Here Baba has given some key teachings that demand our review. To understand this, please pay attention to the yellow highlighted sections.
Ananda Marga ideology guides us, “All citizens must have equal rights before the law.....so that all citizens will have equilibrium and equipoise in collective life.” (1)
Bogus rule of Sarvatmananda & Rudrananda
Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda created and upheld a bogus rule. They ordered their stooges to convince group supporters that PP is above the laws, codes of conduct, and rules and regulations given by Baba. So, according to Sarvatmananda’s and Rudrananda’s strategy, nobody can criticise PP for not following any of the conduct rules.
Ananda Marga ideology guides us, “You are to attend Dharmacakra weekly. These are all codes of discipline as prescribed by Bhágavata Dharma. You must follow these codes. There cannot be any concession in this respect, rather concession is dangerous…One may be a king or may be a very poor man, but the code of dharma is equally applicable to all. In this matter, nobody can claim any special concession or favour.” (2)
Baba’s above guideline is quite clear. Every disciple of Baba including PP must adhere to the codes of dharma – i.e. Ananda Marga ideological principles. No one in our Ananda Marga is above these practices, regardless of their post or birth etc.
Let us recall the history and never forget that from the beginning, PP skipped so many fundamental dharmic practices.

Sarvatmananda started this dogma in 1990
(a) PP Vishvadevananda never attends dharmacakra;
(b) PP Vishvadevananda never sings Prabhat Samgiita while sitting on a common seat for all in the dharmacakra hall;
(c) PP Vishvadevananda never stands and dances or sings kiirtan in the DC hall;
(d) PP Vishvadevananda never participates in akhanda kiirtan;
(e) PP Vishvadevananda never does madhura sadhana;
(f) PP Vishvadevananda never attends paincajanya;
(g) PP Vishvadevananda never sits on a general seat for Guru Puja; he never sits on the common carpet for all in the DC hall.
(h) PP Vishvadevananda never raises the slogan, Parama Pita Baba Ki – Jai, for Baba when others were also raising the slogan.
(i) PP Vishvadevananda never attends DMS kiirtan, rather he leaves the hall / pandal.
Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda use PP as a mount
Why have Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda gone to great lengths to tutor everyone in this way. Because just as the mythological elephant god Ganesh uses a mouse as his mount, in a similar manner Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda use PP as a mount. So Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda are riding the back of PP, and if PP is above the law then nobody can question whatever blind order that Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda give via PP.
So Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda desperately want their bogus rule - i.e. that PP is above the law - to be accepted by margiis. But remember, our Ananda Marga is not dogmatic Islam, and PP is not the dogmatic Ayatollah Khomeini. In Ananda Marga everyone is equal before the law. Baba did not give a special or separate version of Caryacarya for PP. So PP is not above the laws and regulations of Ananda Marga.

Conclusion
Baba has given Ananda Marga to eradicate dogma yet certain dogmas are encroaching via Sarvatmananda and Rudrananda.

Sadguru Baba says, “Only to those who aspire to realize Parama Puruśa [Supreme Consciousness] and are free from selfishness may be entrusted the guardianship of society. Only those who are established in Yama and Niyama and who have accepted Brahma [the Supreme Entity] as the goal of their life are capable of safeguarding the interests of the human race. Such people alone are sadvipras and only they can represent humanity – they alone can serve all creation selflessly. Sadvipras will be identified by their conduct, their commitment to service, their dutifulness and their strength of character. Only they will firmly proclaim, “All human beings belong to one race! All have equal rights! All are members of the same human family!” Only these sadvipras can warn the exploiters in a thunderous voice: “No exploitation of one person by another! No exploitation in the name of religion!” Such sadvipras will become the guardians of society. Sadvipras will never stop the ongoing class struggle which manifests according to the laws of the samája cakra [social cycle]. They will only ensure that the rulers do not exploit society; thus they will rule the rulers.” (4)

Purport:
My Parama Purusa Baba, if You are associated with the world through Your ota and prota yoga and care for each and every entity in this entire universe, then am I outside the scope of the universe? Why are You not concerned about me. You have left me by the wayside, completely neglected. If You are the reliever of all sorrow and the remover of everyone’s suffering, then why don't You relieve me of my terrible torment. I am still wallowing in misery. Please be gracious. Being the Supreme Entity, if You are related with the entire universe then am I outside it? I am also part of this world; please look towards me.
Purna Brahma, I do not want happiness, but rather peace. I do not want boons or siddhis from You, just a wee-bit of Your divine grace. Lord, a small shelter above me - a tiny roof over my head - is all that is needed. I do not desire a garland of pearls or anything fancy or luxurious - nor any material gain. But I do want freedom and no longer wish to be imprisoned by dogma or stifled any longer, where my intellect is barred. I want to bask in the vast, unbounded, open-air of neo-humanism. Baba, being the Supreme Entity, if You are related with the entire universe then am I outside it? Certainly, I am also part of this world. Please look towards me.
Parama Purusa, You are great, and I am meagre. You are the vast Cosmic Entity, the Supreme Consciousness, and I am a small, unit being. You are like the sun, and I am like a snowflake. By Your touch, my body melts into water. When my unit mind comes in contact with Cosmic Consciousness, it merges into that and loses its existence. Baba, being the Supreme Entity, if You are related with the entire universe then am I outside it? I am also part of this world; please look towards me.

Ugly dance of 'debauched' Madhuvratananda

Bhavnagar DS protested against Madhuvratananda's unethical, illicit relations, and his dog-like dictatorship. DS Dada was then threatened and now three so-called top, notorious, WT stooges, i.e. bootlickers of Rudrananda, rushed to Bhavnagar to bite mercilessly so that in frustration DS will jump into the ocean and give up his life. Then Rudrananda's work to destroy AMPS gets a little bit closer.
You must have heard the fact that more than 20 Wts were harassed and humiliated whereby their life became miserable. By this way they were coerced to leave AMPS and ultimately they left unfortunately - within the last few months. This was all due to the dirty dealings and inhumane behaviour of the malicious Madhuvratananda & Rudrananda. The main work of CBI agent Rudrananda is to destroy AMPS completely.
In this situation, these dirty people need only one service - ksatriyacita seva.

Why no charge for initiation
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “To ensure the subsistence of ácáryas (spiritual teachers), all kinds of sacrifice should be accepted.” (1)
Note: Sadguru Baba has given the rule that acaryas are not to charge or accept remuneration for giving sadhana lessons, initiations, or presiding over any social ceremony like baby naming, marriages, death, or house entrance etc. So the question arises how will they survive? The answer is that it is the duty of family margiis to provide Wts with their basic requirements. But unfortunately we see that some fake Wts like Dada Nabhaniilananda are charging money for the aforesaid duties. Teaching sadhana has become his business. It is disgraceful.
Baba made this without charge because in the society some are economically poor and some are economically healthy. So Baba made Ananda Marga sadhana and social ceremonies equal for all. That is why there should not be any charge. In a mundane manner, just think what would happen if firefighters started asking for money and charging before putting out the fire. In that circumstance, the whole society would collapse and crumble.

How to clean the mind
Ananda Marga ideology states, “The benefit of kiirtana is that one whose mind is dirty becomes purified and one whose mind is already pure becomes even purer. One whose mind is holy becomes even holier. One whose mind was soiled but is no longer so is vimala, and one where it is not known if there was dirt in his or her mind or not, but at present there is not, is called nirmala.” (1)
Note: In the mirror of a pure mind Parama Purusa can be visualised. In this above teaching Baba is giving the way how to clean that mind by kiirtan. That is why after one after kiirtan, sadhana is better.
