So many sister trainees raised concerns and allegations against GTS Mantrajapananda. And their stories were corroborated; verily, the evidence was overwhelming. Mantrajapananda was indeed the culprit. And verily Mantrajapananda was found guilty by a tribunal conducted on the sectorial level. But Mantrajapananda gives huge money to Rudrananda and Rudrananda was not pleased about the decision made by that sectorial tribunal. So Rudrananda formed his own hand-picked tribunal that would give a ruling from India.

Kangaroo tribunal
Rudrananda selected his chosen tribunal members - Sampurnananda, Rakheshananda, and Amalaleshananda - and they ran a kangaroo tribunal. They did not go to the Philippines; they are not at all familiar with the Davao WT training center or the situation there. And they made no efforts to contact the trainees living there or speak with those making the allegations. Nor did they communicate with the margiis of the Philippines about this matter. Verily, no such interviews or attempts at fact-finding were done. Those tribunal Dadas learned nothing about how Mantrajapananda was / is treating those sisters at the TC.
Just by sitting there in India, these three Dadas on the tribunal declared Mantrajapananda as innocent, as per Rudrananda's instruction. They gave Mantrajapananda a perfectly clean record. It was a kangaroo tribunal from start to finish, and that is how Sampurnananda, Rakheshananda, and Amalaleshananda secured their spots on the purodha board. All because they carried out the wishes of Rudrananda and towed the party line.

The recent PB election was done in the same corrupt manner in which Ranchi administration convenes the BP elections: Namely, Rudrananda selects his chosen candidate as the winner. That is all. Baba's system was not followed in any way, shape, or form. Now the new PB secretary is Amalaleshananda, based on the recommendation of Rudrananda. Other new members include Sampurnananda and Rakheshananda. These three Dadas are not dedicated for Ista and adarsha; they are dedicated for Rudrananda and are committed to following his orders.
As tribunal members, Sampurnananda, Rakheshananda, and Amalaleshananda ruled that top stooge Mantrajapananda was fully innocent, and that the sexual allegations against Mantrajapananda were completely false. In exchange for that, these Dadas ruling in favour of GTS Mantrajapananda, Rudrananda gifted them (Sampurnananda, Rakheshananda, and Amalaleshananda) entry onto the Purodha board. That was their reward for issuing an innocent verdict on Mantrajapananda, and clearing his name.

