Baba has given discourses as well as WT conduct rules that delineate how one must not (a) use filthy language or (b) verbally abuse anyone in a gross manner. But recently, on the Ananda Marga Ideology & Unity Forum, a discussion was going on where one Wt used appalling and repugnant language in his attack on one margii.
Here is what happened: one margii Tapas Kaul opposed dogma and then in reply Dada Sudhamayananda abused brother Tapas in a very dirty and repulsive manner. Just like how pimps abuse others.

In that lower section of the above image you will find this Wt’s message on What’s App where in Hindi using roman script he has used abhorrent slurs.
Those who can read Hindi will understand the severity of the situation and to what extreme degree this Wt is using abominable slurs. For other readers, suffice to say that this Wt has used filthy slurs like pimps and prostitutes use. And this Wt used the slur containing the term mother. Sometimes you might have seen or heard thugs and criminals quarreling on the street using such types of vulgar and grotesque terms.
The Wt who did like this is Wt Sudhamayananda - currently posted in Kolkata Administration.
This Wt used abhorrent slurs like pimps, prostitutes, & thieves
It is alleged that this Wt is habituated to living & working in the dark, underworld illicit dealings. That is why he used this type of degrading expression which no civilised person will use. So you can guess what type of ways this Wt abused the margii brother. So be aware about such Wts who are a slur in the name of Ananda Marga. This Wt is Sudhamayananda.

Following is Guru’s guideline where He warns that one must not verbally abuse by speaking in such a filthy manner. By this way one’s own mouth will become polluted.
Punish the verbal abuser
The central idea from Ananda Vacanamrtam is: ‘In order to control your speech you must think that whatever comes from my mouth is the mantra of Parama Purusa. Then what will happen? Then you will not pollute your mouth with filthy words. You will feel ashamed to do so. And then it will be impossible for filthy language to come from the mouth. That is why if you cannot tolerate other's abusive words then beat them severely. There is no harm in that. But do not verbally abuse them. Because by doing so your mouth will be polluted. Beating them physically is not bad, but verbally abusing them with filthy language is very bad.’ (1)
तब कसकर पीटो, उसमें दोष नहीं है
Baba says, "साधु वाचाय संवरो" | यह वचन पर नियन्त्रण रखने के लिए ही यह बात सोचनी है कि---"जितना जो कुछ भी word मेरे मुँह से निकल रहा है, वह परमपुरुष का मन्त्र है |" तब क्या होगा ? मनुष्य कुभाषा से मुँह को अपवित्र नहीं करेंगे, शरमाएँगे | मुँह से गाली निकालना उनके लिए सम्भव नहीं होगा | इसलिए मैंने कहा कि जब बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकोगे, तब कसकर पीटो, उसमें दोष नहीं है | किन्तु गाली मत दो | उससे तुम्हारा मुँह अपवित्र हो जाएगा | पीटना गुनाह नहीं है, गाली देना गुनाह है | (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “You should have control over your language also; and “Savvatha Saḿvaro Bhikśu.” If you want emancipation, if you want liberation from worldly fetters, you must have all-round restraint.” (3)
This Wt Sudhamayananda is from Kolkata administration. So this Wt is an example of which cross-section of society (i.e. pool) Kolkata Admin recruits new workers. They are just willing to recruit and put anyone in uniform in order to increase their numbers. So watch out.
Many xyz type of persons got included in our WT cadre. That is to say even xyz persons became Wt. And if we look carefully over the past 25+ year history of creating Wts, then we will find innumerable cases of Wts involved in allagedly negative acts - i.e. stealing, theft, looting, smuggling, attack, sexual scandal, and even attacking and murdering other avadhutas. All these things have come in the picture. Anyone familiar with the history knows this to be the case. So much has been done by Wts, in various shapes and forms.
And our WTs have also spread the poison of groupism, falsehood, dogma, and so many negative tales including the distortion of Guru's scripture. All of which came to be known to the public, margiis, non-margiis, everyone. Certainly though not all our WTs are negative - rather many are good and sincere, and only a few are involved in all these types of affairs.
