The purpose of this letter is to help those Wts (dadas and didis) follow Baba's conduct rules and become ideal. Only then will they have the moral force to guide others and lead society. It is not possible to lead when one is not adhering to dharmic principles. The aim is to create circumstances whereby such Wts rectify themselves and mend their ways. With this positive motive this letter has been written.

Parama Purusa is watching everybody
Baba is extremely strict that everyone in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha properly follow 16 points and yama and niyama. He was expressing feigned anger and pointing out any wrongdoer, i..e those negligent in adhering to the codes of conduct. For instance, if anyone knowingly or unknowingly veered and went off the mark, then Baba would strongly rebuke and point out that Wt. This was especially the case with characterless behaviour.
Baba’s pointing out had one marvelous benefit: It made everyone realise that Parama Purusa knows everything, and that He is always watching. And that is the basic essence of second lesson: "To live one's life thinking that Baba is with me watching my each and every action." That is the cream of madhuvidya, and by this way one cannot do anything wrong.
If anyone temporarily forgot this fact and indulged in some misdeed, Baba would remind them that He sees everything by lovingly scolding them in front of all. By this way, most became more careful to follow 16 Points.
Although there are many good Wts, but, unfortunately, more than some of our dadas and didis have forgotten the supreme truth that Parama Purusa is watching them. Instead they think, “Nobody is watching me.” In that way, they skip fasting, overlook their sadhana lessons, and in many cases even have illicit relations with Wt dadas and didis of the opposite sex, i.e. as boyfriend and girlfriend. And, sadly, that is what is discussed here below.

Wt cadre: boyfriend & girlfriend relations
At any free moment when they are alone during the day and deep, deep into the night (1am, 2am, or 3am), many Wt dadas and didis spend hours upon hours communicating with their opposite sex “friend”. During the day, if they are in meetings, they will sneak away to a private spot to call their special opposite sex friend for romantic talk and gossip. Their interaction happens primarily by phone (talking and texting). Many of our whole time workers are doing like this: Dadas with Didis, and Didis with Dadas. During those sessions, they are not reviewing organisational policies nor evaluating social service projects etc. In Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, projects are separated by gender. So those Wts are just gossiping like boyfriend and girlfriend; mentally and emotionally they are engrossed.
This type of illicit affair happens in certain social situations where two people are unable to openly go close to one another - lest it result in scandal or being stigmatized. So they attempt to satisfy their animal vrttis from a distance on a daily basis. Other times they sneak and stay together. Sadly, many Wts are indulged in this way. Regarding all of the above, always it starts small - with a small infraction. And they rationalise that wrong action and gradually that negative deed multiplies into a bigger and bigger problem. Until one is extremely degenerated - inside and out, unfortunately. Many leave but many stay as sectorial or central key post holders etc.
So watch out, keep sharp eyes, and if you see any dada giggling with Wt didis then they are the rotten ones.

Root cause
Since 1990, certain Wts have forgotten this eternal truth that Baba is always watching. So for their own convenience they are doing what they like. Because there is no such reporting nor dharma samiiksa to remind them that Baba is watching. Rather they just think that Parama Purusa Baba is gone. Such is the degree of their degeneration of mind, unfortunately. And in that way, some Wt dadas and didis are so lax on adhering to the dharmic rules of conduct etc. They think, "No one is watching; and nobody sees what I am doing. So I can do as I wish." This type of outlook is a recipe for disaster and downfall.
Conclusion
The only way to avoid this downturn amongst our Wts is for them to cultivate the practice that, "Baba is always with me and watching me." Then one will always abide the the rules and regulations of dharma and not fall into the quagmire of sin and degeneration.

Ananda Marga ideology says, "The idea, the spirit or the secret to develop devotional cult is to think, while doing anything, while doing any mundane duty or doing any spiritual practice – you should always remember that He is Subject, He is seeing what you are doing. He is hearing what you are thinking. You cannot do anything secretly. He is always with you. This idea has got one advantage and one disadvantage. The disadvantage is that you cannot even think secretly. All your thoughts are tape-recorded by Him. You cannot think secretly. And the advantage is that you are never alone; He is always with you. You are never helpless, you are never shelterless, you are never weak, you are the strongest personality of the universe, because the Supreme Entity is always with you." (1)

Those Wts who have fallen should take special efforts to rectify themselves. They should surrender fully unto His lotus feet and ask for the strength and integrity to follow Sixteen Points etc. In the future, the names of all those Wts who contravene their conduct rules will be enlisted for all to see.

