Unifying idea but least known
Namaskár,
According to Ananda Marga philosophy, human culture is one. People say “Indian culture, African culture, European culture” etc.-- and on the basis of these so-called cultures, people divide the one human society into many groups. Ananda Marga philosophy rejects the idea of dividing human society on the basis of various so-called cultures, because Human culture is one.
Ananda Marga philosophy teaches us, "Human culture is, therefore, one and indivisible. The use of expressions such as Hindu culture, Muslim culture, Indian culture or European culture is absurd. Those who hold these partisan ideas are not well-wishers of humanity." (1)
Now, please see the below issue of our Gurukul magazine; our editors have printed the exact opposite of what Ananda Marga philosophy teaches us. These flawed terms have been highlighted using red colored rectangle.

The above image shows a scan of the article entitled “Celebrating World Cultures Through Neohumanist Education” issue of the Gurukula Magazine.
The title itself is objectionable due to the word “Cultures” being in the plural, thereby proposing the false idea that there are multiples cultures in the world. And the numerous terms in the text related to “other cultures” and “multiculturalism” are equally objectionable for the same reason. These terms have been highlighted using red colored rectangles as they are completely against our Ananda Marga teachings.*
According to Prout philosophy, “Human culture is,... one and indivisible. The use of expressions such as Hindu culture, Muslim culture, Indian culture or European culture is absurd. Those who hold these partisan ideas are not well-wishers of humanity.” (1)
Conclusion
According to Ananda Marga philosophy, human culture is one. But Dada S has published just the opposite of what Ananda Marga philosophy teaches. So it is obvious that Dada S is confused.
At His Lotus Feet,

* Indeed there are even more words in the above scanned passage which are objectionable and deserve a red triangle; due to lack of space, those have been left as is.
~ In-depth study ~
The human culture is one
People often misunderstand that there are many cultures. In reality, Ananda Marga philosophy teaches us that there is only one culture, and it is called the human culture. There may be many variations in cultural expression, known as ‘local customs’, but the Human culture is one. For example, when one experiences a sudden pleasure one begins dancing. It is a common human tendency regardless of one’s country of origin. If a person accomplishes something suddenly which he/she values a lot then regardless of which so-called religion, caste, or race, one may become oblivious to one’s surroundings and start dancing in joy. When the effect of the pleasure subsides then one may realize one’s surroundings and even may get embarrassed. So, this propensity for dancing when happy is common to all human beings, and this is the precise reason why people dance during festivities all over the world. Because Human culture is one. The aforementioned example clearly demonstrates that there is only one human culture.
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, “According to PROUT all of society has the same culture. There are local variations in the mode or state of cultural expression, but the expression is universal. While everybody eats, some eat by hand, others by stick and still others by spoon. Indian dance is based on Mudrá or dance postures, and European dance is based on rhythm, but they do not represent two different cultures.” (2)
Further, Prout philosophy teaches us that “The universal society has only one culture. It has humanitarian value at its very fundament. Human society throughout the universe has only one human sentiment, and that sentiment makes people laugh in happiness and shed tears in sorrow. They try to help others, form society, live peacefully and die peacefully. This is what is called human culture. We should encourage this fundamental culture. It is a connecting link between one person and another, between so-called nation and nation.” (3)
Multiculturalism’s flawed teaching: humans divided into many groups
The proponents of multiculturalism often say things like Hindus and Muslims should respect each other’s culture and leave peacefully, or one so-called race should respect the other so-called race. The aforementioned notion carries within it a falsely imposed idea that human society consists of people from multiple different cultures and they should tolerate each other. Often, multiculturalism is used as a propaganda tool by the politicians who have vested interests in dividing common people into groups to garner political support. But such ideas go against the fundamental principles of Ananda Marga.
According to Prout philosophy, “Human culture is, therefore, one and indivisible. The use of expressions such as Hindu culture, Muslim culture, Indian culture or European culture is absurd. Those who hold these partisan ideas are not well-wishers of humanity.” (1)
Gurukula magazine propagating flawed idea of multiculturalism
Our Gurukula magazine is highlighting that its curriculum is based on multiculturalism. On one hand, the curriculum based on multiculturalism designed for kindergarten pupils is ideologically wrong as it is poisoning the tender young minds while on the other rather than working on rectification of the curriculum the publicity provided by the Gurukula magazine will propagate the ideological blunder to all the parts of the world.
It is a matter of shame that our Gurukula magazine which is the mouthpiece of Ananda Marga and is meant for propagating the Neohumanistic ideals, is spreading this confusion.
The above article was published on page 22 from July 2017 of the Gurukul magazine.

Who is responsible?
Ac. Shambhushivananda jii, being the Chancellor of Gurukula, is responsible for this ideological blunder. Gurukula magazine is an annual periodical, which gives this journal even greater importance as it is only produced on a yearly basis. Due to this it is all the more concerning, that such serious ideological aberrations have not been corrected by the Chancellor.

In the past and in the present also, those in power have used the notions of fate and predestination as a tactic to exploit the common people. If everyday citizens feel that the hell they are facing in their day-to-day life is a matter of fate and there is nothing to be done about, then those people will be easier to control and manipulate.
Now in the height of this materialistic era, the top capitalists employ the clergy, chaplains, and counselors etc, and those paid clergy, chaplains, and counselors are effectively able to convince the common people to sit back and accept their fate. By infusing this psychology upon the masses, then vaeshyas feel assured there will not be any uprising against them.
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "The vaeshyas [capitalist exploiters] use the vipras to try to spread intellectual propaganda among the masses to prevent them from finding any philosophical justification for their suppressed grievances against the vaeshya structure. This intellectual propaganda aims to convince people that they are the victims of circumstance. It argues, “Everything is destiny. Everything is preordained.” Such doctrines help the vaeshyas to perpetuate their structure. They destroy the personal force of people and make them the playthings of fate. People accept the idea that everything is preordained, and support the status quo." (1)

Baba now You have come
Note: Only those who sincerely practice the 6th lesson of sahaja yoga meditation can realise this song in the depths of their heart.
"Pala gune kato din cale geche, madhumáse madhul cháyáy, ele tumi ghan varaśáy..." (Prabhat Samgiita #4484)
Purport:
O' Parama Purusa, in longing for You and counting the time for Your arrival, so many ages have passed and the spring season has arrived. I was waiting for You under the shade of the flowery, Indian olive tree which was filled with nectar; but You did not show up. Now, though, You have come in the pouring rain. I have prepared the garland for You with sweet fragrant flowers - like the bela’, bakula, and yuthika, and full a bouquet of blossoms has also been kept for You. In my happy days You were nowhere to be found, but now in this difficult period of my life, You are here to help me. It is Your compassion.
Baba, so many days have drifted by, and so many flower-filled, aromatic, fragrant nights, with a soft calming breeze, have come and gone. I was waiting all by myself, crying in longing for You. How much time was spent in looking towards the path of Your arrival, with the ketakii flower pollen in my hair, and various decorations. But You did not come. When my life was filled with spring and joy then You were not there to rejoice, but now You are here to relieve me of my suffering.
The crimson dawn, which was so beautiful in the morning, was lost in the hot sun of the midday. But with the sound of thunder in the evening sky You appeared, making me forget that pain. Now You have arrived and are next to me; it is unbelievable. All my anguish and pain were removed in a flash by having Your very intimate companionship.
Baba, in my good days at the time of spring season, when flowers were blossoming, You did not come; but now You have come during this pouring rain and torrential downpour…
