very simple. All these issues have arisen because Wts are coerced into going against basic Wt rules and become money-earning machines. In due course they dry up and leave. If they are allowed and encouraged to follow the conduct rules and do social service in a righteous manner their all-round progress will be accelerated.

Those forces that have caused them to leave should be opposed collectively. If any individual protests, they are victimised, harassed, and ousted. So that is a non-option. Rather, a strong, collective jolt is needed to oppose those sinners and exploiters and save our AMPS.

Anecdotal list of Wts who left
If we were to enlist all those Wts who left AMPS since 1991, the total count would be more than a thousand. So here is a very abbreviated list of those who got involved in business and ultimately left their Wt ship.
#1: Tiirthananda: Many know his story.
#2: Gunakarananda: He was also working in the beads business with Tiirthananda. Gunakarananda stole and embezzled a lot of money from the business and commissioned the construction of his personal house in Jharsuguda, Orissa, India. Maybe once in a year he appears in WT dress, but the rest of the time he is just involved in his own business.
#3: Raungana'tha'nanda: He was doing business in Australia before he left and got married and now lives there in Suva with his family.
#4: Uttirna'nanda: He was also doing business in Australia before he also left and got married and lives there in Australia.
#5: Sha'ntimaya Brc: He was running a cafe in Stockholm, Sweden and left his Wt-ship.
#6: Rasabuddhananda: He has also left.
#7: Anuvratananda: This Dada recently married the wife of a margii.
#8: Arghyananda: He got involved in money dealings and married another Wt.
#9 & #10: Ragodbhasananda & Divyadhyaneshananda: These two senior WTs of Ranchi group both got married in Sept 2018 in Bali, Indonesia. Ragodbhasananda got married with the niece of Vishnudevji. Ragodbhasananda & Divyadhyaneshananda were doing business in Bali and their businesses were flourishing like a good businessman. Both were holding Global posts in the finance department of AMPS.
#11: Liilabodhananda: He left in 2018 and married a widow at his worldly village in 2019.
#12: Bhupeshananda (Bibhanshu Maiti): He left after 1990 and got married. He is now (Sep 2020) searching for a bridegroom for his daughter.
#13: Ac Ramamayananda: He was posted in Nairobi sector. His worldly native place is in Maharashtra. He used to do extensive business between Mumbai and Nairobi, buying antiques in Mumbai and selling them in Nairobi. Then he used to bring silver jewelry, etc from Nairobi to Mumbai to sell in Mumbai markets. After few years he left WTship. Then we came to know that he had bought one flat in Mumbai suburbs and constructed one building at his worldly native place and then left WT-ship.
Note: There are many others who left from Delhi, GT, Qahira, Nairobi, and Manila Sectors. The list is very long.

Conduct of an acarya
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas." (1)
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Bear in mind that people may be harmed or misled by even a small weakness or defect in the conduct of an ácárya. Just as it is the duty of a father to educate his children properly by his good conduct, an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words." (2)
Ananda Marga teachings warn how improper leadership brings terrible harm to society.
Ananda Marga ideology says, “Today there is catastrophe and misery in human society and there is one reason: the defective leadership of society. People blindly follow even unintelligent leaders. The leaders hypnotize and attract thousands with their tall talks, gestures and other dramatics. Understand that the poverty and misery of any people in any country are the sins of the leaders. True leaders should always be vigilant and think how to work best for human society: they must be ever cautious that under their guidance the people are not led to darkness, death and immorality.” (3)

By their tactics, he/she has certainly contravened Guru's teachings and conduct rules on black money. Following are Baba's mandates for wholetime workers:

Dada started doing Didi’s work - News from 2018
This Dada is still doing business but he has also started doing Didi's work, i.e. teaching yoga to females. For this photo Dada Ramashrayananda posed in a chair but behind the scenes he is different. It is alleged he has many girlfriends. About him there are many colourful stories from his days in GT sector.
