Fake margii is inviting to eat abominable food

Here one fake margii / BP has arranged a feast for this shraddha ceremony / death ceremony. Such margiis give the justification that when a death ceremony is going on year after year in Tiljala in the form of mahaprayan where food is served etc, then we are doing the same for our own relatives.

Sadly, margiis are copying what they see going on in Tiljala year after year for mahaprayan (MPD) - and thereby going against Bab's guidelines in Caryacarya (noted below). The only solution is that MPD must be stopped.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, "The period of mourning should not extend beyond twelve days." (1)

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “Shráddhánna: Shráddhánna (food offered at a memorial service) is neither priityanna nor ápadanna, hence it is not to be taken.” (2)

Note: In the above invitation, they are asking people to come by and show their reverence to the deceased (shraddhainjali) and make the deceased happy. But, as we know, Baba guides us that once a person dies we can no longer serve or communicate with that person. The death ceremony is solely for the benefit of those in mourning. 

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, "The departed soul does not get any advantage from the shráddha ceremony [memorial ceremony]. It is only meant for the psychic satisfaction of the person performing it." (3)
