Missing crucial piece
This letter is not for those who do not give importance to Baba's divine teachings.

There have been so many civilisations that have come on this earth and all wanted to survive - nay they all wanted to thrive and last forever on this earth. But the reality is that, at some point in time, each and every civilisation meets its demise and falls into oblivion due to their inherent weakness. Such civilisations of the past included the Mayan, Incas, Roman, Confucian, Greeks, Aztecs, Egyptian, Vikings, Phoenicians - and the list goes on and on.

Similarly, the societies currently active on this globe also have their inherent flaws and weak links; they will not last long - let alone forever. Yet all hold the aspiration to stand the test of time.
Baba has provided us with the key tenets that ensure the survival of Ananda Marga society. This He has done with the elaboration of the six spokes of the society, or s'ad'ara'h sama'ja cakra. And these six are all present in Ananda Marga. As His disciples, we are to adhere to His guiding principles.
What are the six spokes
Before advancing any further, we should first identify what the six spokes are that ensure the preservation and prosperity of any society.
Baba says, "The six factors which guide society, which make it vibrate in bliss and dance in bliss when its different entities realize the fullness of existence in every fibre of their existence, are the s'ad'ara'h sama'ja cakra [six spokes of the society]. The six are: spiritual practice, spiritual ideology, social outlook, socio-economic theory, scripture and preceptor." (1)
Key factor in jeopardy: Preceptor
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The last but not the least important factor for the progress of society is for it to have its own preceptor." (2)
Ananda Marga teachings have this factor - preceptor, i.e. Sadguru. Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji is love personified and He is eternally present - caring and guiding all His disciples and He will remain forever. But now this point is missing due to the dogma of mahaprayan divas (MPD). This is not an innocuous gathering; rather, by definition, it threatens the very survival of Ananda Marga society.

Ananda Marga Amar Hai - Ananda Marga is eternal. Yet, there is the MPD program that is not an innocuous gathering; it undermines the very survival of our Ananda Marga society.
For society to endure, six factors needed
It is very evident that the dogmatic mahaprayan function severely violates the six spokes of the society, as it goes against the point of 'Preceptor'. For any society to survive there must be the presence of a Preceptor, yet so-called mahaprayan proclaims that Parama Purusa is gone. That is why the dogma of mahaprayan is so detrimental to the survival of Ananda Marga civilisation.
This whole situation is just like one healthy person who is overpowered by one cell of cancer. Step by step, his health fades and ultimately he dies. The human body is composed of billions of cells, yet it only takes one weak link - i.e. one cancerous cell - to ruin the whole human body. Same is the case with our Ananda Marga and how one cancerous cell, i.e. so-called mahaprayan, is ruining the very existence of our Marga civilisation.
So long as we adhere to our Ananda Marga bhagavata dharma, and maintain the integrity of each of the six spokes of the society, then our Ananda Marga civilization will thrive up through the ages.
Baba says, "A'nanda Ma'rga is that path of progress, and that is why A'nanda Ma'rga is the only alternative for the preservation of human existence and civilization." (3)
For any society to last long, these six factors must be present. And Baba has placed all six in our Ananda Marga society, including that of Preceptor. But mahaprayan dogma threatens that.

Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The entire social structure is dependent on these six factors. Bhati (growth) is meaningless without them. The weakness of one among them may jeopardize the very existence of Bhati." (4)

How this dogma threatens Ananda Marga
Baba - as the Guru, as the Preceptor - is an eternal Entity who will guide us through the ages.
Caryacarya states, "The one formless, beginningless and infinite Parama Brahma (Supreme Consciousness) is the only entity to be attained by living beings – That alone is Jagat Guru (the Supreme preceptor), That alone has revealed Brahmavidya' (intuitional science) to us through the medium of the name and form of Anandamu'rtijii. Unit beings must be made to appreciate Its majesty." (5)
Unfortunately, those who espouse the program of so-called mahaprayan go against this divine mandate. That is the meaning of mahaprayan - Guru is no more. Such an approach seriously threatens our very existence. Those who advocate mahaprayan plainly tell, directly and indirectly, that Baba is gone forever.
Such leaders verily remove one of the integral six spokes out of our Ananda Marga society. Because of not having the Preceptor - they are undermining the very essence of Ananda Marga and threatening its survival.

