Ananda Marga ideology says, “You are to attend Dharmacakra weekly. These are all codes of discipline as prescribed by Bhágavata Dharma. You must follow these codes. There cannot be any concession in this respect, rather concession is dangerous…One may be a king or may be a very poor man, but the code of dharma is equally applicable to all. In this matter, nobody can claim any special concession or favour.” (1)
1. Baba’s above guideline is quite clear. Every disciple of Baba, including PP Dada, Vishvadevananda must adhere to the codes of dharma – i.e. Ananda Marga ideological principles. No one in our Ananda Marga is above these practices, regardless of their post or birth etc.
Handlers want to have authority like Guru
2. Unfortunately, Vishvadevananda is unable to follow the most basic aspect of this code: “Attend dharmacakra weekly.” Actually, he is “handled” by group leaders who instruct him to behave in a certain manner in order to exude a certain presence of authority like Guru. By this way those group leaders and handlers can exploit others – keeping PP Dada as their rubber stamp.
3. To this end, they give the instruction not to attend dharmacakra in order to add to their “mystique” of being PP.
4. It is entirely shameful that our top post-holders are unable to adhere to the tenets of Ananda Marga ideology. Again, they may wish to follow, but their handlers do not allow it.
But no matter what the handlers do, PP Vishvadevananda is a coward who does not use his own brain. So he will have to face the sin for what is happening
Pawn in the hands of handlers
5. Even the dogmatic religions are not as bad as this. For instance, in Islam & Christianity etc – regardless of one’s post – one must go and attend namaz or prayer. Dogmatic or not, at least they follow what they preach. They adhere to their scripture. No one is exempt from this basic duty and responsibility. But unfortunately, our PP Vishvadevananda does not follow what he preaches. This is the tragic irony - PP Vishvadevananda is just a pawn in the hands of the ruling group leaders. So in result, PP Vishvadevananda gives lectures based on Subhasita Samgraha but in his own conduct he does not follow those same guidelines.
6. Nowadays, that basic degree of honesty and integrity is not present in some key Wt leaders. The large majority of workers want to do the right thing. But the various groups set-up their own separate rules regarding code of conduct that are completely contrary to what Baba has given. And this is the case with PP Vishvadevananda as well. So PP Vishvadevananda does not follow the Preceptor. PP does not follow his own shastra, i.e. Ananda Marga ideology.
7. This is the standard on display nowadays in Ananda Marga: The top leaders are not held up to the mirror of Baba’s teachings. How can we expect to build a brilliant Ananda Marga society when even our Vishvadevananda does not follow basic mandates like attending the weekly dharmacakra.
PP Vishvadevananda does not have own separate Caryacarya
Remember, there is one Carycara and all in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha must follow it. On this matter, everyone should be pointed and clear. It is not that the assigned PP Vishvadevananda has his own separate set of rules that are enlisted in a different volume of Caryacarya. That is not the way. Every Ananda Margii must follow the same guidelines of Caryacarya. But unfortunately, the handlers of PP Vishvadevananda do not allow PP to attend to his dharmic duty, and he is a mere pawn in the play. This is a most unenviable situation.
Snake inside is more dangerous: Top Wts must follow ideology
Here Baba warns us about those who are mishandling PP Vishvadevananda and not allowing him to attend to his allotted duties. Such persons - no matter their posting or status - must be strongly opposed. That is Baba's clear-cut directive.
अपना आदमी हो, घर का आदमी हो ; कोई सत्य से इधर-उधर हट गया, sincerity की कमी जिनमें है—उसका विरोध करो, बर्दाश्त मत करो | अपना आदमी है तो क्या है | अपना आदमी अगर असाधु है, insincere है, तो, और भी अधिक ख़तरनाक है | क्यों ? बाहर में अगर साँप रहा, वह जितना ख़तरनाक है, घर में अगर साँप घुस गया तो और भी अधिक ख़तरनाक है | इसलिए, और भी, उसका अधिक विरोध होना चाहिए |” (2)
Here following is an English summary of the above teaching:
If our own person or relative deviates from the truth or is lacking sincerity, oppose him, do not tolerate him. It does not matter if he is our own relative. If our own person is dishonest and insincere then he is more dangerous. Why? If there is a snake outside it is dangerous, but if a snake comes inside the house it is more dangerous. Therefore he [our close person] should be opposed more strongly. (3)
In His above teaching, Baba guides us that bad elements in society are dangerous, but bad elements inside your house - inside your oganisation - are more dangerous. Do not tolerate them - oppose them.
Conclusion
The need of the day is for every Ananda Margii, including PP Vishvadevananda, to follow Sadguru Baba’s guidelines. And verily, this strictness and ideological zeal should start at the very top. This will promote a positive example and create a harmonious organisational structure. Unfortunately, nowadays, it is those top Dada who are most negligent. Overall no matter how much the handlers do, Dada Vishvadevananda is a coward and has his own brain to think. So he will have to face the sin for what he is doing.

Note: I am very much concerned about PP Vishvadevananda by his not being allowed to follow certain dharmic codes like attending dharmacakra etc. Althought his handlers are also responsible for not allowing PP Vishvadevananda to participate in his dharmic duties. It is shameful that PP dada does not have the courage to use his own brain. All parties (PP and his handlers) will have to face the consequences.

O' Parama Purusa, You are my most intimate and loving One; You are so close. You are my Father and You are my Mother; You are my friend as well as my eternal companion. O' my Dearmost, You are my everything - my One and only. You are that divine lamp of effulgence, always guiding me along the proper path in life. You are everywhere. No one is ever alone or helpless. You are ever-present carefully watching over everyone. Baba, You are always residing in my heart.
Refrain / Repetition: In the cimmerian darkness of my life You are the bright effulgence who guides me always. When I am immersed in darkness, confused, and lose the path, You are there to save me. Libertine life: following 7000 year old problem
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “The Sanskrit equivalent for marriage is viváha (vi – vah + ghaiṋ): it means, after the ceremony, the man and woman can no longer live as libertines or as irresponsible so-called family people. They have to discharge their full obligations as bharttá and kalatra, responsible husband and responsible wife.”
“Another Sanskrit equivalent for “woman” is nárii, which is feminine gender. But Shiva used the term kalatra, in the neuter; for to her husband a woman is a wife, but to her children and other members of the society, she is as dignified as her male counterpart. So by declaring a married lady to be kalatra, Shiva gave her special status, and addressed her in neuter terms.”
“The liberal meaning of the term viváha is “live one’s life in a new way with a special type of responsibility”. This is the underlying significance of the Shaeva system of marriage.”
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “In His life, Shiva Himself married with this commitment. We can say without the least hesitation that Shiva was the first person in this world to marry in the proper sense of the term..” (1)
Note: That which was common 7000 years ago has now again come into vogue: That same disease has become prevalent today. A huge percentage of people around the globe are leading libertine life - especially in the west. They produce children and neglect to take any responsibility. They do not like to be bound in conjugal relations and shoulder the responsibility of helping the child. The ones who suffer the most are the children and the mother. Often such children wind up in foster care - mentally and physically scarred. It is a serious crisis - watch out. Where capitalism is growing that disease will spread. Our duty is to propagate this teaching - if we bring even one libertine onto the path of responsibility then at least to some small degree the problem is solved.
