Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to follow His Ananda Marga ideology.

Sadguru Baba clearly guides us that when doing padmasana (lotus posture) then:
(a) one should rest one palm over the other. 
(b) The fingers should not be interlinked in any way.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “When children are five years old and attain some awareness, the parents, brothers, sisters or any guardian may initiate them in Náma Mantra [the preliminary process of meditation]. They should be taught to sit in padmásana [lotus posture], but instead of interlocking the fingers, they may rest one palm upon the other; and keep the spine erect.” (1)

In the below photo, please pay attention to how the innocent child was wrongly taught to interlock the fingers when doing sadhana. Yet, interlocking the fingers in sadhana is forbidden by Sadguru Baba. 

Next point: please note how the innocent child was wrongly taught how to sit in padmasana. The child was told to cross the left leg first but that is wrong. Here below is Baba’s teaching on padmasana / lotus posture.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “Padmásana (lotus posture): Place the right foot on the left thigh and the left foot on the right thigh.” (2)

So in the above photo, please also pay attention to the child’s legs - they are opposite. According to the Ananda Marga system, the right leg should first be placed on the left thigh, as described in Ananda Marga philosophy.

Innocent child misguided by...

The child’s sincerity is appreciated as she is earnestly doing and following what she has been taught.
In the above photo, one WT has unfortunately wrongly taught this small innocent child.
(a) Please pay attention to the child’s fingers - they are interlocked. Yet, sitting in padmasana and interlocking the fingers is forbidden by Sadguru Baba. The correct way to do padmasana is described in the above quote.

And this is all due to poor training in WT Training Centre (TC) and lack of interest in reading Baba’s books. Often Wts suffer from a superiority complex. However, Baba says that in order to acquire knowledge one must adopt the psychology, “I know not.” Yet this feeling - “I know not” - is scarce in WT life. So the problem is twofold: Most Wts do not read Baba’s books and they think that they already know everything. This is the problem we are facing nowadays in our organisation. Baba has taken a lot of trouble to write tens of thousands of pages and if His disciples do not read them then who is going to read them.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Padmásana (lotus posture): Place the right foot on the left thigh and the left foot on the right thigh. Clench the jaws and press the tongue against the roof of the mouth. You can maintain this posture as long as you like.” (3)

Baba's teachings about sadhana

Ananda Marga Caryacarya, “After this, at the age of twelve, the child should take initiation from an ácárya/á in Sádhárańa Yoga, and at sixteen or afterwards, they should take initiation in Sahaja Yoga from the ácárya/á. If considered essential, ásanas may be taught before the age of sixteen.” (4) 

Ananda Marga Caryacarya, “Proper attention should be paid to the physical, psychic and spiritual development of small boys and girls. Just as they sit and study to develop their intellectual capabilities, they should also sit to do their spiritual practices with their parents. That is the way they will develop their spiritual practices. They should take diikśá [spiritual initiation] from an ácárya(á) [spiritual teacher] when they grow up. They should practice the lessons of sádhaná – japa, dhyána, ásana, práńáyáma, etc. – along with their regular academic lessons. All that is necessary for their trifarious development, and it must be perfectly balanced. One should remember that the absence of a proper balance will harm not only the individuals, but also the society as a whole.” (5)

The most charming one who has come today and loved me

“Tandrá vijaŕit moh samávrit ánkhi páte mor…” (Prabhat Samgiita #0623)

Purport: 

Who are You who has come to me. When You came, my eyes were very sleepy and drowsy, affected by blind attachment of mundane allurements, astapasha and sadripus. Your eyes were decorated with collyrium of love-- and Your heart was saturated with heavenly sweetness and mamata’, mineness and affection. My entire being was transformed by You in a flash. Who are You who has appeared in my forlorn heart.

Before Your arrival, the sadhana lotus never bloomed in my mind; on no occasion did it flower in my Guru cakra. Its sweet fragrance and enchanting aroma did not ever satiate anyone. Amazingly, You made that floweret and filled it with the nectar of bhakti. The invisible Supreme Controller, You came without even my calling You. I did not invoke Your auspicious name, yet You came in the depths of my heart. It is Your grace. 

The tune and musical octave which was filled with hope and aspiration neither resonated nor vibrated ever from the viina of my heart. With the chords of Your viina and with the sweet resonance, You filled the sky of my dry heart with nirgun’a’ bhakti, after forgiving all my imperfections. Who are You - the most charming one who has come today and loved me immensely...

Why no tattoos

Namaskar,

Shabda Cayanika says, "Kinnara microvita is that category of microvita which creates a thirst for beauty – a strong desire for beautification and decoration. The word kinnara means “receptacle of beauty” or “a beautiful and graceful structure”. This category of microvita creates a tendency in the human mind to make the human body as beautiful as the many forms and figures it observes in the external world. This tendency or propensity is called “kinnarii vrtti”. If the kinnaras direct the mind towards crude matter instead of leading it towards the subtler layers, they are considered to be enemy microvita or negative microvita." (1)

Under the spell of the negative / enemy aspect of kinnara microvita, these days many are trying to glorify themselves by decorating their bodies with tattoos. The popularity of tattoos is at an all-time high in materialistic countries. This type of approach is indicative of a degraded, extroverted mind - as Baba guides us in His above teaching.

