Before 1990, by the grace of Sadguru Baba, central Wts and margiis had full freedom of participation in coordinated cooperation in our Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha. Baba bestowed distinct rights and responsibilities to both family people and monks whereby both held a respected place and had a meaningful voice. Verily, this was the first time in human history where family people were given the power to govern side by side with Wts in coordinated cooperation, and not just passively get exploited by CWts. So this was an historic mandate given by Sadguru Baba.
In stark contrast, in all the various religions, the family people are told to dutifully follow the dogmatic commands of - and ultimately be exploited by - those priests. But this is not the way it is supposed to be in AMPS. Sadguru Baba wants margiis to be on equal footing in committees and boards, in coordinated cooperation, with central wholetimer (central Wts). But nowadays one is master, and the other is slave.
Unfortunately, since 1990, things have step-by-step gone in the reverse direction and the balance of power has been utterly lost. With each passing year, those so-called top central Wts have snatched away margii rights. Margiis have essentially become the exploited mass and a mute audience to the CWts power culture. Now, one is master, and the other is slave.

Divide & rule:
splitting unit and inserting hand-picked bootlicker candidate
Wherever margiis’ rights have been diminished, one common plan has been hatched: divide and rule. Central Wts employ this strategy in the various sectors, regions, and bhuktis around the globe.
As soon as Central Wts make inroads into a particular unit etc, they pit margiis against one another and insert their chosen bootlicker stooge as the bhukti pradhan. Once the bhukti pradhan post is captured, Cwts exert their influence on which bootlickers should be part of the bhukti committee. And from there, their tampering rises, level after level, until it reaches a crescendo whereby all the sectorial ACB and global level postings are full of their bootlicker slaves.
And it is all premised on the tactic of divide and rule. If margiis of a unit remain united, then it is very difficult for Centre to take over that unit. Thus, wherever they can, Cwts are jockeying to gain their footing on the local level by splitting the unit and inserting their hand-picked, sycophant candidate etc.
Conclusion
1. Baba’s system should be implemented. Failing that, so many problems have sprouted up in our AMPS.
2. In this current exploitative environment, margiis are not getting proper scope to serve in the organisation. After all, who likes to work in slave-like conditions. For this reason, margiis remain suppressed and passive. They are not empowered to engage in a dharmic manner and reach their full potential. Only bootlickers are enjoying.

If our own person or relative deviates from the truth or is lacking sincerity, oppose him. Do not tolerate him. It does not matter if he is our own relative. If our own person is dishonest and insincere then he is more dangerous. If a snake is living outside the house in the wild it is dangerous, but if that snake enters inside the house then it is more dangerous. Therefore wrongdoers of the organisation should be opposed more strongly.
In His above guideline Baba explains that bad elements in society are dangerous, but bad elements inside your house - inside your organisation - are more dangerous. Do not tolerate them, benevolently oppose them. So they can rectify their ways and become an asset to our Ananda Marga society.

Strategy: make the loyal member then exploit
Now that the group fight has proliferated and they have been competing for membership, then each of the groups takes a very careful and tactical approach.
At the outset, when trying to make inroads into a particular unit, they laugh and smile, eat together, and promise the sun and moon. Naturally, those margiis drop their guard, and once they get enlisted in a particular camp, then the whole scene changes. As soon as those ruling central Wts feel that a particular unit as become theirs, then they unveil and implement their strategy of dismantling and controlling all aspects of margii life and organisational participation. That is when their dogma gets infused, not before.
Such group leaders are extremely careful not to do this prematurely. While the lines are being drawn, then those leaders act differently. First they want the loyalty of those margiis and access to their resources etc. And once the "marriage" is made, then their pathway of ruthless exploitation starts in a stage-wise process.

again violates the Wt codes of conduct by perpetually mingling with
sisters. Sometimes he is hugging and carousing with them, and here is is

