The very open secret under the Dada Rudrananda regime is that those who are of the so-called lowly harijan caste get treated like gold, and everyone else is third rate. Dada Rudrananda has set the tone from the top down that one's so-called caste is the determining factor of their value. Keeping this caste dogma in mind, kindly read the staggering events that took place recently at the Varanasi WT training centre. See how dada Rudrananda and his stooges got burned by their own game.

A shining new arrival
A little more than a month ago, a new person arrived for training and announced himself as "Rahul". He also had a personal ID to prove this. Now, for those who are not aware, those with the surname XYZ are of the lowliest so-called caste, i.e. harijan. Upon hearing his name and seeing his ID, those Wt in-charges became completely enthralled with him because those Wt in-charges are of the same so-called harijan caste.
The whole situation is ironic. These resident avadhutas, i.e. Trainer Dadas, are responsible for guiding new people onto the path of neo-humanism so those trainees can one day become good Wts. So these Trainer Dadas should have a keen sense of dharmic conduct; that is what they are supposed to focus on. But these trainer Dadas became fully enamoured by his so-called harijan caste as that is their own caste as well - i.e. they are also so-called harijans.
Thus, instead of properly evaluating this young lad upon his entering TC, they blindy treated him like a prince and handed him the keys to the palace - literally. There are a few other trainees who had been there since long and they were essentially treated like indentured servants as they were from a different so-called caste, while this lad walked in off the street, announced himself as a so-called lowly harijan caste member, and swept the trainers off their feet.

Thievery at TC in the night
They gave him access to the keys for the valuables, the money, and verily everything of importance. And this new lad behaved accordingly and charmed them up to the sky. This went on for a few weeks. And then on 11 Jan 2021, just last week, when the trainer Dadas went out for their kapalika meditation, this so-called harijan caste member lad swindled them for all they were worth. He swiped four laptops, two mobile phones, 1 i-pad, RS15,000, and a new motorcycle. Indeed, that so-called harijan rode off into the night with all of their valuables.
When the WT trainer Dadas returned from their kapalik meditation they were shocked to see they had been robbed blind. And the irony was that the thief even grabbed their mobile phones so they had no way to report the incident. Only in the morning were they finally able to go to the police station to file a report. But at that point the thief was long gone - not to be seen or heard from again, thus far.
Pervasive problem in AMPS
This is a microcosm of what ails our organisation these days: misplaced values. Instead of holding dear to the path of neo-humanism and surrendering fully at Sadguru Baba's feet, the overwhelming trend in the organisation is towards dogmas like casteism and materialism. This began shortly after 1990 whereby those at the top followed the mantra, "Money Solves All Problems", and Dada Rudrananda has long added his own twist that members of his so-called harijan caste are great and all others are useless. In either case, neo-humanistic conduct has been left by the wayside. And you can see by the above incident that this twisted vision has seeped into the heart and soul of our organisation, i.e. our WT training centre.

Conclusion
Verily, now is the time for a 100% about face in direction. We must raise the call for the adherence to Baba's dharmic guidelines of neo-humanism. That is the only way to right our ship and bring our organisation back onto the proper path.

Note: Dada Rudrananda controls each and every aspect of H group and those training centres. Dada Rudrananda moves the pieces around like pawns on a chess board. The main stooge in charge of the Varanasi TC is Mantracaetanyananda. Dada Mantracaetanyananda followed all of Rudrananda's instructions about giving their fellow so-called lowest caste members, i.e. harijans, their privileged status. Again, they did this because this was their own so-called harijan caste. And by this favoritism look what happened.

Sinful mentality behind casteism
Ananda Marga ideology, "I have said before that those who believe in casteism, those who have divided the human society into countless segments, are the veritable enemies of society. Even this statement is not condemnatory enough about these people. Their actions reveal that they not only neglect Parama Puruśa, but actually hate Him. Those who believe in casteism are atheists. When all human beings are the progeny of the same Parama Puruśa, how can one accept the notion of caste? If one accepts the Supreme Father one can never accept casteism. If one accepts casteism it means one does not accept the Supreme Father. Hence to believe in casteism is to believe in atheism." (1)

He (that Divine Entity) graciously came in the night holding the lamp of hope in His hand. And He wiped away the blackness of the fog of my mind. Whatever little faint remnant of hopelessness was left in my heart, He removed. It is His grace.

On that very rainy night, in the breeze the sweet fragrance of the night jasmine flowers was emanating all around. And the peacock was dancing by seeing the game of hide and seek between the clouds and the moon. That very beautiful, rainy night, He came and blessed me.
The dust of His feet was saturated with karuna. And by the touch of those particles, my dry mind became vibrated in His supreme love. He came that very rainy night at my doorstep. He is so gracious...