They could not prevent their defeat
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "From ancient times many groups of people came into existence. Some of them somehow managed to drag on, some became extinct and some continued to exist in a metamorphosed form. About one thousand five hundred years ago, Arabs were very developed in science. But they were defeated by the Islamic wave, for they were lacking in the six aforesaid factors, while the latter had at least five of them. The same is the case with Egypt. It was fully developed in the spheres of art, architecture and science. It is the Egyptians who made the pyramids which needed subtle geometrical knowledge. Moreover, they were also very advanced in the sphere of civilization. Despite this, they could not prevent their defeat. Today's Egypt is the Egyptian form of Arab civilization. The cause of the death of its older form was the lack of the aforesaid six factors." (6)
How Christian or Roman civilisation got destroyed
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The Christian or Roman civilization was also considerably higher on the ladder of development. Yet they were lacking in social outlook. There were no feelings of fraternity and equality. The slave system was rampant and human feelings were on the wane. Furthermore, the lack of a proper socio-economic theory generated a kind of fascist mentality in them. Those rolling in luxury and adverse to labour became indolent. Naturally they were defeated by a stronger and more strenuous force. The destruction of the Greek and Chinese civilizations was also caused by the lack of the factors of Bhati. The Aryans could defeat the indigenous Indians only due to the latter's lacking in the factors of Bhati (growth). They had several factors of Bhati but there was no preceptor and hence they were defeated." (7)
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "In the future also, for want of the six factors of Bhati (growth), the extinction of a concerned group of people is sure to happen. But where these factors are present, there the movement is towards Ananda or divine bliss, and due to this movement the chance of their elimination becomes nil. Such groups which have the six factors in their possession will be able to produce Sadvipras. Sadvipras are those whose all efforts are directed towards the attainment of Ananda. They are also conscious of Asti (existence) and don't lack in the six factors of Bhati (growth). They are strong in morality and are always ready to wage war against immoral activities." (8)
All aspects are absolute knowledge
From beginning to end, our Ananda Marga is firmly grounded in all the six spokes of society: (I) spiritual practice, (II) spiritual ideology, (III) social outlook, (IV) socio-economic theory, (V) scripture, and (VI) preceptor.

(I) Here below Baba clearly declares that we have a proper spiritual cult or spiritual practice.
Ananda Marga ideology states, "The practice of Ananda Marga has been formulated to enable spiritual aspirants to search for the Supreme within their minds." (9)
(II) Here Baba clearly states that we have a proper spiritual ideology.
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "How can human hunger be satisfied in the subtlest realm? For this Ananda Marga philosophy is there...Our ideology is a happy blending of rationality and spirituality." (10)
(III) Here below Baba clearly guides us that we have a proper socio-economic theory.
Ananda Marga ideology states, "PROUT is the path of socio-economic emancipation for humanity." (11)
(IV) "The fourth one is social outlook. All living creatures in this manifest universe are the children of the same Cosmic Entity. They are the progeny of the same Supreme Progenitor. Naturally they are bound in a thread of fraternal relations. This is the central spirit."
Ananda Marga has this factor-social outlook ie.. all are the children of the same Cosmic Entity.
(V) Here below Baba states that we have a proper scripture or shastra.
Ananda Marga has this factor of scripture: Tri-shastra. shruti, smrti, darshan shastra.
Sadguru Baba says, "The books in Ananda Marga philosophy are all absolute knowledge." (12)
Three essential aspects of life: asti, bhati, anandam
In human life there are three important aspects:
(a) asti (existence)
(b) bha’ti (development towards Anandam)
(c) anandam (goal)
Regarding asti - all living beings have their existence, but if a human lives like an earthworm that is meaningless. In bha’ti there are six factors - outlined above - to progress in the physical, psychic, and psycho-spiritual fields. Anandam means Parama Purusa. It is sure that our Ananda Marga will last forever; and that is why the dogma of mahaprayan is short-lived. It started in 1990 and has been waning ever since and soon it will be gone entirely.

