Baba
Letter #28: Example - Tiljala threw out Baba’s English ideas
Namaskar,
Here is an entirely new point how Tiljala Publications is ruining and disorting Baba’s holy discourses.
(A) In His discourse, Sama-Samája Tattva, Baba speaks in three languages: Hindi, English, and Bengali.
(B) Tiljala Publications (TP) is partial to Bengali, so they use those Bangla sections for making the printed discourse.
Baba’s unique idea removed from discourse
because it was only in English, not Bengali
(C) However, in this section of the audio file (10:20 - 11:04), Baba is expressing a most unique idea entirely in English. This idea is not conveyed in any of the Bangla sections of the discourse.
(D) But, as per their standard manner, TP discarded this English section (10:20 - 11:04).
(E) The end result is that this very unique idea which Baba has spoken in English has been categorically eliminated from the discourse. And the root cause is that those publishers are keen to only pay heed to the Bengali sections.
(F) Please listen to this English section of the discourse, (10:20 - 11:04).
(G) Then try and find that idea anywhere in the discourse (appended below).
TP tossed aside English section
(H) The sad fact is that you will not find that idea anywhere in the printed discourse. Tragically, Sadguru Baba’s eternal teaching has been removed by TP. Because those publishers tossed aside the paras and sections that Baba spoke in English.
(I) Please listen to the sound file of Baba’s discourse (10:20 - 11:04).
(J) When they printed the English book, that entire English section is nowhere to be found. Sadly the ideas Baba expressed in English on the audio file (10:20 - 11:04) are not present anywhere in the printed English edition. See for yourself as the entire English edition has been appended below.
(K) That means that Tiljala Publications left out this entire English section which Baba spoke. Baba spoke in English, but they did not include any of it in the printed English edition.
Conclusion
All this is critically important because when sadhakas pick-up one of Baba’s books they expect to be reading Baba’s words. This is especially the case when Baba delivered His discourse entirely in English and the text is also exclusively in English. Yet, as is shown above, we are not given Baba’s exact words - but rather something else in the name of Baba. Verily, the words on the pages of our AM books are not the direct speech of Parama Purusa Baba, as His original words are conspicuously missing. And that is the heart of the issue that is addressed herein.
In Him,
Shrii Deva
