Baba
Language Baba prefers most
Namaskar,
Those who suffer from the narrow-mindedness of language sentiment lay claim that (a) Baba prefers Bengali, or (b) He is partial to Hindi, or (c) Baba favours the Bhojpuri language, or that (d) He likes Angika or Oriya etc. Then there are others who wrongly state that Baba has four favoured languages: Sanskrit, Hindi, Bengali, and English. Now let’s see what Baba guides us about this so we can find the truth.
http://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com
Sadguru Baba guides us, "All languages of the world are fundamentally one and the same. Consequently, all languages should carry equal importance and equal respect." (1)
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "All languages must be given equal respect. One should remember that all languages are the languages of Parama Puruśa." (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "Languages are the common property of the Cosmic Father. We should love all these languages." (3)
Ananda Marga ideology states, "Brahma sádhakas see Brahma in everyone and everything, loving all equally. They look upon all countries as their own country, all languages as their own language, and all races as their own race." (4)
By the above dharmic teachings, we can understand that Parama Purusa Baba has an equal regard and respect for all languages. All languages are His own and He has no single favourite language like Bhojpuri. He loves all languages equally. According to the teachings of Ananda Marga, every language is the language of Parama Purusa, and no single language is to be given a privileged status or be declared as a "favourite language."

No question of Baba favouring any particular language
Every sincere sadhaka understands that Baba is the embodiment of His ideals. He is the Ista of Ananda Marga ideology and with that attribution He personifies each and every Ananda Marga teaching. Ista means the embodiment of the entire ideology. There is nothing that He teaches which He does not follow.
Thus when Baba has declared that "all languages should carry equal importance and equal respect", and "all languages are the languages of Parama Puruśa", then it is certain that He Himself loves all languages equally. There is no question of Him favouring any particular language.
Every bhakta of the Marga easily understands this point: That Baba perfectly embodies His teachings and has equal respect and regard for all languages.
It is categorically wrong to proclaim that Baba favours Bhojpuri and not Bengali, Spanish, Tagalog, Italian, German, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Swedish, Thai, Burmese, Latin and so many other languages. After all, Baba loves all languages equally; they are all part of His divine creation.
Ananda Marga ideology states, "Languages are the common property of the Cosmic Father. We should love all these languages. " (5)
It is intrinsically wrong to state that Sadguru Baba has a favourite language like Bhojpuri etc.
May we also bear in mind this fact: As the Parama Purusa, there is no progression or development in Sadguru Baba's outlook or philosophy. His everything is a seamless reflection of Ananda Marga ideals.

Conclusion
Sadguru Baba loves all languages equally. Unfortunately, this basic truth is utterly lost on the writer of the JY book. The writer could not grasp these teachings and in result in his book he made this erroneous claim: Bhojpuri is "Baba's favorite childhood language."
The outcome is that such a false claim leads new readers and the general public astray. And, the worst sin is that this false claim undermines Guru's stature. Verily there are innumerable problems with the JY book. Most glaring is that the writer makes it look like Baba has given universal teachings for others to follow while He Himself does something else in His personal life.
This is the terrible tragedy associated with the JY book: Instead of glorifying Baba, this misguided publication leads in the opposite direction. And Sadguru Baba is presented in a lesser light.
Namaskar,
In Him,
Sarvajna
Blunder by Devashish
In the JY book (2010), there are quite a number of inconsistencies between what was written and Baba's divine teachings. On page 114 of the JY book, paragraph #5, lines 5 and 6, the writer writes that Bhojpuri is "Baba's favorite childhood language." So in the JY book, it is remarked that Sadguru Baba has a partiality toward a particular language and that "Baba's favorite childhood language" was Bhojpuri. The JY book makes the fatal accusation that the Guru of Ananda Marga had a single, favourite language.

Erroneous and misleading mistakes
The book lacks a spiritual vibration and makes fundamentally flawed statements about Sadguru Baba. No true sadhaka could ever make such gross errors in devotional and ideological expression. In his JY book, the writer has exposed his own lowly devotional understanding, and presented the Supreme Subject in an undesirable manner.
There are countless erroneous and misleading claims in the JY book, and all of them should be unearthed so such injustices are corrected and not repeated. As this process, unfolds, margiis are requested to correct and update their personal copies and all pending and future sales of this JY book should be suspended. Sales of the book should only be resumed after a diverse board of established sadhakas and writers ensure all the countless errors had been corrected.
Who wrote the JY book
The name of the publication or "JY" book is "The Jamalpur Years", written by brother Devashish (Deva'shiis'a / Devashish / Devashiisa) a.k.a. Donald Acosta, originally of NY sector.
Projecting their own psychic disease
A sadhaka must be balanced in their thinking. They must not have an inferiority complex about their mother tongue nor a superiority complex about their mother tongue. Both types of complexes are dangerous.
Those who think their language is worthless suffer from an inferiority complex and are ashamed to speak their own language in front of others. For instance, suppose two Bhojpuri speaking persons meet in a public place or two Magahi speaking persons meet in a public place in Mumbai, then they will not like to speak to one another in their mother tongue for fear that others will deem them as lowly.
And those who think their own mother tongue is great suffer from a superiority complex. They exploit and harass others. We can see how the English-speaking world imposed their language and exploited the whole globe. And those from other western European language backgrounds (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese) have done a similar thing,
Both inferiority and superiority complexes are bad. One should be confident and proud of their own mother tongue without demeaning and putting down others. And they should have an appreciation and respect of all languages. That is the right approach.
The Bengali faction also suffers from the dogma of language sentiment: They assert that Sadguru Baba favours the Bengali language and Bengali samaj. But those who say like this are merely projecting their own psychic disease - i.e. their own narrow-mindedness as they think other languages are inherently lowly. Their position furthermore shows they are unable to comprehend Sadguru Baba's supreme magnanimity and His teachings of neo-humanism.

Advent of Mahasambhuti Baba equated with lightning
PS Intro: In the following song the advent of Mahasambhuti is compared with a lightning strike. This world is equated with the land of clouds. Nirguna Brahma, playing the role of Taraka Brahma, took advent in the form of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji. He came in this world as Mahasamabhuti and nobody could understand Him. Those who came in close contact were wonderstruck and awed. And when He left his Mahasamabhuti form then all sorts of questions arose about who He was.
“Megher deshe hat́hát ese, kon se taŕit khelegelo…” (Prabhat Samgiita #2677)
Purport:
In the land of clouds, suddenly one amazing bolt of lightning playfully appeared. That lightning went away without mentioning Its name. In spite of coming in form (human), It could not be held.
I could not get His whereabouts or know who He was. Nor did I ask Him directly about getting His introduction. Due to this amazing and wondrous phenomenon, I was not able to think properly. All these queries and thoughts arose in my mind later on, after He left.
After spiritually intoxicating my entire being, that lightning disappeared. Yet, His cosmic liila of ‘His coming and going’ has remained in my mind ever since. I shall never forget it; that moment is permanently etched in my psyche. Even today His sweet memory is fresh in my soul...

Inevitability of surrender
Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "Suppose you meet a great karmi and ask him if he is successful in everything he undertakes. He will certainly say, “No.” If you ask him if he ever gets tired of working, he will say that he definitely gets tired on different occasions. And when he gets tired does he not ask Parama Puruśa to give him more strength? No matter how great a karmii one might be, one will have to eventually take shelter in Parama Puruśa, one will have to eventually surrender to Him." (1)
Note: In the life of a sadhaka on the spiritual journey, the first and foremost ingredient is surrender. In so many ways it is used. In the above quote, surrender is explained in a very simple way.
