Baba
Example of pseudo Wt
Namaskar,
It is commonly understood around the world - in the east as well as the west - that respect is given to someone by presenting them in a higher seat. For example, the leaders want the public to respect judges so in every courtroom the judge is seated on a raised platform. Because those leaders want judges to command respect. And the same is the case with elected officials like senators and governors, as well as presidents. The more the leaders want people to respect an elected official, the higher their seat is. For instance, leaders give senators a seat that is a little above the common mass. And the leaders want the public to have greater reverence for the president, so the president’s seat is even higher than the seat of those senators. If you want to truly humiliate anyone then do not give them a seat but rather force them sit below on the bare ground (ie. lowest seat.)

And this same tradition is in vogue in tantra as well. In spirituality, the height of one’s seat holds great value. If you revere someone then they are given a higher seat. That is why Guru is always given an elevated seat, while disciples sit on the ground (ie. lowest seat). This is the long-standing tradition in yoga and tantric society.
Recent DMS: see lowly placement of photo
Here below is the scene from the Kolkata AMPS DMS on 19th and 20th Nov 2022 in Karnataka. Sadguru Baba’s photo is the level of MGR Ac Priyakrishnananda Avt.

Formula: height of seat represents the degree of respect or disrespect
So the key formula is that to give anyone respect then give them a higher seat. And being seated in equal seats means garnering equal or mutual respect. In the tantric tradition if you want to truly humiliate anyone then do not give them a seat but rather force them sit below on the bare ground (ie. lowest seat. Even in the remote villages of India, those who are not respected are made to sit on the ground (ie. lowest seat. If they dare sit in a chair then they will be beaten. This is very common from the villages to cities. If you want to truly humiliate anyone then do not give them a seat but rather force them sit below on the bare ground (ie. lowest seat.
How thugs of AMPS humiliate Baba
Generally at DMS, in the pandal the thugs of AMPS have the common margiis & wts at the gathering sit on the ground (ie. lowest seat). And the thugs of AMPS want some Wts to have more respect so they place those Wts sit directly on the stage. And the thugs of AMPS want to show that PP commands the most respect so PP is given an even more elevated seat on the dais. So there are multiple levels involved. On the stage there are two degrees. And the thugs of AMPS give PP a seat 2.5 feet higher to show that PP gets more respect than those seated on the stage. So the thugs of AMPS ensure that PP is above all, and that Baba is lower than PP. The thugs of AMPS present PP seated above to show that PP garners more respect than Baba.
But that is not all. There is one final dynamic. The thugs of AMPS of PP want to denigrate Baba so they placed Baba’s photo lower than the level of PP. (H group places Baba a few feet lower than PP, and B group places Baba a few inches lower than PP and sometimes equal - it varies. That is how they put Baba’s seat lower to denigrate Baba.) Because those thugs of AMPS want to show that Sadguru Baba is lower than PP and PP is the most revered. This is their devious and retarded mindset; they create tiers to give the audience a visual display that Baba is inferior to PP. That is absolutely disgraceful.

Then they take it one step further. They take a photo of that DMS stage whereby Baba is placed in a lower seat and PP is seated higher - ie most honoured - than Guru Baba. And those thugs of AMPS of PP have that photo published in the newspaper and they distribute it on email, the web, and across various social media platforms like Facebook etc. All done to show that Baba's status is lower than PP and PP is above Baba. This perverted approach must be condemned. And a stern lesson should be given to such villainous Wts to mend their ways.
Efforts to denigrate Baba
This above photo is from the Cooch Behar DMS. Sarveshvarananda is sitting on the highest seat (most honoured) and Baba is placed a few inches below. So Baba is actually seated further down. Sadly, this lower status has been given to Baba to denigrate Him. Directly on the stage to the right of Sarveshvaranada are other Dadas. By this seating arrangement, PP's thugs of AMPS want to show that those sitting on the stage itself are lowest, and then above them is Baba and then above Baba is Sarveshvarananda. So Sarveshvarananda is displayed as the most revered and divine being above Baba. That is absolutely disgraceful.
Namaskar,
In Him,
Devkant Ganguli
This way Rudrananda insults & humiliates his purodhas
Similarly, to disrespect, insult, or humiliate anyone give them a lower seat in the presence of others. That is what Rudrananda does in his special reception room, Rudrananda keeps only one seat for himself, and the in very polite language he gestures for others to sit on the ground (ie. lowest seat. You can ask any global Wt or PP and you will get the same reply. They do not have a seat when they visit Rudrananda. In this way, Rudrananda insults and humiliates his minions -- GS , SS, and all central workers including PP Vishvadevananda. To disrespect them, Rudrananda gives them a lowly seat on the ground (ie. lowest seat before him. And he gives them the silent message that, “I am above and more elevated and you are lowly.”

~ In-depth study ~
Our Ananda Marga philosophy teaches us that only Brahma is the Sadguru. Ananda Sutram (sutra 3-9) states:
Brahmaeva gururekah náparah.
[Only Brahma is the guru, no one else.]
“Purport: Brahma alone is the guru. Brahma alone directs the units to the path of emancipation through the media of different receptacles or bodies. No one except Brahma conforms to the real significance of the word “guru”." (1)
The Supreme Being has come in the name and form of Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji.
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, "The one formless, beginningless and infinite Parama Brahma (Supreme Consciousness) is the only entity to be attained by living beings – That alone is Jagat Guru (the Supreme preceptor), That alone has revealed Brahmavidyá (intuitional science) to us through the medium of the name and form of Anandamurti jii. Unit beings must be made to appreciate Its majesty." (2)
In tantra, out of deep reverence, every disciple does sastaunga pranam to Sadguru. Sastaunga pranam is done by prostrating before Sadguru. And this pranam is not done to anybody else - only Sadguru. By this way one can understand that Sadguru gets utmost respect - above all.

"A'ndha're tumi ele, a'loy bhariya' dile..." (Prabhat Samgiita #3057)
Purport:
Baba, My Parama Purusa, You have appeared in this deep darkness and blessed me. By Your holy advent, everything has become filled with Your venerable aura and effulgence. By Your causeless grace, all my dirt, staticity, and stains were removed in a flash. Amazingly, the Cimmerian blackness has been instantly transformed into luminescence by Your august presence.
Baba, Supreme Entity, the clusters of clouds of confusion and quandary which enveloped my life for ages were blown away in an instant by Your momentum of spiritual charm. Baba, by this way, You have magically removed all my burdens and pains and pulled me very close to You, in Your extreme proximity. How can I think I am ever neglected? You filled my heart with bhakti so no dilemmas remained - they all vanished. You have graciously appeared in this gloomy murkiness to save me.
My Supreme Guide, knowing that You are always along with me close by, I am never alone. You are lovingly taking care of everything. I am always surrounded by You; You are with me. Even knowing thus, I have cried for You. Baba, now I see You before me. Today You made me forget those days of weeping for You by giving me Your darshan. Now I understand that by Your endless compassion: I am never without You.
Baba, You have come to me in this depressing darkness...
