News: How B group exploits
Namaskar,
Tiljala is holding elections in the coming days for their various boards - tattvika, acarya, avadhuta and purodha. One of the stipulations or requirements is: “He/She should be following organisational discipline.” Kindly refer to B group's document that is appended below.
At first glance, this seems to be quite innocuous. It might refer to any number of aspects of organisational life such as: (a) arriving in a timely manner for a meeting (if one is not sick etc), (b) attending the weekly dharmacakra, and (c) taking sentient food and not eating fish etc.

How BP post became collection of stooges
Upon further reflection, however, there is cause for concern based on their present and past performances. After all, similar language has been employed in B group’s Fake BP Manual (1997). In that fake manual, in the name of so-called organisational discipline, Sarvatmananda has threatened, victimised, and ousted numerous ideological margiis to clear the pathway for B group’s unbarred exploitation of Wts and margiis. And this continues to this very day. This edict of so-called organisational discipline is one of their chief tools to squash any dissent.
Verily, they wrote that Fake BP Manual with the chief motive of blackballing and casting out any ideologically-minded margiis who raise their voice against B group’s corrupt and dogmatic ways - i.e. creation of so-called holy land tiirthas, distorting Guru’s scripture whereby every discourse is translated via Bengali, and coed staffing of AM schools etc. And this hardball ostracization of right-minded bhukti pradhans has been ongoing: dharmic BPs are marginalised and cast aside, only to be replaced by stooge BPs. This type of revolving of the chair of the BP post has been in vogue since B group first came into power.
Way to squash all dissent
Naturally, with the release of their new document for the upcoming elections of Wt boards, the fear is that by the above stipulation, this type of raucous campaign against righteous and courageous sadhakas will be perpetuated. Specifically, the line - “He/She should be following organisational discipline” - will not be used to enforce dharmic injunctions. Rather, in the name of so-called organisational discipline, B group wants to be able to pin down and banish dharmic Wts, and keep them from getting a spot on the boards. Basically, if any Wt ever speaks up or questions B group about their various imposed dogmas, then that Wt will be punished and removed. Not only that, it sets the tone to keep every other Wt mum, lest they face a similar fate.
Overall, this is all done for show. The holding of elections is a facade where they are just creating a trail of documentation to present to the courts that they are the real vanguards so that one day they can capture AMPS. Ultimately, B group has already chosen their desired candidates and the election is but a ploy. In the rare event, that any candidate or board member raises any matter of ideological impropriety etc, then those in power use the above line (i.e. “He/She should be following organisational discipline”) to shut their mouth and push them aside etc. Those so-called leaders have become so debased that they take all ideological issues as personal attacks. They think the ideology is just a gimmick, and the real game in town is their own power structure.

Why demise of AMPS
From the 1950’s up to 1990 itself, AMPS was a model of revolutionary spirit and dharmic action. Youths and activists were drawn to AMPS in huge numbers. Ever since, our AMPS has morphed into a retirement society where those in power spend all their time trying to control the ship using communist styles of censorship etc, and all ideological vigour has been set aside. That is why if you visit any unit these days, you will find mostly older people. That has been the result of B group’s ongoing offensive to crush any dissent. And verily, Ranchi faction also engages in this type of approach.
Conclusion
So we should all go into this so-called election with our eyes wide open and know that B group is yet again manipulating the candidate roll - just as they’ve done for decades, whether that be the Wt boards, the ACB, or the post of bhukti pradhan etc.

Trick to draw them to MPD
One other avenue at play is this. B group just gives lip service to the idea that they do not coerce Wts / sadhakas to attend MPD. They hypocritically say that this is just a kiirtana program and attendance is optional etc. But this election shows otherwise because it is being held during the main days of their so-called MPD program. There are some from outlying areas who do not support MPD, but to draw such types of persons to their dogmatic mahaprayan event, they set it up that those postholders must attend if they wish to keep their post. Then upon reaching Tiljala, those in-charges cajole and pressure such persons to do kiirtan, and not think about it being MPD. This is how B group manipulates those opposed to MPD into becoming participants and commit sin by going against the pre-1990 Caryacarya.
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, "The period of mourning should not extend beyond twelve days." (1)
In His above teaching, Baba guides us that the period of mourning is 12 days, yet, Tiljala has been mourning on a yearly basis for 29 years.
What is Bangalisation
Bangalisation is when Baba spoke in English and that English discourse is NOT directly transcribed and printed in English. Rather, that original English discourse is translated into Bengali. And then from that translated Bengali version it is double-translated back into English and then finally printed in English, whereby the original English words are lost. This entire process of ruining Baba’s original discourse is known as the Bangalisation / Bangalization of Baba’s English discourse.
Bangalisation is when Baba spoke in Hindi, and that Hindi discourse is NOT directly transcribed and printed in Hindi. Rather, that original Hindi discourse is translated into Bengali. And then from that translated Bengali version it is double-translated back into Hindi and then finally printed in Hindi, whereby the original Hindi words are gone. This entire process of ruining Baba’s original discourse is known as the Bangalisation / Bangalization of Baba’s Hindi discourse.
By simple analogy, one can understand what Bangalisation / Bangalization is. Suppose you have a white t-shirt that you wish to wear. Then suppose there is a dogmatic belief (Bangalisation / Bangalization) that this shirt should first be placed in a bucket of black charcoal. And by so doing the shirt became filthy black. The original white color became permanently lost. So "via Bangla" is like that. When Baba's original Hindi is filtered through a Bangla translation to make the printed Hindi, then in that process Baba's original Hindi words get completely lost. And that is what happens with this process of Bangalisation.

B group’s imposition of coed staff
B group has gone against Sadguru Baba’s order and coerced Wt dadas to hire female staff in their schools. Invariably, those dadas get attracted and fall into sin by foregoing their Wt oaths and creating a BF / GF relationship with their female staff. The heads of B group use this tactic to have some dirt on their Wts so that they can best control them.