Here the point is that when any of the six points becomes weak then it slowly, slowly causes the disintegration of that society like death by cancer. It has happened in the past and it will happen in the future. That is why mahaprayan must be stopped..
(Note: the term bha’t’a’ means low tide and should not be confused with bha’ti meaning progress in all fields of life.)
A'nanda Ma'rga is the only path
(VI) And we have a true Preceptor, our Guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji is ever present.

Ananda Marga ideology states, "Ta'raka Brahma is quite a different Entity, a unique Entity, for He is spiritual preceptor, social preceptor, kaola and Maha'kaola all in one." (14)
So in Ananda Marga philosophy, all the six spokes are present, and once we have them fully established in AMPS, our Marga will lead humanity up to eternity. Our Marga will live on and on, so long as we safeguard each of the six spokes of the society, including that of Preceptor.

Factor #1: spiritual ideology
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "Numerous factors are needed for the development of a group of people. But the following six are the most important of them." (17)
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us: "There should be a spiritual ideology in the life of both the individual and the collective body. Much of your energy is misused due to the ignorance of your own self and the destination towards which you are moving. This misuse of energy is bound to cause destruction." (18)
Ananda Marga teachings have this factor of spiritual ideology, but it became weak and compromised due to corruption in AMPS. Nowadays, money rules AMPS, not our ideology.
Factor #2: spiritual cult
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The second factor for the progress of society is spiritual cult, a sádhaná process [Ananda Marga meditation]. Everyone has got a physical structure. The problem with every individual is to produce more and more ectoplasmic stuff by the body and then to convert it into consciousness. There should be a proper process for this conversion. Spiritual cult consists of the conversion of the five rudimental factors into ectoplasmic stuff and then into consciousness through a special scientific process. This is a process of metamorphosis. Spiritual cult therefore, is indispensable." (19)
Ananda Marga teachings has this factor of spiritual practice, but it has been cast aside due dominance of materialism in AMPS. These days loose conduct rules AMPS.

Factor #3: socio-economic theory
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The third factor which is a blending of Asti (existence) and Bhati (growth) is a socio-economic theory. There should be a priori knowledge regarding the social structure, the distribution of wealth and its growth. For want of this knowledge there can't be a solid ground for the construction of the social edifice." (20)
Ananda Marga teachings has this factor of socio-economic theory in the form of Prout. But that has been severely weakened due to rich wts in centre exploiting poor wts.
Factor #4: Social outlook
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The fourth one is social outlook. All living creatures in this manifest universe are the children of the same Cosmic Entity. They are the progeny of the same Supreme Progenitor. Naturally they are bound in a thread of fraternal relations. This is the central spirit." (21)
Ananda Marga teachings has this factor of social outlook, i.e. all are children of the same Cosmic Entity. No one is low or high all are equal right, but due to exploitation margiis lost their rights in AMPS.

Factor #5: Scripture
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "The fifth factor for the progress of society is for it to have its own scripture. There is a need for the company of elevated persons (satsaunga) in all spheres of life." (22)
Ananda Marga teachings has this factor - own scripture: Tri-shastra. But that has been compromised due to rampant distortions and adding the bogus appendix about MPD in Caryacarya.