Tattoos & complications

As the popularity of tattoos continues to grow, so does the concern about potential risks. Some risks, such as the spread of infections through the use of unsterilized needles, have long been known. But what isn't clear is the safety of tattoo inks.

Permanent tattoos are made by using needles to inject colored ink below the skin's surface. Permanent make-up is considered a permanent tattoo that mimics the results of cosmetic products such as an eyebrow pencil, lip liner, eyeliner, or blush. While state and local authorities oversee the practice of tattooing, ink and ink colorings (pigments) used in tattoos are subject to FDA regulation as cosmetics and color additives.

FDA has received reports of bad reactions to tattoo inks right after tattooing or even years later. Some people report itchy or inflamed skin around their tattoos in the summer when they've been out in the sun. Recent reports associated with permanent make-up inks have prompted FDA to study tattoo ink safety.

What are the Risks

• Infection – Dirty needles can pass infections, like hepatitis and HIV, from one person to another.
  
• Allergies – Allergies to various ink pigments in both permanent and temporary tattoos have been reported and can cause problems.
  
• Scarring – Unwanted scar tissue may form when getting or removing a tattoo.
  
• Granulomas – These small knots or bumps may form around material that the body perceives as foreign, such as particles of tattoo pigment.
  
• MRI complications – People may have swelling or burning in the tattoo when they have magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). (FDA. Gov)
  

Dermal conditions

The most common dermal reactions to tattoo pigments are granulomas and various lichenoid diseases. Other conditions noted have been cement dermatitis, collagen deposits, discoid lupus erythematosus, eczematous eruptions, hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis, and keloids. (Wikipedia)

• Allergic reactions. Tattoo dyes — especially red, green, yellow and blue dyes — can cause allergic skin reactions, such as an itchy rash at the tattoo site. This can occur even years after you get the tattoo.
  
• Skin infections. A skin infection is possible after tattooing.
  
• Other skin problems. Sometimes bumps called granulomas form around tattoo ink. Tattooing also can lead to keloids — raised areas caused by an overgrowth of scar tissue.
  
• Bloodborne diseases. If the equipment used to create your tattoo is contaminated with infected blood, you can contract various bloodborne diseases — including tetanus, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
  
• MRI complications. Rarely, tattoos or permanent makeup might cause swelling or burning in the affected areas during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams. In some cases, tattoo pigments can interfere with the quality of the image. (Mayo Clinic)

Basic point of Prout

Prout philosophy states, “Society will have to encourage the individual search for absolute freedom because the psychic and spiritual realms are unlimited, and possession in these spheres does not hinder the progress of others. But unrestricted freedom to acquire wealth in the physical sphere has every possibility of permitting a few people to roll in luxury while hampering the all-round growth of the majority, because physical resources are limited. Individual liberty in the physical sphere must not be allowed to hamper the development of the complete human personality, and at the same time it must not be so drastically curtailed that the all-round growth of society is impeded.”

“Freedom is a right of every human being. To encourage comprehensive, unbarred human expression in the different spheres of social life a congenial socio-economic environment has to be created, because as such an environment does not exist today.” (1)

Rudrananda & his stooges openly support BJP & oppose Prout

Here below is just one more example of how Rudrananda and his bootlickers are going against Prout and supporting the Hindu fundamentalist movement. Rudrananda and bootlickers are violating and transgressing nearly every code and guideline given by Sadguru Baba and contravening Ananda Marga teachings at every turn.

Rudrananda and his bootlickers are (a) making dogmatic tiirthas, (b) giving so-called top posts to depraved individuals, (c) maligning good sadhakas and dharmikas, (d) selling our AMPS properties for their personal gain, (e) ruining the BP election system, (f) curtailing margii rights, and (g) turning our WT training centres into ghost towns. In each and every direction, Rudrananda and his bootlickers are disobeying Baba and ravaging our organisation. They are literally turning everything on its head. It is all going on in plain sight. Appended below in Hindi font is just one more example of this as Rudrananda and his bootlickers are going against Prout and supporting the Hindu fundamentalist (BJP) movement.

Who can forget how in the last Bihar assembly election, Rudrananda and his stooges openly supported the BJP, told all margiis to support the Hindu fundamentalist movement, and opposed the Prout movement. Then at Deoghar DMS they allowed general secretary of the BJP to come on the dais in order to request margiis to vote for the BJP. The stooge Paramananda pressurized Proutist Universal (PU) workers to stop samaj movement work and instead support the BJP.

Proutist workers held firm and opposed Paramananda’s request. Samaj and Prout leaders were arguing over this matter with Citsvarupananda, In the end GS Citsvarupananda told that, “We have nothing to do with PU or Prout we have to support BJP.” This was done by the direct command of Rudrananda.

Rudrananda is an inborn enemy of Prout. The relation is like day and night. PU workers and margiis are requested not to listen to these aforesaid defectors who are betraying Baba’s Prout guidelines.