दादा रुद्रानंद जी की वफादारी करो और पुरोधा बोर्ड का इनाम जीतिए।
दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी के चरित्र को लेकर मनीला सेक्टर में एक इंक़वारी हुई थी, और उसमे दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी 100 प्रतिशत दोषी पाए गए थे।
उसके पश्चात रांची विभाजीत ग्रुप में स्वयम्भू सुपर पुरोधा प्रमुख दादा रुद्रानंद जी ने फिर द्वारा एक इंक़वारी बैठा दी , और उसमे अपने चमचे रख दिये, और उन्ही चमचों या चेलो में एक दादा अमलेशानंद जी भी थे। और दादा अमलेशानंद जी ने ,दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी को निर्दोष दिखाकर क्लीन चिट दे दी। इसी क्लीनचिट का उनको पुरोधबोर्ड का सेकेट्री बना कर ईनाम दिया गया।
मनिला सेक्टर में जो दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी को इंक़वारी में दोषी दिखाया गया, उसी कारण से, मनीला सेक्टर के तत्तकालीन SS दादा बोधप्रज्ञानंद जी का ट्रांसफर भी किया गया। क्योंकि SS दादा बोधप्रज्ञानंद जी ने, अपनी SS पोस्ट की चिंता न कर दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी की असलियत को सेंट्रल में पहुचाने का साहस दिखाया। लेकिन दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी की असलियत से मनिला सेक्टर के वर्कर्स और मार्गी लोग बहुत पहले से जानते थे।
एक समय था संस्था के एक तत्तकालीन GS दादा सर्वात्मा नंद जी के समय मे एक दादाजी जो GTS थे उनके ऊपर उस वक्त सिर्फ चरित्र हनन की शिकायत ही आयी थी, उन पर किसी प्रकार की इंक़वारी भी हुई थी। तब उस वक्त उन दादा जी जो तत्तकालीन GTS थे, यह कहकर अपनी GTS पोस्ट से रिजाइन दे दिया, कि:-
"मैं GTS हूं, और GTS पोस्ट का बहुत महत्व है, सन्यासी के ट्रेनिंग सेंटर का GTS हेड होता है।मैंने गलती की या नही, यह प्रश्न नही है। GTS पोस्ट पर चरित्र हनन की उंगली उठना ही काफी है। इस लिए मैं इस GTS पोस्ट के लायक नही हूँ। अतः मैं GTS की पोस्ट से इसी पल रिजाइन करता हूँ।"
और उन्होंने उसी वक्त रिजाइन दे दिया। और दूसरी तरफ दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी जो मनिला सेक्टर में CTS थे उन पर वर्षो से चरित्र हनन का आरोप लगता रहा, कई बार शिकायत भी सेंट्रल को की गई, लेकिन सेंट्रल उसको अनसुना करता गया। और जब दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी ने अपने चरित्र में सुधार नही किया, और उन्होंने चरित्र हनन का कार्य जारी रखा। उस पर उनको पुरोधा बनाकर प्रोत्साहित किया, और एक दिन ऐसा आया कि उन्ही दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी को GTS पोस्ट का ईनाम दे दिया गया। क्योंकि दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी, दादा रुद्रानंद जी के अति प्रिय चेले हैं, और दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी सिर्फ दादा रुद्रानंद जी की जेब गर्म करते रहते थे, लेकिन कभी भी दादा रुद्रानंद जी ने, अपने चेले दादा मंत्रजपानंद से यह तक नही पूछने की हिम्मत की, की यह पैसे कहाँ से लाते हो। आज दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी के कारण मनीला सेक्टर का "बाबा फाउंडेशन" मृत्यु शया पर है। लगभग 60000 पेसो (मनीला की करेंसी) 2016 तक बाबा फाउंडेशन के बैंक के कर्ज का इंटरेस्ट देना पड़ता था। अभी तो इंटरेस्ट और ज्यादा हो गया होगा।
उसी दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी के ऊपर चरित्र हनन जैसे जघन्य अपराध/पाप सिद्ध होने के बाद भी उनके ऊपर कार्यवाही करने के बाद उनको GTS पोस्ट पर रखा हुआ है। यही दादा रुद्रानंद जी की विशेषता है, कि:-
1 जो भी उनके चेलो पर उंगली उठाएगा उसको, एक्सपेल या ट्रांसफर या मानसिक प्रताड़ना दी जएगी।
जैसे दादा रुद्रनंद के अति प्रिय चेले दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी पर उंगली उठाने वाले दादा बोधप्रज्ञानंद जी का ट्रांसफर।
और
दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी के चरित्र हनन का आरोप सिद्ध होने के बाद भी दादा रुद्रानंद जी के दूसरे चेले दादा अमलेशानंद जी द्वारा (दादा रुद्रनानंद जी के द्वारा प्रिप्लानिंग अनुसार इंक़वारी कमेटि का सदस्य बना कर) दादा मंत्रजपानंद जी को क्लीनचिट दिलवाकर, दादा अमलेशानंद जी को "पुरोधा बोर्ड का सेकेट्री" की पोस्ट दे कर ईनाम दिया गया।
यही कटुसत्य है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार , आनन्द मार्ग प्रचारक संघ, राँची ने भुक्ति प्रधान चुनाव के पैटर्न पे सर्वोच्च बोर्ड यानी पूरोधा बोर्ड का चुनाव सम्पन्न करवा लिया।
मतलब साफ.... अपने मन मुताबिक कैंडिडेट का सिलेक्शन यानी बाबा के दिये निर्देश से इलेक्शन नहीं।
अभी नये बोर्ड के सेक्रेटरी हैं अमलेशानंद जी, जिनके पूरोधा बनने में ही बाबा के निर्देशों की अवहेलना की गई थी और विशेष रेकॉमेंडेशन के आधार पर इन्हें पूरोधा बना दिया गया था।
अन्य दो सदस्य हैं संपूर्णानंद जी और राकेशानंद जी, जो पूर्ण समर्पित हैं इष्ट और आदर्श के लिए नहीं …...... बल्कि रुद्रानंद जी के निर्देशों के प्रति।
इन दोनों मतलब संपूर्णानंद जी और राकेशानंद जी के रुद्रानंद जी के प्रति अटूट भक्ति की जानकारी उस समय हुई जब इन दोनों व्यक्तियों को मंत्रजपानंद, वर्तमान GTS के द्वारा ट्रेनिंग सेंटर में दीदियों के साथ किये गए काले कारनामो के जाँच कमिटि में रक्खा गया और ये दोनों व्यक्ति आका के निर्देश पे मंत्रजपानंद के prooved कुकृत्य को निरस्त कर मंत्रजपानंद जैसे दोषी व्यक्ति को निर्दोष करार दे दिया।
