DMS: idols sold
Namaskar,
Sadly, the DMS at Ananda Nagar has turned into a dogmatic event. Of utmost concern are the miniature dogmatic idols on display and for sale at the various stalls. There are numerous idols such as Durga, Kali, Lakshmi, and Sarasvati. This is a blatant disregard and dereliction of Ananda Marga teachings.
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Those who in the name of the beginningless, endless, formless Brahma worship idols, are indulging in deliberate slander. You must not give indulgence to this type of Mahapápa (great sin).” (1)
DMS is supposed to live up to the divine standards and ideological tenets as given by Sadguru Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji. Instead, it just became a materialistic, dogmatic mela.
Now is the time for us to awaken and take hold of our ideological fundamentals and remake the DMS according to the guidelines and principles as given in AM ideology by Sadguru Baba. That is the only solution.
