Namaskar,
Across the human and animal kingdoms there is a special recipe used whereby the few rule over the many. And in this present moment, this same tactic is playing out in our AMPS.
How the few exploit the masses
(A) British Empire: Great Britain is a tiny country, yet it controlled large swaths of the globe during the heyday of the British raj. In effect, the head of the British parliament was controlling populations of people up to the hundreds of millions - far, far greater than the population of England. Yet the British prime minister retained strong control and rarely engaged the British army. Rather, they set up a ruler-ruled relationship whereby they appointed local pawns who in turn controlled the greater population. The British emboldened a sampling of Indians as leaders who enacted British policy. And those comparatively few authority figures controlled the masses. By this dynamic, the British ruled not only India but large holdings on numerous continents. So long as the masses remained disunited and disempowered, their system of rulership prevailed.

(B) Gangs, Jails, and Mafia: In jails, gangs, and the mafia, those at the helm rarely fight; rather, they appoint a few notorious criminals to powerful posts who then rule over the population. For instance, the top gang leader gathers a team of notorious criminals who keep order and set the agenda amongst the numerous gang members. Likewise, the warden of a jail and his staff designate certain notorious inmates as leaders who rule over the rest of the prison population. Similarly, the top mafia bosses create a hierarchy whereby various capos or caporegimes control the footsoldiers of the mafia family. In each of these circumstances, the top notorious criminals rule over a large community by selecting a few from the community to take on key notorious roles; those appointees are given the power to punish and discipline the common members. By this way the big, notorious criminal boss maintains a firm grip over the community.
(C) Slavery: During the time of slavery in the deep south of the US, one land owner might have 500 slaves. And by setting up a hierarchy within that slave population whereby they police one another, the landowner could comfortably stay in control of his plantation.
(D) Livestock: A farmer has several hundred head of sheep. To control the herd, he trains some of his other animals, i.e. a few dogs, who then keep the herd of sheep under the farmer’s control. The sheep actually have the inherent power and ability to overturn the situation; they could easily stampede those few dogs; but, due to the sheeps’ meek mentality and inability to organise themselves, just a few dogs can control several hundred head of sheep.
The operative factor: The common thread in the above examples is that the controlled mass - whether they be humans or animals - are dominated by and terrified of the exploiters. And due to that fear and lack of courage, they fail to rise up to improve their plight. Rather they remain as the exploited mass - too weak and disorganized to stage any kind of uprising.

Rudrananda’s team of stooges
A very similar schema has been set-up here: Thug Rudrananda sits at the top of Ranchi administration and he has appointed a few debauched stooges and philanderers to rule over the mass of Wts in their faction. Indeed, the evil Rudrananda has bestowed power to the likes of Madhuvratananda, lesbian Danvrata, Hariishananda, Vimalananda, Nabhatiitananda, Satyashrayananda, Mantrajapananda, and a few others, and by this way the crook Rudrananda inhumanely lords over hundreds of Wts.
In addition to the well-known aforementioned cases, Rudrananda has created these below stooges as well.
(a) Amaleshananda: At present Amaleshananda has three key posts: COS, GTS & PA, all of which come under the Establishment Committee of AMPS. And Rudrananda anointed all three key of these important posts to one individual. So now Amaleshananda is in charge of all transfers & posting of the Wts , and he is also the Cadre Control Secretary & Purodha Board Secretary.
(b) Ragmayananda: As SS Berlin he is able to control the whole entirety of Berlin sector on Rudrananda’s behalf.
(c) Puspendrananda: As SS, he controls all Delhi Sector Wts along with the many jagrtis, master units, and other AM projects of Delhi sector. So throughout Delhi sector, Puspendrananda carries out Rudrananda’s wishes and collects huge money for him.

(d) Abhiramananda: He was made SS of NY to control the sector and exploit the Wts in order to generate massive financial revenue for Rudrananda.
(e) Shubhaniiryasananda: As SS of HK Sector he gives large potfuls of money to Rudrananda.
All of the above are Rudrananda’s hand-picked sycophants to do his bidding.
Plight of our Wts
The amazing thing in this scenario is that our Wts are supposed to be trained revolutionaries - fearless and awakened. But in their present condition, general Wts are just so terrified of the devilish Rudrananda and his team of stooges that our Wts are just behaving like mice shivering in the corner. They do not know what to do or how to proceed; indeed they are no different from that huge herd of spineless sheep who are completely dominated by just a few dogs. Veily, our Wts are shell-shocked by Rudrananda’s regime of characterless stooges.
Every once in a while a Wt does speak out and immediately sinner Rudrananda makes an example out of him and squashes him into the ground. That sets the tone. And all those wide-eyed Wts watching from afar crawl back into their mouseholes. It is hard to believe that they are even disciples of Sadguru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji. Instead of having fiery blood rushing through their bodies, it seems their arteries and veins only contain tepid tap water. There is so much injustice going on, yet those suffering the most, i.e. our Wts, just quiver and shrink in the face of that exploitation.

Solution
What our Wts fail to realise is that if they organise themselves, become unified based on ideology, and adopt an anti-exploitation platform, then their collective force - both moral and physical - will be far greater than the combined force of those few stooges who are ruling over them. The first ingredients are proper sadhana, awareness, and courage. Indeed, dharma sadhana will generate the requisite moral fibre to easily rise up against their oppressors, i.e. CBI informer Rudrananda and his band of debauched pawns. Failing that, our Wts will remain as defeated soldiers who lack the spirit befitting of an avadhuta or Wt of AMPS.
When our Wts lack the ability to stand up and oppose those who are exploiting them, then how will they ever be able to lead and inspire the common people to rally against the rapacious forces and establish dharma on this dusty earth.
Conclusion
A holistic shift is needed in the psyche of our current cadre of Wts. And that shift starts with following Sixteen Points diligently in their own personal lives and putting an emphasis on sadhana. Then surely, in a very short time, they will be victorious in smashing the shackles that the antisocial Rudrananda has clamped on them. Then they will be able to usher in that new era of peace, by His grace.

Unique standing of language
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “The consent of those embraced must be sought for before renaming them in Saḿskrta. Language has got nothing to do with religion and as such, there is no reason for anybody depreciating the use of Saḿskrta. In this connection it may be added that the great emperor Aurangzeb used the term sudhárasa (juice of nectar) for mango (original Saḿskrta term for mango is ámra).” (1)
