Abhiramananda caused death of Prabhakarananda

At the beginning of 2022, one of our dear Wts left this world. But many may not know the story behind this loss. Ac Prabhakarananda was posted in Qahira sector when he became quite ill. And Dada Shubacaetanananda was very dutiful in providing Dada Prabhakarananda care and support. Ultimately, it was decided that since Dada Prabhakarananda was a US citizen it would be best to take him to the US for treatment. So although both Wts were posted in Qahira sector, since it was the need of the day, together Ac Shubacaetanananda and Ac Prabharkarananda traveled to the US and ended up in Dallas where Dada Prabhakarananda could receive the requisite medical care. Yet as we all know, every patient needs an advocate to navigate the medical system and provide assistance etc. And Dada Shubacaetanananda was filling that role admirably.

SSNY caused death wt Avt
While this was going on, SSNY Abhiramananda would pass through Dallas now and again, but he never inquired about the welfare of Prabhakarananda, nor did he ever visit him in the hospital. Rather, Abhiramananda made calls to Rudrananda and requested that Shubacaetanananda be required to return to Qahira sector. And ultimately, that happened. Shubacaetanananda was ordered out of NY sector, leaving Dada Prabhakarananda without any direct support. Sadly, SS Dada Abhiramananda kept Dada Prabharkarananda at arms distance, as if he had no use for him; and, SS Dada never assigned an LFT or WT to give Dada Prabhakarananda the support he needed. In the end, Prabharkarananda was left to languish in the hospital, listlessly, until finally he died. It was a tragic and sad affair. SS never showed any brotherly love towards Dadaji, nor interest in Dada Prabhakarananda’s medical situation. So long as Dada Prabhakarananda was unable to help fill Abhirmananda’s pockets with money, Prabhakarananda’s value was deemed as a big zero for SS Abhiramananda.
This case comes on the heels of a long string of incidents where junior, impoverished Wts are just viewed as money-making machines by their in-charges, and when those juniors are unable to earn or are incapacitated in some other way then they are just looked upon as expendable and cast aside, the way a glutton throws away stale bread.

Devour everyone else for enjoyment
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Today, those who occupy high posts are …. respected. Dignity is attached to post or rank. A station master will take great pains to prepare the railway ministers visit, but will never trouble himself with the inconveniences faced by the ordinary passengers. Luxurious houses are built for high-ranking officers while the poor live in shanty towns, barely protected from the elements. I don’t say that large houses should never be built, but that everyone should be provided the minimum requirements. “I admit that both rice and tasty dishes are necessary for people, but I shall not demand a sumptuous dish from the [so-called] goddess of food until I see that India has been overflooded with an abundance of rice.”" (1)
In His above guideline Baba is describing the tragic and pitiful circumstances of today’s vaeshyan era. With the full weight of their capitalist machinery, those materially wealthy at the top devour all others in society. Gone are human values as the common people are merely looked upon as mere pawns for increasing profits. There is not an ounce of sympathy for the suffering, just an all-devouring appetite for more and more riches.

Tragedy: Wts left to die
There are many cases of this. For instance, take the tragic case of DS(L) Salem (Tamil Nadu) in South India. Didiji became terminally ill and no one from the organisation helped her. The only option then was for her to return to her laokik home in WT dress to get proper treatment. There was no supportive efforts from the organisation.
Here let us not also forget the tragic incidents of Ac Shantatamananda Avt, Ac Nirmeghananda Avt, Ac. Asheshananda Avt., and so many others. All of these respected avadhutas lost their lives due to neglect. They failed to receive the requisite medical care and attention. The organisation overlooked their health and essentially abandoned those Dadas in their hour of need. In result, they needlessly died a premature death. It was all quite preventable had they received the basic standard of care.
Nepotism and apathy: degrading factors
Nepotism and apathy have taken hold of our Food, Care, & Medical Dept wherein one only gets care if they are part of a certain click or faction and ready to lay down their life for group interest. Then care comes, otherwise not. But this is improper. The Food, Care, & Medical Dept should not become a groupist bargaining chip for receiving treatment.

