Sometimes people may wonder how did those in Centre reach that pinnacled spot. And the answer is very easily so long as Rudrananda exists. It is a stepwise process.

Chief requisite: degrading way of life
#1: The first and foremost point is to be involved in an illicit relation.
#2: One should become a reptile, i.e. spineless. That is the 2nd mark for being qualified for higher post. To further bolster your standing, the more illicit affairs the better and give maximum money to those at the helm, then you are surely even more qualified for the post. All other traits and characteristics like morality, 16 points, and sincerity are not taken into consideration; rather those are detrimental and will hinder your ability to get a top post. In that case you will be pushed away as they will think that you may oppose their devilish dealings.
#3: Some readers may be shocked to hear all this, whereas those who have experienced this and were victims may wonder why we did not express this in a more graphic manner.
Pay off your bosses or suffer consequences
#4: The toxic environment nowadays is based on their greed wherein money is everything. Posts are bought and sold, and those receiving good posts have to pay royalties regularly in order to keep their post. And on the flip side, those who do not pour money into their bosses pockets are harassed to no end.

#5: Due to this type of reign of terror people did not dare do serious sadhana in this ghastly, negative environment.
#6: It should be made clear that in this organisational climate there is no manual or code for how much of a percentage to collect. Those greedy in-charges will grab as much as they can devour. It is just like some street gang where the leader takes a maximum cut for himself. Similarly, when so-called big Wt dadas see that their subordinates are getting more money, those leaders demand more. When it comes to money their hunger is like a bottomless pit. They will skin each of their subordinates to the bone. Verily there is serious extortion going on.
#7: And in return for giving maximum to their bosses, those Wts get a good post and huge leniency for their misdeeds - i.e. never having to undergo any punishment.
#8: The tycoon Rudrananda is at the top of the extortion pyramid. And his chief agents are Madhuvratananda, and then Satyashrayananda among others.
Why Wts remain in the organisation
#9: Naturally the question arises why some Wts stay in the face of this type of torment. The reasons are:
(a) Some become habituated over time with the precarious situation thinking that one day all these things will go away. It is just like if your house is the swamp and a single mosquito comes to attack. That may not be enough to drive you away, but instead may draw more and more waves of mosquitoes to come and attack you.
(b) Some have come for Baba and they cannot forgo their dharmic lifestyle and so even when surrounded by these types of problems they somehow count the days when rainy season will go away but it continues.
(c) For some when all sorts of hypocrisy is in vogue then there is lots of money to be made. Also by having a so-called big post, one has to donate to keep the post but at the same time you can also secretly keep a very large pentage for yourself.

(d) Some are given tremendous scope to indulge in inappropriate behaviour and remain unscathed in front of their organisational authorities - so long as they give so-called big donations.
(e) They get respect from margiis.
#10: When some youths are recruited they have no clue and are given a rosy picture of life in the organisation. It is just like when terrorists recruit suicide bombers, those terrorists do not say, “You will be destroyed”, rather they preach how new recruits will be rewarded with “70 virgins awaiting you in heaven while here you have none.” And they add that, “Allah will give you the highest trophy.” All sorts of false carrots are dangled in front of their eyes and in turn those youths sign up to become suicide bombers. In the same manner, when recruiting youths to become Wts then a grand picture is painted of what their life will be like. But then after half a decade of training and brainwashing those newly made Wts think, “I have no skill other than what I learned in the training centre so I might as well continue on this path despite everything that is going on.”
Conclusion
#11: Sadly, this is the long, painful tale of deception and betrayal in our AMPS nowadays.

History of Nigamananda
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "The annals of human history should show which communities brought about which amount of progress and prosperity in which area of social life and in which part of the world – only such significant events are worthy of being recorded. History should also maintain special records of the trials and tribulations which confronted human beings, how those trials and tribulations were overcome, how human beings tackled the numerous obstacles to effect greater social development, and so on. Only such history would I call the complete history or complete cultural history of the human race." (1)
(A) Nigamananda was a caring, compassion hero to his inner circle of dedicated stooges, ie. those who were massaging his feet on a daily basis. And to all others Nigamananda was an absolute bully and thug who would grunt like a wild bear and harshly attack you.
(B) Nigamananda’s situation is akin to that of Ku Klux Klan leaders. Those leaders would be very loving to their own members, yet side by side would torture and lynch those outside their group, and even tie them to the train tracks in the night where they would suffer in fright and terror in the face of that oncoming racing locomotive.

(C) Similarly, Nigamananda’s stooges hold him in the highest regard, but for some others he was called a veritable demon. He would physically or verbally assault them; to them he was a true villain and evil. And they have their logic.
(D) And Nigamananda was indulgent with his own subordinate female didis, like Rudraviina. But even then he enjoyed a key central post in AMPS.
Importance of historical record
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "History has been written and is read – it was written in the past; it will be written in the future. But I suggest that in the writing of history there should be a radical change. The history written so far is a history of kings and monarchs. It should be thoroughly overhauled and completely rewritten – rewritten in the interest of humanity and the universal well-being of the human race...If human beings are to profit from the study of the annals of history, they should reflect the weal and the woe, the hopes and aspirations of the masses." (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "The history of the human race should be written according to the inherent special characteristics of human beings. Only then will we know how successful the human beings of the past were in developing their latent noble qualities, and how much they have progressed today." (3)