Ananda Vanii states, "Your ideal is represented by your conduct. Your learning, your social or economic status have nothing to do with your ideal." (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Sádhaná is not possible without such a moral ideation. Sádhaná devoid of morality will divert people again towards material enjoyments and at any moment they may use their mental power, acquired with much hardship, to quench their thirst for meagre physical objects. There are many who have fallen from the path of yoga or tantra sádhaná and are spending their days in disrepute and infamy. Whatever little progress they achieved through forcible control of their instincts, was lost in a moment's error in pursuit of mundane pleasures. It must, therefore, be emphasized that even before beginning sádhaná, one must follow moral principles strictly. Those who do not follow these principles should not follow the path of Sádhaná; otherwise they will bring about their own harm and that of others." (3)
Ananda Marga ideology states, "Acárańát pát́hayati yah sah ácáryah – “One who teaches through one’s conduct is an ácárya.” If you cannot learn anything from the conduct and behaviour of a certain person, why should you accept that person as an ácárya/á? ...Take silent action against the offending ácárya/á. And what will be the nature of this silent action? You will disavow the person as an ácárya/á; you will not accept the person as an ácárya/á. I [[vest]] this authority in you. I will never seek any explanation from you as to why you have disavowed the person. Human beings will win honour if they exhibit exemplary conduct." (4)

Purport:
O' Prabhu, I have the feeling in my heart that You will come in my mental madhuvan*. My mind feels that we will see each other in my madhuvan. I am preparing and cleaning my mind for You with the help of shravan, manan, and niddhidhyasana; secretly so no one else will know.
By Your grace, I go on practicing meditation on the 9** cakras in preparation for Your arrival. Baba, in the temple of this body where You are keeping me, I always keep it clean and decorated; I maintain it properly so that anytime You can come. I purify my body with the help of 16 points, asana, pranayama, and by making it as You want so that this body will be useful in Your physical, psychic, and spiritual service.
Baba on this earth only You and I are there-- everyone else has gotten lost into You. They are now with You.
Baba, please come in my mental madhuvan...
* Madhuvan: Literally meaning "sweet forest". That remote, isolated garden filled with spring blossoms, sweet fragrance, with a gentle & aromatic breeze. That garden is surrounded by flowers and very isolated, where nobody is present except the bhakta and the Lord. They sit in that very divinely intoxicated atmosphere and share the loving feeling of their heart in a very close, intimate, and loving way.
Madhuvan: In spiritual parlance, this is Guru cakra.
** 9 cakras: muladhara, svadisthan, manipur, anahata, vishuddha, lalana', ajina, sahasra'ra & Guru cakra.
*** This is the state when the mind reaches beyond the shuddhis.

How to melt stress
Ananda Marga ideology states, “Actually the owner of everything is Parama Puruśa, and the Supreme Doer of each and every action is that Parama Puruśa. He is the Supreme Fountain of all energies.” (1)
One should do the work all the while remember that it is not yours. It is His work; the results are for Him to manifest when He wishes. With a light mind go on doing your daily duties. One should feel this work is not theirs, nor are the results in their hand. This is the work of Parama Purusa, and so they should do it sincerely, yet without any worry or anxiety. The responsibility for the results lies with Him alone. This ideation will remove all mental tension.

Prout: people can impeach culpable politicians
Prout philosophy states, “The common people can be temporarily bewildered by the chicanery of party politics, and this is especially so when politicians happen to be good orators. By the power of their oratory, politicians try to escape from the consequences of their misdeeds. It is noticeable that politicians, to further their party interests and to enhance their individual power and position, do not hesitate even to cause suffering to millions of people. Perhaps, out of a sense of duty, the common people should impeach (in a court of justice) culpable politicians. By merely delivering a few fiery lectures before less intelligent common people, the protagonists of party politics tear apart all the hopes and aspirations of the common people and undermine their prosperity. Various bizarre ideas jumble the minds of the common people, and they become dumbstruck.” (1)

Why capitalism is anti-dharma
Prout philosophy states, “How was capitalism created? Capital is consumable commodities in their potentiality. Intelligent people collect more capital than others in the form of consumable goods, but since this capital cannot be stored for a long time, they began to keep it in the form of money. Such people are called capitalists. These capitalists are the unworthy sons and daughters of the Cosmic Father because they go against the principle of cosmic inheritance. They should be cured of their ailments. To fight capitalism is therefore within your goal. The seed of infinite expression lies within Dharma, but you must nourish it. Capitalists create hindrances on the path of human beings to prevent them from becoming one with the cosmos – to prevent them from becoming great. So capitalism is anti-Dharma and the actions of capitalists are also anti-Dharma.” (1)
