Due to the immense support of these “important” margiis to their respective group, Kolkata AMPS and Ranchi AMPS have been committing blunders and going against Ananda Marga ideology without any fear. They think that since influential margiis have been supporting them, they are free to continue to commit wrongful acts for their group agenda.
There are many ideological issues that need to be resolved immediately in order to pave the way for the establishment of sadvipra samaj. But due to these low-grade Wts and groupist margiis, Baba’s divine mission has been suffering to a great extent. In addition, they are responsible for court cases where plenty of hard earned money donated for the Baba’s divine mission is being wasted due to infighting.

Who is winner & loser
The margiis referred to in this letter and the tycoon Wts of their respective groups have a black pact:
“If you [honcho Wts] bestow acaryaship, tattvikaship, and central board membership upon me, and give me a public honour, then I [“bigwig” margii] will give you as much money as you want for your “hidden” deeds; plus I will lick your feet.”
This above black pact is a win-win for both sides. "Fat Cat" Wts get all kinds of money and aura to befool the ignorant masses, and these “bigwig” margiis get acaryaships, tattvikaship, central board memberships, position etc. The losers are (a) AMPS, (b) AM ideology, and (c) the public-at-large.
Baba made AMPS as a vehicle to propagate Ananda Marga ideology. But when the vehicle is not only defunct but getting destroyed by these people then Baba’s entire purpose for making AMPS is dysfunctional.

My blind support to "my friends & my group"
Baba has created a revolutionary organisational structure where margiis play a key and dharmic role. Unfortunately, with the rise of groupism, those top factional leaders have lured certain senior margiis into their group. When this happens, margiis lose their dynamism and ideological zeal, and instead become pawns of that regime.
Indeed, it is so unfortunate how some margiis have become partial to a particular group, or favoured that group, and forgotten Sadguru Baba’s ideological teachings. You may be aware about such margiis. Let us also review some of the other striking points about them.
(#1) Most of them are not following the chief tenets of 16 Points and Caryacarya.
(#2) Most of them never openly raised their voice for ideological issues. They keep mum.
(#3) Most of them do not attend dharmacakra, and are not sincere in 16 Points.
(#4a) They keep their eyes closed to the sins of Kolkata group.
(#4b) They keep their eyes closed to the sins of Ranchi faction.
(#5) Ranchi group supporters never publicly raised their voice against selling of AMPS properties.
(#6) Kolkata group supporters never publicly raised their voice against so-called mahaprayan and the distortion of Baba discourses etc.

Key margii stooges
Verily there are many renowned margiis who are currently blindly supporting Kolkata group. Central WTs ignore their entire blunders, if some renowned / rich margiis support their group. Such persons are “yes-men”. Similarly, there are many renowned margiis who are currently blindly supporting Ranchi AMPS. Tycoon Wts ignore the gross blunders of those renowned / rich margiis who support their group. They are also “yes-men”.
Finally, there are numerous margiis and Wts who do not support any group and are keen to abide by the ideological tenets of Sadguru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji. The credit goes to them keeping AMPS afloat.

Conclusion
In the past there was an era in AMPS when people were measured by their strictness in Sixteen Points and dedication. On that very basis they were awarded membership on boards and committees, and given important posts etc. Unfortunately, these days due to corrupt leadership, everything is backwards. Higher post is sold by becoming yes-man and donating money. In this situation, when seeing margiis holding higher posts, one should not conclude that they are the embodiment of AM ideology and strictly following all conduct rules etc. Rather we should understand that they are the worst among all.
Now in this delicate time it is the duty of all sincere margiis and Wts to oppose all sorts of anti-ideological dealing, expose the immoralists holding power, and establish sadvipra leadership in AMPS and then throughout the entire society, by His grace.