Rudrananda punished by Baba
Here is a listing of punishments given by Sadguru Baba to Rudrananda (1978 - indefinitely):
- Punishment #1: Rudrananda sent for retraining in training center.
- Punishment #2: Rudrananda forbidden to see Sadguru Baba.
- Punishment #3: Rudrananda forbidden to talk to Sadguru Baba.
- Punishment #4: Rudrananda forbidden to visit in personal residence of Sadguru Baba.
- Punishment #5: Rudrananda forbidden to attend the meeting in which Sadguru Baba is present.
- Punishment #6: Rudrananda forbidden to attend VSS and ERAWS camps.
- Punishment #7: Rudrananda forbidden to be trainer or participant in any seminar except village level seminar.
- Punishment #8: Rudrananda was ordered to change the name by Gurudev but due to excessive request it was not done.
Parmeshvarananda was stooge of Rudrananda
These punishments became effective in 1978 and were indefinite. So Rudrananda was completely forbidden up to 1990. Then in 1991, Rudrananda’s stooge Ac. Parmeshvaranada requested his boss, pseudo-king Sarvatmananda, to pardon Rudrananda.
Questions:
- Would Rudrananda be kind enough to tell the name of charge/s that caused these punishments?
- Can the responsibility of conducting an organisation be given to such a culprit?

Seeing the video I recalled that horrible period of emergency when every govt. employee was banned to participate the activities of AM.
"Rudrananda is very dangerous" - T.R. Sukul
Those who were popular in AM activities the local police arrested them. Every state and central govt office and institutes were supplied a booklet of a few pages depicting the so called harmful activities of AM so as to keep away the employees from it. In the booklet a story was narrated that how some of the IB officers were deputed in AM as whole timers / Avadhutas and they supplied the full information of the secrets of AM time to time. In that period not only the members of AM but also of the other organisations like RSS and other political parties were put to jail and were extremely horrified.

It is time now that Rudrananda should present explanation before every one in order to refute the charges otherwise they will be accepted by all and then what will be his position is quite understood.

Kolkota group betrayed great mission of Baba by dividing AMPS
Namaskar,
I once again wish to draw the attention of all margii brothers & sisters through your esteemed channel to introspect the very purpose of their getting initiated into the spiritual order of Ananda Marga.
As the diversity around us which gets more intense under the influence of our propensive impulses, it is inherent with each of us to get out of it. Spirituality as being the occult science to get rid of the diversity of the the time function of the universe on getting unified with its master nucleus, you need someone not only to let you know the occult science but to get you unified with the master nucleus.
The master nucleus of the universe as being beyond the time function to pervade & permeate all over, transcends to assume the human form to function as the Supreme Master said as the Guru for the purpose.
The Great Entity as hinted on many occasions to have transcended as Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji whom we most affectionately call our BABA, founded the spiritual order 'Ananda Marga', a march for all human beings from imperfection to perfection which one attains only on getting unified with the master nucleus. Obviously it has nothing to do with any dogma & superstitions & the social prejudices of caste, creed & colour as prevailing to have shattered the human society. Ananda Marga Pracarak Samgha as founded in the context to take forward the great mission 'Ananda Marga' to reach all across the world.
It is the bounden duty of all spiritual aspirants to take forward the great mission. As the grihi persons have to care their families, our Baba has founded the avadhuta order to give full time to take forward the mission. It was found even when our Baba was directly looking after His mission, there were some persons who mistook Him as ordinary person, got deviated & swayed by their propensive impulses.
The situation deteriorated much after our Baba left His physical body. The vested interests as found to have crept into AMPS who mistook Him no more to pervade after leaving His physical body, raised their heads to satisfy their lust. As the person elected as the Purodha Pramukh failed to control such workers, it led to form the Kolkota group having betrayed His great mission to run it even parallel to the AMPS. Further workers as alleged like Rudrananda Avadhut who as said, engaged to nourish their vested interests, are said to form a caucus to control the AMPS incapacitating even Shri Vishwadevanand Avadhut elected as Purodha Pramukh to serve & lead dedicatedly the great mission. If he really feels incapable to foster unity among the workers as to remain only focused to serve the great mission, he must make room for a more capable person as we can no more like the grihi margii brothers & sisters to get polarised as be found to-day.