How to get people engaged
Prout philosophy says, “The method of utilization should vary in accordance with the changes in time, space and person, and the utilization should be of a progressive nature. Take a particular example. Suppose a physically strong person serves the society as a rickshaw puller or a market porter. As the rickshaw may become outdated some day, the method of utilizing their physical strength should vary. If a person is intellectually developed but has the same physical strength as others, their intellectual potentiality should be utilized. Thus the process of utilization will not be the same for all people. Better methods of utilization should be continually developed, but the process of utilization should be progressive in nature.” (1)

भावार्थ
हे परमपुरुष! मेरे प्रति तुम्हारे द्वारा उड़ेला गया प्रेम ब्रह्माॅंड में अद्वितीय है। तुम्हारी कृपा से मेरा सर्वस्व तुम्हारे अमर प्रेम से भर गया है। तुम्हारा प्रेम अतुलनीय है। तुम्हारी तरह मुझे किसी ने प्रेम नहीं किया। इसकी सच्चाई पर कोई प्रश्न ही नहीं कर सकता। मैं इसकी चिंता नहीं करता कि इस दिव्य सत्य को कौन स्वीकार करता है और कौन नहीं। तुम्हारी कृपा से मैं यह समझ पा रहा हॅूं कि तुम तो करुणास्वरूप हो, तुम करुणा के सारतत्व हो।
हे परम सत्ता ! तुम मेरे ऊपर ममतापूर्ण प्रेमाकर्षण की बौछार डालते हो और तुमने मुझे कृपा पूर्वक अपना बना लिया है। हे प्रभु ! मैं तुम्हारा हॅूं , तुम्हारे प्रेम सागर में हमेशा ज्वार ही आता है भाटा कभी नहीं। उस सागर की तरंगों में मेरा जड़त्व धुल जाता है। तुम्हारा प्रेम मेरे अस्तित्व को इतनी ऊर्जा देता है कि मेरा रोम-रोम भक्ति से भर जाता है। यह तुम्हारी कृपा ही है कि मैं तुम्हारे रूपसागर में ध्यान करते ही अपने को खो देता हॅूं।
हे परमपुरुष! हे बाबा! तुम सभी अणुओं और परमाणुओ में व्याप्त हो, ब्रह्माॅंड के हर रिक्त और भरे स्थान में तुम हो। निर्वात् का भी, थोड़ा सा भी स्थान ऐसा नहीं जहाॅं तुम न पाये जाते हो। इसलिये जागते सोते,तथा स्वप्नों में मैं तुम्हारा नाम लेकर अपने मन को प्रकाशित करता रहता हॅूं। चैबीसों घंटे मैं तुम्हारा नाम जपता हॅूं।
बाबा! इस ब्रह्माण्ड में तुम्हारा प्रेम अतुलनीय है।

ममताः- अर्थात् किसी को अपने बराबर या अपने से अधिक प्रेम करना। माॅं अपनी संतान को अपने से भी अधिक चाहती है। ममता = मम + ता । मम का अर्थ है मेरा, और ममता का अर्थ हुआ अपनापन या ममत्व, मेरा ही।
रूपसायरेः- कविता की भाषा में यहाॅं इसका अर्थ है निर्गुण ब्रह्म, परम पुरुष रूपहीन हैं पर जब तारक ब्रह्म के रूपमें वह इस संसार में आते हैं तो रूप के सागर हो जाते हैं। कोई भी अरूप के साथ संबंध नहीं बना सकता अतः वह भक्तों के साथ संबंध बनाने केलिये ही तारक ब्रह्म के रूप में आते हैं और रूपसागर कहलाते हैं।

Why they became criminals
According to Prout philosophy, "For the all-round welfare of human beings, society needs to follow some fundamental socio-political principles. Without the firm foundation of such principles, disunity, injustice and exploitation will flourish."
"First people should not be retrenched from their livelihood unless alternative employment has been arranged for them."
“Take another example. In the Pathan period and at the height of the Mughal empire, Zamindars or landlords were permitted to maintain military forces. This practice was banned at the end of the Mughal period and the start of the British period. As a result, many soldiers from military communities like the Bagadis of Ráŕh and the Cuyárs and Lodhas of Midnapur were retrenched from the armed services. Consequently, they became criminals. Even thirty to forty years ago, members of these communities were still engaged in antisocial activities, but now they have virtually ceased this practice. If these people had been inducted into the military or the police, they would have earned a proper livelihood without being compelled to harm the society. Their destiny would have been quite different.”
“Now you understand the consequences of retrenching people without arranging a suitable alternative livelihood for them.” (1)
