How H group is moving toward death

Note: As most know, managing one’s daily routine here in India (cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, doing dishes etc) is a time-consuming and arduous ordeal. It is not like other places where all those mundane duties are fully automated or instantly available at one’s fingertips etc. Kindly keep this in mind as you read this letter.

Barking commands to slave trainee
“Wash my laungotas!”... “Scrub the toilet!”... "Iron and press my uniform / Wt gown and lungi!”... “Clean my room!”... “Have a freshly made hot roti with ghee ready for me when I enter!”... “Do my laundry”... “Wash my plate!”... “Make my bed!”... “Always be ready and stand by for my next command!”
Reading the above, you might think that this was the talk between one master and his slave, or one bossy landlord and his domestic servant etc, or the interaction between an arrogant lawyer and his housekeeper, or the talk between one drunkard husband and his battered wife, or you might think it was from one abusive fairy tale like Cinderella etc. Unfortunately, if you thought it was any of these then you were wrong.
Sadly, this is the ugly scene that Rudrananda has injected into his Rudrananda organisation, i.e. AMPS H group. Gone are the days of dharmic living, rather Rudrananda has superimposed and smeared his thumbprint all over his Rudra org. Spirituality, morality, and civility have been replaced by the sheer lust for power, degradation, and narcissism. It is a shocking fall that has taken place.
A key case in point is that Rudrananda inserted one of his stooges as the Varanasi chief training secretary (CTS). And, in the opening scene of this letter, this unworthy CTS Wt is barking out commands to one of his Wt trainees by the order of Rudrananda. Verily this trainee is treated as an indentured servant and works like a slave, yet euphemistically they give him the glorified title of "guest-in-charge". But the reality is something very, very different as he was at the beckon and call of CTS Wt by the order of Rudrananda, all the 24 hrs like a slave.

The operative factor is that in Rudrananda’s world his stooges are given free rein as Rudrananda balloons their egos and allows them to indulge in their negative tendencies. Bolstered by Rudrananda in this manner, CTS - by the order of Rudrananda - treated this trainee as his personal lackey. CTS, by the command of Rudrananda, felt fully entitled and empowered to act in this way. All because CTS is a favorite stooge of Rudrananda who implicitly and explicitly told him to do as he pleased while enjoying his post as CTS. As noted, the real force behind this abuse was Rudrananda, and he clearly gave CTS Wt full license to rule with an iron fist for his own petty gains and comfort. This was all fully sanctioned and designed by Rudrananda.

Horrible situation for trainees
Until recently, there were seven trainees at our Varanasi WT TC (training centre), and one of them had been anointed as the "guest-in-charge". With Rudrananda’s so-called blessing, the chief training secretary (CTS), by the order of Rudrananda, used this guest-in-charge trainee as his personal slave. Instead of imparting knowledge and guiding the trainees as the CTS should do, by the order of Rudrananda, CTS Mantracaetanyananda just bossed the trainees around all day, and the one who bore the brunt of those abusive commands was the one they euphemistically called “guest-in-charge”. Naturally, in facing this reckless and horrible treatment day-in and day-out, the guest-in-charge trainee would share his pain and frustrations with the other trainees, who were very sympathetic to his plight. But finally, Rudrananda’s constant abuse was too much and that traineed was forced out from the TC - gone. All because Rudrananda ordered CTS Wt to treat that trainee like his personal slave.

Three trainees get expelled
That is how our number of trainees shrunk from seven to six. And now, at present, there are only two trainees at the TC which was shifted from Varanasi to Sadhughat.
So now at the bogus Sadhughat TC there are only two trainees along with two Wts. And all the other TCs in India are barren - empty. Verily, Rudrananda has sucked the very life out of the organisation.
Conclusion
All of this only further demonstrates that Rudrananda and his team of stooges have no real care or love for AMPS. They have zero desire to nurture it and watch it flourish. Otherwise, they would be keen to attract and garner maximum Wt trainees. Instead, their sole aim is to run the organisation into the ground and pillage it for all its worth. They are veritable marauders.
Rudrananda has verily crippled our organisation (AMPS) and extinguished all the lamps that would one day lead to a bright future. The way things are going now, our Wt cadre will completely die when our present workers leave this earth. If we do not intercede, there is verily no hope for the future.

Now is the time for all Ananda Margiis and Wts to stand up for what is right and ensure we get our organisation back onto the right track.

Overview
As you know, ideal Wts who strictly adhere to AM conduct rules are a key component of our organisation. They do pracara, perform initiations, oversee service projects, and provide a valuable leadership role. To grow our AM society, a maximum number of true Wts are needed. And verily, those who attended DMCs from 1988 - 90 will readily recall the "sea of orange" as our Wt cadre was well over a thousand. Unfortunately, due to Rudrananda, over the past thirty years, the number of Wts has dwindled down quite dramatically. Nowadays, there are only a handful of Wts under the age of 25. It is quite sad to see that our AMPS organisation is dying.