When those in power go against the tenets of any organisation, party, or movement, then naturally the general members strongly and vehemently oppose that person. Now in our own AMPS we have a classic example of this as startling things are going on but those postholders in H group are keeping quiet remaining paralysed as if they have been bitten by a cobra.

The only recourse left is for all Ananda Margiis to take a strong stand and oppose the wrongdoing, injustice, and unideological dealings of Rudrananda and his bootlickers. There is no time to waste. With every passing day our organisation AMPS is becoming a shell of the grand dharmic model that it used to be pre-1990.

जिसमें GS यहां तक बोल दिये की हमको PU और समाज से कोई मतलब नहीं है l

येह सब किया GS ने अपने Boss के इन्स्ट्रक्शन्स से 

Rudrananada ji पर तो PROUT विचार,   sangathan,  समाज और आंदोलन का विरोधी  होने की बात तो सभी लम्बे  समय से करते आ रहे  है 

 Rudrananada ji ne pichhle 10 -20 सालों में PU department और समाज आंदोलन को कैसे चौपट किया है उसकी विवरण और व्याख्या जरूर होगी 

परंतु अभी हम चर्चा यह कर रहे है की 

चार  सल  बाद  मर्गीओ को यह समझ आया की नहीं की 

मोदी  PROUT ka P bhi nahi ला सकते है

Why Kalachand waged a campaign against his own religion 

Prout philosophy states, “The second inviolable principle is that people should not be forcibly converted from one religion to another. People will not leave a religion if it is able to guide them properly on the path of Dharma….”

Prout philosophy states, “There is a well-known story about a Zamindar from Bengal called Kalachand Roy, later Kalapahar, who was a follower of Kálii. He worshipped a stone image of Kálii with great devotion. At that time some invaders, belonging to another religion, started a campaign to destroy all Hindu temples and deities. When Kalachand’s temple was about to be destroyed, he prayed to Kálii saying, “Mother, I do not have the power to protect you, so please protect yourself.” But how can a stone idol protect itself? In due course his temple and idol were destroyed, and Kalachand lost faith in Kálii. He was converted to the religion of the invaders, and became known as Sheik Kaluddin Khan. He launched his own campaign of terror throughout Bengal and Orissa and forcibly converted people to his new religion. He disfigured deities, destroyed temples and threatened people with physical violence to convert them. Once he travelled to Kashi and set about converting a widow who also happened to be his elder sister. She refused to succumb to his threats, and scolded him mercilessly for his bad behaviour.”

Prout philosophy states, “This made him realize the error of his ways, and he abandoned his campaign. If Hinduism had not practiced idol worship, Kalachand would not have been converted. Because of his forcible conversion, Kalachand became extremely hostile towards Hinduism and launched his own campaign of terror against it. A religion [in real sense dharma] should be so strong that no one can be converted from it.” (1)

Note: In the last paragraph the term religion was used but the real sense is dharma. Baba is talking about dharma, because as we know all the religious have defects.

भावार्थ

हे परमपुरुष! यदि तुम मुझे प्यार करते हो, चाहते हो तो मेरे निकट क्यों नहीं आते? मैं तुम्हें बहुत प्रेम करता हॅूं, बाबा, कृपा कर मेरे हृदय की गहराई में आओ, मैं तुमको पुकार रहा हॅूं। हे प्रभु ! तुम दूर से ही अपने मोहक और अत्यधिक सुंदर रूप में क्यों मुस्करा रहे हो? तुम मेरे पास क्यों नहीं आ रहे हो, जिससे मैं तुम्हें पकड़ लूं, और अपना बना लूॅं।

हे मेरे परमप्रिय! मैं तुम्हारे आगमन की प्रत्याशा में प्रतीक्षा करता रहा हॅूं पर ओह! तुम मेरी पहुंच से दूरी बनाये हुये हो। बाबा, तुम्हारे न आने की निराशा  और दुख के कारण मेरे बालों की वेणियाॅं/चोटियाॅं ढीली हो गईं हैं। मेरी विशेष  रूपसे बनायी गयी, धागे में पिरोई फूलों की माला, जो केवल तुम्हारे लिये ही बनायी गयी थी, अब सूख कर धरती की धूल में जा गिरी है। हे रूपमय, हे दिव्य सत्ता! मेरी आॅंखों से बहते आॅंसुओं के साथ सब कुछ बह गया है।

बाबा! मैंने सुना है  कि तुम सब कुछ याद रखते हो, और कुछ नहीं भूलते, हमेशा  सब कुछ अपने मन में रखते हो। सभी तुम्हारे बहुत निकट हैं। हे  दिव्य! तुमने मेरे हृदय को सन्तुष्ट  क्यों नहीं कर दिए । तुम माधवी के बगीचे में मेरे पास क्यों नहीं आये, और मेरे मन का कोना-कोना अपनी स्वर्गिक मधुरता से क्यों नहीं संतृप्त कर दिया।  तुमने कृपा कर मेरे हृदय को अपने प्यार से क्यों नहीं भर दिया, और अपनी कृपा की वर्षा कर मुझे अपना क्यों नहीं बना ही लिया।
