The role of the the bhukti pradhana holds a significant and meaningful role in our Ananda Marga society.
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “The Ánanda Márga Pracáraka Saḿgha
(AMPS) secretary of such a bhukti will be known as a bhukti pradhána.
[Pradhána means “head” or “principal person”.]” (1)
Since the inception of the BP system, whenever DMC was held in a given
bhukti, Sadguru Baba recognised the BP in the following ways:
(a) Sadguru Baba always bestowed a special place and honour to the bhukti pradhan;
(b) The bhukti pradhan would sit on the dais next to PA Dada, quite close to Baba every day of that DMS visit;
(c) Daily, on both occasions when on the dais, Baba always received the garland first from the BP;
(d) Before beginning His DMC address, in His exquisite liila, Baba would
ask the bhukti pradhan about the subject of discourse and inquire
whether the assembly would be DMC or general darshan;
(e) After varabhaya mudra was given, the bhukti pradhan would personally
approach Baba and directly request Him for permission to do Guru puja;
(f) The local DS / Dit S Wts did not have this type of status that the BP had.

Heinous effect of Fake BP Manual
Due to the Fake BP Manual (1997), which was published and circulated b Sarvatmananda and Sambhutyananda of B group, serious confusion was
created about the duties and rights of BPs. And later it was adopted by
Rudrananda who has been using it in favour of H group.
Initially, when B group was running the ISMUB Dept, in their quest for
power they tried to bring all margiis within their noose. Since then, in
many units, the wrong impression was formed that BP's are the servants
of the ISMUB secretary as cadre of ISMUB Dept. And this false propaganda
seriously undermines the real importance and rights of the BP.

BP election commissioner became king
This whole confusion arose because when B group leader Sarvatmananda was
holding the power he cunningly set himself up as the controlling
authority of BPs. When in fact the ISMUB Secretary's true role is that
of BP election commissioner, and not the king of all BPs. In addition,
it is obvious that any election controlling authority cannot also be the
controller of the elected candidates. Otherwise the whole election and
elected body will be a hoax.
But that is exactly what has happened in our Ananda Marga Pracaraka
Samgha. Initially, only Sarvatmananda and his B group stooges were
manipulating the scene surrounding BP elections, and now that negative
work is also being carried out by Dada Rudrananda and his H group
factional stalwarts.
Harmful effect of Fake BP Manual
Since 1990, the various groups have used this as a time to manipulate
our AMPS society by implementing all kinds of fake rules and wrongly
deciding / influencing the outcome of elections. This has happened in
all the sectors. Due to the lack of care and guidance from the WT side
towards family margiis, the all-round progress of margiis has been
jeopardised.
In an analogy, it is similar to the exploitative strategy employed by
the East India Company when the British came to India under the false
pretext of trade. Step by step, these British rulers implemented the law
that if any rajah (local ruler) had no male heir then upon his death,
that rajah's kingdom would automatically pass into the control of the
British rulers. In this way more and more of India was taken over by
British rule until India was under complete subservience to Britain. And
sadly now the same thing has transpired in our AMPS as ISMUB removes
elected BPs and replaces them with their spineless, stooge as the BP.
Sudanshu of Ranchi is one such example. By this way tycoon Wts have
fully captured margiis in their grip.

Conclusion
To correct this entire situation, the Fake 1997 BP Manual has to be
tossed aside and Baba's original BP manual should be implemented. That
is the chief way to restore the post of bhukti pradhana to its rightful
place and empower family margiis. Only by coordinated cooperation
between margiis and Wts can our AMPS be set on the right course.

