Here is one very key tenet about Wt life.
Wt conduct rule: "Supervisory workers will have to take proper care of each of their supervised staff in all respects.” (1)
However, as you will read below, this ethic has essentially been cast aside in today’s organisational culture.

Case incident: forced demise of Ac. Acintananda
Most everyone is aware that Acarya Acintananda Avt recently underwent his mahaprayan, but not everyone may understand the conditions surrounding his death. The following is presented for your consideration.
At the very advanced age of 80 or 82, Dada Acintananda was posted to a remote location that was physically demanding and there was no one around to support him in any way. Specifically, Acintananda was posted as the rector master unit at Anandapur MU, Banka (Bihar) where there is no proper road nor a proper hospital nearby. And already, Dada Acintananda had a severe health condition. Seeing the situation, Dada D left his posting in Orissa in order to help respected Dada Acintananda. That was a big relief for Acintananda, and he could have regained his health.
But Rudrananda immediately intervened and set the wheels in motion wherein Dada D was ordered to go back to Orissa and leave Dada Acintananda stranded in that remote location, all alone to die. It was not long after that that our dear Dada Acintananda died of a massive heart attack (15 mar 2021). It was a tragic, terrible, avoidable end to one of our most senior Dadas.

Rudrananda pampers himself & exploits others
At present, and for the last many years, Rudrananda has positioned himself at the top of the AMPS hierarchy. And whenever he feels even slightly sick (cough & cold), then he wastes no time in securing a spot in the most expensive hospital where he pays upwards of 500,000RS per day - i.e. 2 to 5 lakhs per day ($2,800 to $7,150) depending upon the facility etc. Bear in mind this is not for a life threatening health crisis or a serious disease. Even if Rudrananda feels that he has a cough & cold, then he will seek out the highest-priced medical services available in India.
Not only that, Rudrananda keeps 2 stooge Wts with him 24 / 7 (i.e. all day, everyday) who act as his caretakers including his main stooge Madhuvratananda; in addition, Rudrananda has (a) someone to cook for him, (b) someone to massage him, and (c) someone to wash his clothes. So from head to toe, Rudrananda has a veritable army of stooges caring for him as well as deep pockets of allegedly ill-begotten money to cover the costs of the most elite medical care in India.

Extreme neglect
At the same time, there is a sheer and utter dearth of even the most basic basic healthcare available to our mass of Wts. This is well-documented. But the narrative gets even worse because in numerous instances Rudrananda actively aims to undermine, isolate, and crush our elderly Wts who need medical care or support.
In a nutshell, before 2015 Dada Acintananda was Central MU Secretary and then Rudrananda sent Acintananda to a remote area in his old age to die, and Rudrananda achieved his goal.
Yet this is not an isolated instance. A similar incident happened with Dada Shantatmananda. He too was pushed aside whereby he died of extreme neglect and lack of care. Please see the link in note #1 appended below. And tragically, there are more cases as well.

Conclusion
Verily, this has become a systemic issue wherein Wts are not given the medical care they need, and are then tortured and pushed unto the doorstep of their death until they finally succumb. All the while, Rudrananda basks in his top tier medical suite where he spends massive amounts of organisational money for his own minor health concerns.
On many fronts, the situation in our AMPS is 100% contrary to what it should be - it is totally against dharma and the code of neo-humanism. And nowhere is this more evident than in the treatment of our senior / sick Wts. Now is the moment to reverse course, otherwise how long will we allow and bear witness to this injustice.

Baba has presented numerous teachings and stories wherein the head of the family sacrifices for the welfare of others. And Baba guides us that this is the dharmic approach. Naturally, one would think that this theorem would be shining brightly in our AMPS, since our organisation is meant to embody AM ideals. Unfortunately, the exact opposite is going on. That is evident in the above case incident.

Rudrananda’s longtime campaign against Acintananda
#1: For many years and up till the 2000 - 2006 etc, Dada Acintananda had fairly good relations with Rudrananda, but as Rudrananda slowly garnered more and more power and aimed to exert his will for selfish aims, Dada Acintananda did not obey Rudrananda and refused to be an accomplice to Rudrananda’s nefarious tactics.
#2: The big turning point came in 2008 when, upon the death of PP dada Shraddhananda, Rudrananda tried to install himself as PP, and Dada Acintananda vociferously objected to his candidacy. Rudrananda took this as a big affront, and thereafter maintained a standing conflict with Acintananda.

#3: In 2015, Acintananda was demoted by Rudrananda from his Central MU Secretary post to another dept for a very short time, and then within a year Acintananda was again unceremoniously demoted and ordered by Rudrananda to go to the very remote and difficult Anandapur Banka Master Unit. By taking this measure, Rudrananda had greater control as Acintananda was no longer in the various CC meetings wherein he used to oppose Rudrananda.
#4: It should also be noted that when Acintananda was MU secretary he had a room in Ranchi central office. During RDS etc, most of the Dadas would to visit and speak with Dada Acintananda in his room. This would make Rudrananda green with envy and make his blood boil due to extreme jealousy. Rudrananda cannot tolerate or digest anyone else getting any attention etc.
#5: Acintananda also had a jeep and built a jagrti in Ananda Nagar specifically for MU Wts. So during DMS and RDS all of the MU Wts used to stay and eat together there. Acintananda had his own office there too. Moreover, many margiis and wts had great respect for Dada Acintananda and they used to help him financially. All these types of happenings used to make Rudrananda exasperated as he (Rudrananda) can't tolerate such things if someone is not his stooge.

#6: Recently, Rudrananda transferred a few more Wts who were refusing to blindly follow Rudranandas unjust orders. For instance, in March RDS Dada RMS was transferred and given a punishment posting in Orissa. Also the Dada V was sent off to a punishment posting because Dada V was speaking against Centre on a phone call with other Wts, and one of those on the call recorded it and sent it to the chief stooge of Rudrananda.
So this above history sheds further light on the dealings of Rudrananda and his mindset.
