Abhiramananda’s dirty dealings

"Bring me more food", "Clean my dish", "Go upstairs and bring me my bag", "Clean my clothes, "Pay me huge money for your visa", "Wash my laungota" etc.
There are some in AMPS who think that as supervisory workers then all those beneath them are their servants and slaves. This is their gross misunderstanding. They think that they can order people around for their own petty selfish gains.

Rudrananda's chief stooge in NY
One of the worst perpetrators of this is Abhi, the so-called SS of NY sector. Rudrananda has emboldened Abhi with the right to exploit and cheat as he wishes, so long as he continues to give his unbridled support (i.e. black pact and black money). This payoff has given Abhi big boots to kick people around in NY.
Verily, Abhi thinks that because he is Rudrananda's right-hand man as the SS of NY sector then all those around him are his personal servants. So, in his own individual life, Abhi is giving orders to various Wts to attend to his personal needs.

(A) So-called Abhiramananda, a.k.a. "Abhi", must always demonstrate that he is the final authority, and he even orders around the very senior Dada Shankarananda in NY Sectorial office. Abhi does this simply as a display of his own power and to set the tone that he is in charge.
(B) For the last two months, the senior Dada Nirmalakrsnananda has been in NY sectorial office, and he is always engaged in cleaning and cooking, almost like domestic servitude, while Abhi doesn't even wash his own plate.
(C) Next Abhi is always ordering Dada Kovida Brc - or else Dada Shankarananda - to buy or bring one or another thing from the market. Abhi is unwilling to leave the jagrti as he is concerned about contracting the coronavirus, but he is willing to have others risk their lives in order to bring him his indulgences from the market. Apparently, Abhi views their lives as being cheaper and expendable.
(D) Dada Iishvarakrsnananda, also known as IK Dada, does not live in NY sectorial office so Abhi cannot utilize him as his personal valet on a regular basis. But during RDS or retreats, then so-called Abhiramananda is very keen to place all his personal orders with IK Dada. For instance, at dinnertime, Abhi will simply sit at the table without getting any food for himself, and he will then tell IK Dada to bring his meal to the dinner table for him. This type of demeaning conduct is exacerbated by the fact that Dada IK is very senior and has long had health problems. This does not phase Abhi at all, rather he relishes the opportunity to order IK Dada around.
(E) Abhi also uses his post to exploit other Wts economically. For instance, if someone does not give him huge monthly fees that Wt will never get a US visa or passport etc. And if one is "blessed" by Abhiramananda to get a passport, then they must pay 5 to 10 times the actual cost so Abhiramananda gets a little pocket money out of the deal. It is a total shakedown, mafia style, and resembles nothing of the cosmic brotherhood that is the basis of our relations in AMPS.
(F) Anyone who criticizes or points out Abhi's indulgent, self-serving behaviour will pay a hefty price. Either that Wt will never ever get a visa etc or Abhi will talk badly about that Wt to centre and have him transferred to a very difficult field. This has been a central theme in NY sector for the last 5 years.

Punishment postings & transfers
(G) Here are a few examples of those punishment transfers. Bear in mind that Abhi went to NY sector in October of 2015 and then as Rudrananda's chief stooge he was given the post of SS in February 2016.
(#1) At the summer 2016 sectorial retreat in Ananda Kanan, Dada Cirananda directly spoke to Abhi about how Abhi had violated basic norms and organizational policies. Then immediately, with folded hands Abhi apologized to Dada Cirananda. And this was witnessed by a few other Wts. But that apology was just one fake show because within a month Dada Cirananda was expunged from the sector.
(#2) During a retreat in Ananda Kanan in 2018, Abhi was bossing and ordering Dada Vimaleshananda in all kinds of menial and demeaning ways. Finally, Dada Vimaleshananda became upset and spoke his mind to Abhi in front of other Wts. After that Abhi never gave a visa to Dada Vimaleshananda, and finally he was transferred within the sector.
(#3) Abhi was quite keen to sell any and all AMPS properties. So when Abhi got the idea to sell the Dallas jagrti then Dada Advaeyananda took issue with this for numerous dharmic reasons. In a short while, Abhi shipped Dada Advaeyananda to Berlin sector.
(#4) As mentioned further up above in this mail, Abhi was always ready to order Dada Kovida Brc to do his personal chores etc. One day, Dada Kovida became fed up and then in a short while he was transferred from Boston region.
(#5) SOS Diiptimanananda also suffered as Abhi's personal lackey, until one day Dada Diiptimanananda refused to be mistreated any longer and went to the other side of the country to California to get away from these bullying tactics. Abhi did not like this and sought to get him transferred.

Against all Guru's codes & rules
By the above cases, it is clear that Abhi is in stark violation of Caryacarya and AM Wt conduct rules. Those in higher posts are to watch for the welfare of lower posted workers, not treat them as slaves.
Wt conduct rule: "Supervisory workers will have to take proper care of each of their supervised stuff in all respects." (Six Additional Rules, Point #2)
Wt conduct rule: "Supervisory workers will have to keep care that each of their supervised workers is properly utilized." (Six Additional Rules, Point #6)
What to speak of failing to treat Wts with care and regard, so-called Abhiramananda threatens them that if they do not act as his personal servant he will not get their visas and passports processed, or he will have them reposted to some other places that is a difficult field. Or Abhiramananda will publicly expose them on bogus charges etc.
Conclusion
Our AMPS organization was designed in a very special way for best serving society and propagating the dharmic teachings of AM ideology. The organizational structure was given to carry out dharmic teachings and policies etc, not to use others for one’s own personal privilege etc. But sadly, some post holders like Abhi completely misuse their role and position and use it to demean others for their own personal gain etc. And that is what this letter is about.

When a farmer plants his crops then he cares for and nurtures those seedlings and young, tender plants. He feels linked with them and watches for their welfare. Similarly, when parents raise a child they have tremendous love and affection for that child wherein they will do anything and everything to protect that child and ensure their child has a healthy, productive life. But bully Wts have no such feeling of benevolence or care. And the operating factor is that they never created or fostered the growth of any Wt. Just they captured the organisation outright and began bullying all those existing Wts as their captives. That is why those at the helm these days are veritable demons like the mythological Ravana.

Who is a true Wt
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas." (1)
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Bear in mind that people may be harmed or misled by even a small weakness or defect in the conduct of an ácárya. Just as it is the duty of a father to educate his children properly by his good conduct, an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words." (2)
Ananda Marga teachings warn how improper leadership brings terrible harm to society.
Ananda Marga ideology says, “Today there is catastrophe and misery in human society and there is one reason: the defective leadership of society. People blindly follow even unintelligent leaders. The leaders hypnotize and attract thousands with their tall talks, gestures and other dramatics. Understand that the poverty and misery of any people in any country are the sins of the leaders. True leaders should always be vigilant and think how to work best for human society: they must be ever cautious that under their guidance the people are not led to darkness, death and immorality.” (3)