Why Baba’s name is not on the ERAWS Guidebook
In that pre-1990 era, Baba was doing absolutely everything and all the teachings and printed guidebooks were coming directly from Him. That said, Baba did not allow His name to appear on the cover of every guidebook or procedural order etc. Yet, Baba was the sole Director who dictated those rules and orders. It is just His liila or working style why He did it this way.
Verily, there are numerous organisational rules, orders, and guidelines that were given where His name is not listed, yet Baba was the sole Director who dictated those rules and orders. Specifically, all those (a) guidebooks, (b) manuals, and (c) acarya, avadhuta, and vishesa yoga diaries, as well as other directives that deal exclusively with the running of AMPS do not contain His name on the cover. For instance, Baba’s name does not appear on any Procedural Order, nor on the ERAWS Guidebook (1981), nor on any of the Acarya Diaries, nor on any of the lists of conduct rules etc. Yet, Baba was the sole Director of all those materials; He is the one who dictated those rules and orders. It is just His liila or working style why He did it this way.
In contrast, Baba’s name has been printed on the cover of all Ananda Marga books traversing the entire gamut of His social and spiritual teachings. That includes the Subhasita Samgraha series, the Prout in a Nutshell series, Idea and Ideology, and Ananda Sutram etc. All those publications that presented teachings for the greater humanity have His name on the cover. Whereas, it is just His liila or working style why those (a) guidebooks, (b) manuals, and (c) acarya, avadhuta, and vishesa yoga diaries were done differently, i.e. without His name.
So this was the tradition. Those teachings that were for humanity-at-large were published in Baba’s name. But He did not allow His name to appear on all those in-house orders related with organisational directives were dictated by Him. It is just His liila or working style why it was done this way.

Parama Purusa, please come to my abode. I am waiting for You with a
lighted lamp. With deep longing in my heart, I am looking toward the
path of Your arrival. my own, please come in my Guru cakra. Why are You
all alone on the dark path in the deep of the night. I have lit the
light for You. my Prabhu, please give Your darshan.
Baba, with a deep yearning to get You, I think about Your affection
while looking toward Guru cakra. The sky is filled with the songs of
stars. I hear those celestial bodies singing Your glory. You made me
realise this quintessence that: I am Yours and You are mine. My
Innermost, You have blessed me with the understanding that You are my
everything. All other things short lived in this transitory world; only
You are my eternal Companion, my Bandhu. Our relation goes beyond this

Baba, Parama Purusa, with a strong desire to get You and have Your
proximity, I have prepared a seat for You in the sacred corner of my
mind and decorated it with dhu'p, diip, shubhrainjain. Ensconced in Your
shravan, manan, niddhidhyasana, bhajan, and kiirtan, I am waiting for
You. By Your krpa, I have collected flowers for You from my mental
garden. my Nearest, I have arranged them just for You. With those
flowers, I want to offer my entire existence at Your lotus feet. Baba,

Notes for Prabhat Samgiita #0632:
[1] Dhu'p, Diip, shubhránjane: (a) dhu'p, which is one type
of fragrant wood like sandalwood, (b) diip, which refers to those little
lamps of celebrations, and (c) shubhránjane, which is a brilliant
ointment or effulgent callarium. Of course, in the setting of Prabhat
Samgiita, these three terms have an internal meaning as well. These
words signify that the sadhaka has prepared his heart and mind in a
special way in order to receive Parama Purusa. The bhakta is calling out
to Him with bhakti.
[2] Shravan, Manan, Niddhidhyasana: Three practices.
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "To attain Him human beings have to take
recourse to shravana (constantly hearing His name), manana (constantly
ideating on Him) and nididya'sana (constantly meditating on Him). The
Supreme Entity is Gurha, that is, He is lying hidden in the innermost
recess of the human entity. To attain Him one must penetrate deep within
oneself, and for that the development of an introversial outlook is
essential." (1)

Solution to old problem
Prout philosophy states, "Those who shudder at the sight of various
social vices and lament, “Everything is lost; righteousness is gone;
morality has vanished…” should realize that among all the causes behind
this so-called all-round degeneration, social injustice is the principal
one."
"Because of injustices against women with respect to their social rights
and because women are economically crippled, a section of women is
compelled to take to prostitution. Although there are many causes of
this profession, these are the main two."
"Ananda Marga recognizes that women are as dignified human beings as

economically independent of men. The system in which characterless men
swagger about in society while fallen women are denied proper