In the name of welfare and help, huge money continues to pour into the Food and Care Dept, but it gets swallowed up in devilish pockets instead of being used in a neo-humanistic manner. Actually, centre collects millions of rupees for the Food and Care Dept, but centre never helps any didis -- except some of their spoons. On the dada’s side, centre only helps those who are spoons and characterless. They only help their tools. This is the shameful state of the Food and Care Dept. as Baba's divine system has been pillaged by despotic rulers.
Good workers are then forced to suffer or be swept into the net of groupism, lest they meet their physical demise. It is a most ugly scenario.
Conclusion
With hard work, the situation will turn around by His grace. Those who have transgressed the code of neo-humanism by resorting to nepotism will face the reaction very soon. Nature will not spare them of their inhumane actions. And good workers and sincere margiis are bound to rally together and bring back the integrity to our Marga and this much needed department.

Their hungry pleas fall on deaf ears
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "That is, these days, a person who possesses wealth is respected and revered whereas a person without money is a person honoured by none. The poor, whoever they may be, have to woo the rich just for the sake of earning their livelihood. Human values have become meaningless, for human beings have become the means for the rich to earn money. The rich, having purchased the human mind with their money, are busy playing a game of chess with the other members of society. Bereft of everything, people toil round the clock to earn a mere pittance. Today the motto of people is, “I have to send some food particles into the apathetic stomach after somehow taking a dip in the muddy water amidst hyacinths.”"
"Those who are at the helm of society, constantly suspicious of others, forever count their losses and profits. They have no desire to think about the plight of humanity. Rather, to gratify themselves they are ready to chew the human bone, and suck human blood. For the self-centred there is no place for feelings of mercy, sympathy or camaraderie. The railway stations and market places are full of half-clad beggars and lepers desperately stretching out their begging bowls, earning their livelihood in the only way they know. They are fortunate if anyone contemptuously flings them a copper coin. The old blind beggars sitting all day long on the steps of a bridge automatically lift their bowls whenever anyone walks past. But their hungry pleas fall on deaf ears. On the other side of the social coin, sumptuous dishes are being prepared to entertain the rich dignitaries. These contrasts ridicule the present human society." (2)

If a Wt functions as a priest at an AM marriage ceremony, then it is obvious he will have to look at the face of a female (bride). This goes against the AM Wt conduct rules. That stands as the main reason why Wts should not serve as priests and convene AM marriage ceremonies.
WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex except at the time of nursing [or administering medical care]." (37 Workers Rules, pt #15)
Unfortunately, these following fake Wts have some type of weakness wherein they vehemently opposed being told not to look at the face of the opposite sex. Because they lashed out quite strongly at the above Wt conduct rule on Facebook. Here is a look at who these Wts are; these six wrote their views on Facebook:

3. Istapremananda Avt
4. Gambhirananda Avt (Mumbai DS, Ranchi group)

Sadly, the aforementioned Wts demonstrated a clear distaste about the above Wt conduct rule given by Baba.
Yet as we know every rule has its special meaning, and sadly our Wt ranks have been dwindling as many are leaving to get married. This a direct result of their not adhering to the above conduct rule and instead getting mixed up in marital dealings while a Wt.

There are two basic aspects to our society building program:
(A) Family acaryas and senior family margiis should take the lead on all issues related to marriage.
(B) Wts should be creating more Wts and not getting mixed up in arranging and performing marriage.
This is the very straightforward and practical system Baba has given.
Moreover, before 1990, family acaryas were conducting most of the AM marriages. But after 1990, WTs started working as priests and have performed almost all of the marriage ceremonies, which clearly violates their WT conduct rules.

For the past several weeks several messages are making rounds in the electronic media that involve me or our supposed intentions. These statements were spreading misinformation that has the potential of instilling incorrect perceptions in the general structure of the organization.
My Father, Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar, founded Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, and I feel that there is an element of Pitr-rn (Pitru-run, or Pitri-rin) that plays in me. I thus, should not, and would not like to, in anyway, do anything that leads to the destruction of the organizational framework that He made.
Each individual has the option to perceive and respond to a situation depending on the nature of their inherent being, and some extraneous factors. The same holds true to me.
The present developments, after much deliberation, I feel deserves a response from my side.
I chose to frame my response in a tabular form.
