Hypocrisy & sadhana
Namaskar,
In order to become the highest standard of bhakta - where one feels in their heat that, “Parama Purusa is mine and mine alone”, then two basic steps are needed:
(a) one should be truthful;
(b) one should understand that through sadhana one may increase their standard.
Baba warns that there is not an iota of scope for duplicity or hypocrisy in spiritual life.

One will become a sadhu in due course
The central is that one should not be hypocritical - i.e. posing as a great margii, dharmika, holy monk, or sadhu, but inside harboring deceptive notions and planning to cheat others. Leading a dual life - i.e. black inside and showing oneself as a great sage externally - is complete hypocrisy. In this depraved condition, bhakti cannot sprout. When one does not follow the path of hypocrisy and instead sincerely tries to practice the ideals of a sadhu then in due course one will become a sadhu in the real sense, by His grace.

A few examples in AMPS
This letter aims to demonstrate the modus operandi of people like Cirasmita (NY) and Ananda Mitra (GT) etc. They have one thing in their heart of hearts, but externally want to exaggerate their image and falsely pose as being something great. They want to keep that showy image forever. To this end they make all kinds of facades.
Many get success in the general society and befool others into thinking that they are really great. To dupe others, they engage in all kinds of maneuvers, plots, strategies, and deception to falsely show that they are great. By doing so they become more degenerated in the end.
On the path of spirituality this is pure poison. That is why for true sadhakas this is very detrimental. Nobody should do this type of duplicity and deception. Sadly, nowadays in AMPS, there is no dearth of such hypocrites, i.e. those who pose as great sages but are inside....

Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "Some people wear a mask of culture [of civility] in public, but in private pursue personal or class interests. This hypocrisy has no place in the human society." (1)
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Hypocrisy in the human mind is also increased as a result of the influence of negative microvita." (2)
Neo-Humanism teaches us, "Such people attempt to cover their harmful or defective sentiments under a veil of hypocrisy. This concealing mentality is one aspect of hypocrisy." (3)
Ananda Marga ideology states, “There is no place for hypocrites in our organization...You should not tolerate hypocrites, not at all.” (4)

Purport:
Parama Purusa, in Your mercy I keep calling You, remembering You. I weep in longing for You. My Innermost, I love You so much. In my sustained meditation and in thinking about You through shravana, manana, and nididhyasana, my eyes shower for You, all the time.
My Divine Companion, I shed tears for You and call You with a deep yearning: “My Most Intimate, who resides in the inner core of my heart, please make my mind resplendent. Whatever I think should be reflected in all that I do in the external world: no duplicity in my thinking, speaking, action. There should be perfect parallelism between my thoughts, words, and actions. In making my core pure, kindly remain in that abode, day and night - always.”
Baba, by Your grace the darkness of the black fog has vanished. In the new dawn, the crimson sun is smiling. My mental peacock is dancing in bliss — spreading out its feathers and extending its wings, encompassing the line of the vast horizon. Everything is ready and has been arranged for Your auspicious reception.

== Section 3: Important Teaching ==
Prout philosophy states, "Labour disputes have become a chronic disease everywhere in the world today. In ancient times there was no bonus system. Some large industrialists used to give a bonus out of compassion, but nowadays a bonus has become a right. It is noticeable that in many places the party in power suppresses the labour movement and the party not in power supports it. Strikes are supported by the communists in India and suppressed by them in the USSR."
"There may be a temporary solution to this problem by accepting the rights of labourers in management, granting them some dividend out of the net profit, setting apart some amount for reserve funds and sinking funds for creating fresh capital and interest on this capital, and distributing net profits among labourers. But this is not a permanent solution."
Prout philosophy states, "The question is how can the percentage of the share out of the net profit be fixed? In Bengal, the Bataidars first claimed half and later two thirds of the net profit. This will change with the moving world."
"The permanent solution lies in the large scale implementation of the cooperative system and the socialisation of land, industries, trade and commerce. Key industries should be large scale industries. These key industries should be managed and owned by the immediate government, and in order to keep labour relations congenial, a bonus system of work and piece work payments should be adopted. The harder and better the people work, the more profit they will get."

भावार्थ
हे परमपुरुष ! मैं तुम्हारे आने के रास्ते पर तुमसे मिलने की आशा में, तुम्हारे दर्शन करने के लिए , युगों से बैठा हूूं । सभी अच्छे दिन निकल गये और अब, जब कि वर्षा ऋतु की झड़ लगी है तुम मेरे लिए इतना कष्ट उठाकर आज मेरे पास आये हो। इस वर्षा ऋतु में मेरी केवड़ा के पराग की हलकी महक चारों ओर इन बादलों से छाये वातावरण में फैल रही है। तुम कितने कृपालु हो।
हे परम पुरुष ! मैने अपने हृदय की तेज ललक से, दिन की तरह चमक भरे प्रकाश में तुमको खोजा। मैंने गहरे अंधकार में भी, तारों में, ग्रहों में, हर जगह तुम्हें खोजा। हे प्रभु! इतना ही नहीं मैंने नीले आकाश के हर कोने में तुमको खोजा, परंतु न जाने तुम किस अज्ञात स्थान में छिपे हुये थे? मैंने तुमको कहीं नहीं पाया।
गर्मी की ऋतु के झुलसाते दिनों के अस्त होने तक मैं तुम्हें खोजता रहा। तुम्हारी चाहत में तुमको पुकारते पुकारते मेरी थकान भरी रातें भी निकल गयीं और फिर से सबेरा हो गया , इसी प्रकार तुम्हें खोजते खोजते युग निकल गये और तुम्हारा कुछ भी अता पता नहीं चल पाया। हे परमपुरुष बाबा! इतनी अधिक देर तक तुम्हारी बाट देखते हुए , तुम्हारा स्वागत करने के लिये मैंने जो माला तैयार की थी उसके फूल सूखकर इधर उधर छिटक गये हैं, केवल धागा ही हाथ में रह गया है । हे मेरे परमप्रिय! हे प्रभो! ऐसी अंतिम घड़ी में तुम पधारे हो, बड़ी ही विचित्र स्थिति है, मैं अब किस प्रकार तुम्हारा स्वागत करूं? किस प्रकार तुम्हारा अभिनंदन करूँ ?
हे मेरे प्यारे बाबा! इस घनघोर बरसात में, इस परिस्थिति में, तुम मेरे सामने प्रकट हो गये हो, तुमने मेरे ऊपर अपार कृपा की हैे कि तुम मेरे पास आये। मैं तुम्हारे चरण कमलों में पूर्णतः समर्पित हॅूं।
टिप्पणी
1 केतकी/ केवड़ा फूॅल- इस पेड़ के पत्ते छुरे की तरह होते हैं और यह पूरे दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया में पाया जाता है। इसमें अनेक काॅंटे होते हैं और यह वर्षा ऋतु में ही फूलता है जिसकी मधुर सुगंध मीलों दूर तक महकती रहती है।
2 भोर- इसका शाब्दिक अर्थ सवेरा या सुबह है। परंतु लगातार प्रतीक्षा करते करते लम्बे समय के बाद जब मन की चाहत पूरी हो जाती है, तो भी लगता है मानो सवेरा हो गया।

“The more the honest people are firm on morality, the more the evil forces will be active against them. So all the moralists of the universe should remain organized and confront the evil forces unitedly.” (Ananda Vanii #59)
Note 1: True Ananda Vaniis have a number whereas Fake Ananda Vaniis do not - just as a fake car license plate has no number. By this way, you can easily recognise a Fake Ananda Vanii.
