Just the other day when margiis challenged Vimalananda that so many AMPS properties in NY sector including Mexico land parcels have been sold and that Wts are personally profiting from those sales, then Vimalananda replied and imposed his falsehood that, “No land was sold just it is a rumour by illiterate people.” Vimalananda played the victim game and said that, “People are wrongly blaming me.”
But Vimalananda is a habitual liar. And he is the doormat of Rudrananda that is how he left NY and secured a central post. Indeed, when it comes to lying, Vimalananda is such a daredevil that even though he signed off on and sold so many land parcels and buildings in NY and Mexico etc, that he is perfectly comfortable lying through his teeth in broad daylight. It is just like how a burglar gets caught red-handed - but when that burglar is confronted and directly challenged he says that he is not a thief but a house inspector for the Public Safety and Housing Commission.
Such is the outright audacity and utter disregard for the truth by Vimalananda. Sadly, he has not a shred of shame or remorse for how he has pillaged and ransacked the very organisation started by Sadguru Baba by rampantly selling off properties for his own personal gain and shoveling huge monies to Rudrananda, who is his boss and protectorate.

Sale of NYSO - huge $$ pocketed
Next Before 1990 Baba never allowed the sale of any Ananda Marga properties. Rather, Baba always created pressure to buy more and more Ananda Marga properties because Baba has given many projects for suffering humanity. Accordingly, margiis donated from the core of their heart, purchased land, and constructed buildings. Yet now are these Gurudrohi will selling AMPS properties as a big money grab.
Sadly, the above is the scene outside the longtime NYSO just before Vimalananda & his stooges sold it after getting the green light from Rudrananda.
Mexico land sale
The document presented below is the first page of a land selling deed and bears proof of the sale of two houses owned by Ananda Marga (Mexico) in Monterrey. The two houses were sold by Yogendra under the order of Ac Vimalananda Avt.
House #1: Jose Mariano Abasolo #876, Centro Monterrey - valued in 2009 at more than four million Mexican Pesos - 4,385,631.00
House #2: Padra Raymundo Jardon #861, Centro Monterrey - valued in 2009 at almost five million Mexican Pesos - 4,901,973.30
The name seller - Juan Francisco Osegueda Osario (Yogendra) - and the name of the seller’s organization - Ananda Marga De La Republica Mexicana Asociacion Civil - have been clearly stated on the document.
The name of the purchaser is also noted - Hector Santos Benitez.
The date of sale is stated - 10th May 2010.
The selling document was made by Public Notary No. 129, and the names of the two lawyers are enlisted as well.
The below is a public document available to anyone who requests it from the concerned governmental office.
Mexico land sale - continued
Dada Vimalananda ordered brother Yogendra to pay 70,000 Mexican Pesos to the firm - Avaluos Trevino - for an appraisal of five Ananda Marga properties in Monterrey. The summary of that report is directly below. As you will see noted, two of the properties marked in red have already been sold, as the above document shows.
Retreat center land sold
See the tragedy that happened. The roadside land which is worth a lot of money was secretly sold sometime back. That was the first parcel to be sold from this plot. This is completely sinful and it was done behind the back of margiis and local acaryas. Then on the other side of the retreat center (i.e. behind the building out of view) a large 3-acre plot of land was allegedly sold sometime prior to Sep 2016. When margiis and acaryas visited there in Sep 2016 they were shocked to see that the orange grove (30 trees), forested section of other trees, and open natural area where the margii children used to play was gone; and, instead a commercial developer had set the foundation for buildings and construction. Seeing this disaster those margiis felt completely betrayed. This is all quite abhorrent how those in-charges / top Dadas (Vimalananda etc) completely chopped up and destroyed this lush master unit and retreat center for their own greed.
