How crooks do
Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to follow His Ananda Marga ideology.

This posting deals with how our central workers never transfer themselves outside the top ring of central positions. They merely rotate themselves amongst the very key posts, while those same central Wts always transfer junior workers from one lower post to the next. Here we examine the reason behind the phenomenon.

Similarity: nasty communist leaders & key stooges of dada Rudrananda
As we know, both capitalism and communism are materialistic philosophies with one chief difference: In communism individuals do not have personal property, in theory. There is no private ownership. Everything is owned, i.e. hoarded, by the state - in theory. For them, matter is the be-all and end-all of life. For this reason, communist leaders hold onto their posts for as long as they survive on this earth. To enjoy all the glory, riches, power, and wealth, they keep their position with the state till the very end of their life. Time and again, decrepit communist leaders die sitting in the top chair and ensure their progeny or stooges inherit their position. And a similar thing we see in some key purodhas of AMPS also, and the #1 culprit in this regard is dada Rudrananda.
Fake wts keep all luxuries & stature up to own demise
Sadly, a large number of central so-called purodhas follow their own separate outlook. For them, matter, not spirituality, is everything, and in order to keep their facilities and comforts - like big bank balances, luxury, servants, prestige etc - our greedy central purodhas employ one trick. Key stooge followers of dada Rudrananda merely rotate around within the top posts in Centre. These so-called purodhas are completely unwilling to give up their stature. So they keep one of the top chairs up to their death. By this way they can cash-in on the benefits, regardless of whether they can do their job or not. They only push down those workers who are not part of the stooge faction.

So dada Rudrananda’s top so-called purodhas keep the power within their stooge family. Our so-called purodhas also have hidden sons or daughters and they do have sycophants also. These purodhas do everything to ensure that after their own demise their stooges will be in power. Considering all this, is there not a striking similarity between exploitative communist leaders and the regimes in AMPS. All those controlling AMPS decades ago are veritably the same people pulling the strings today. Once those so-called purodhas got a taste of the power they do not want to give it up. And in the B group, we see the same trend: certain key people have the top posts year after year. Just they exploit and transfer junior Wts etc.
Not allowed in same post more than 3 years
Remember, it is Baba's rule that Wts must not be allowed to stay in the same post for more than 3 years. Because, by remaining in the same spot for a longer period, invariably Wts develop some kind of worldly attachment to that place. And that is detrimental for their all-round progress. It will inhibit their ability to lead the life of a monk. For this reason, since the inception of AMPS, this rule was mostly followed up till 1990: No more than 3 years in any particular post. This rule is not hidden - most everyone is aware about it, as it is one of Baba's procedural orders / related codes.
After 1990, the situation changed wherein nowadays central purodha Wts cling desperately onto the top tier posts. So long as they are loyal to dada Rudrananda they are ensured a key spot. By this way they hold onto the power just like communist leaders, while lower posted Wts are transferred to near and far places. The only exception being those lower posted workers who donate large sums to dada Rudrananda. They may remain in the same spot for years and years. Those big donors are engaging in a form of “pay-to-play” scheme. They essentially buy their way into remaining in the same place.
One related phenomenon that we see is this. One of dada Rudrananda’s top stooges might have 7, 8 or even 9 top posts, while a sincere Wt might be placed in a village level assignment that has no real or statue post etc. This is a complete misuse of human potential.

So-called central purodhas suffer psychic disease
However, we have to bear in mind that Baba emphasizes that those aged, elderly persons must not cling onto the post. Their position should be handed down to a qualified, younger, more fit person. Those who stick to the post are suffering from a psychic disease.
Here is an English summary of Baba's general darshan of Morning General Darshan, 5 September 1978, Patna:
To get the post, to become controller, even aged people quarrel like children: “I want to become prime minister, I want to become prime minister.” It is the childish play of elderly people. What is all this. Yes, these are all mental diseases; yes, yes these are all mental diseases. (English summary)
So Baba graphically condemns those who lust and hold onto the top post. A link to the original sound file has been appended below.
WT conduct rule: dignity of labor, not post
Baba has given this WT conduct rule warning workers not to worship the post but rather give maximum respect for work.
Baba says, "Workers should have dignity of the labor and not the dignity of the post. They have nothing to do with promotion, demotion, and revulsion. Whatever responsibility is allotted to them they are to do with maximum respect for the work." (1)
Unfortunately, the post-1990 so-called purodhas have failed to adhere to this Sadguru Baba’s guideline.
Once again, today's greedy purodhas do not transfer themselves away from their top spots. If and when our purodhas are transferred it is always to another their high-level, cabinet position. So they share the higher posts among themselves and their stooges. Our worthless purodhas never share the top posts with others. It is similar to how blind people distribute sweets only among the blind. Since 1990 you might not have heard of any purodha leaving their post. Our purodhas only leave their post on their death, not before. This is the common point that today's purodhas share with communist leaders. Our so-called purodhas who capture the power stay there until their very death - they die in that chair.

In this way communist leaders and central wts are quite similar. My request is that those at the helm be reminded about following the norms, ethics, and teachings as given by Baba. Our purodhas should leave their materialistic and lustful ways and give up their posts accordingly. They must pay heed to Baba's Wt guidelines.
In the various communist states like China, Korea, Cuba and even in the communist party of West Bengal, those leaders never leave their post, not until they are overthrown or dead. That is also the 25-year history in our AMPS. This is not some glorious chapter. In AMPS today's top post-holders and fake purodhas who capture the power stay there until their very death - they die in that chair.
Conclusion
What type of people stick to the post? Only pseudo-purodhas glue themselves to the post, not anyone else. We must remember Baba's rule that workers must not be allowed to stay in the same post for more than 3 years.

Here is a classic example of how communist leaders operate. In North Korea, the current family has been ruling for three generations. Kim-II Sung, the grandfather of this current lineage, ruled from 1948 to 1994. Upon his death all power was seamlessly transferred to his son, Kim Jung II, who ruled from 1994 to 2011.
With the death of Kim Jung II in 2011 the power was passed from father to son, Kim Jung Un. So the third leader took the reins and declared himself the "supreme ruler". This family rule has ruthlessly exploited the society and kept the power in their own hands. Their basic approach is to hold onto the power right up until the time of the death, so they can keep their position and enjoy all the booty, luxuries, wealth and prestige - all the while grooming their chosen person to be next-in-line for the crown. This way they can pass their wealth and privilege to the next generation - i.e. their stooges at the cost of starving the general public.
Similar things we have seen going on with the communist leaders in Cuba, in Belarus with Alexander Lukashenko, as well as for years West Bengla (India). All such places suffered in the clutch of communist-minded rulers.

How Baba was transferring wts
Prior to 1990, one never stayed in a central post for 20 years. All know that on a regular basis Baba would transfer Wts from Centre. That is why those days nobody could ever think they would stay in their same post for their entire life.
