1. A few think that, “Since Dada YY rescued me from a difficult situation, I feel so much gratitude towards him. So no matter what happens, I will keep quiet about his wrongdoings of distorting Ananda Marga scripture. On this point I shall turn my head and keep mum.”
2. Some say that, “Dada ZZ gave me my family acaryaship. Now I have a respected status which I never had before. So I remain deeply indebted to him -- beyond words can convey. How then can I go against Dada ZZ’s misdeeds? Rather, in the public eye, I must speak favourably on Dada ZZ’s behalf.”
3. Then a few recall that, “Dada YY gave me my avadhuta diiksa so how can I ever repay him. So when Dada expels innocent Wts, I will remain loyal and will not oppose his injustice.”

Here are more case scenarios to consider and learn from:
4. There are a few who simply think that, “This or that Dada, or this or that Didi and I are friends. He stayed at my house many times, and we ate food together. So I must take their side, even if they oppose dharma by curtailing margii rights.”
5. Then there are a few who think, “If I oppose any of the various groups for keeping huge black money then I will lose my prestige and I will not be appreciated so I will ignore their wrongdoing for the sake of my social standing.”
6. Some think that, “I am a Wt, and I am sleeping with the opposite sex with the blessing of Dada ZZ, so how can I oppose Dada ZZ’s mishandling and destruction of our various Wt training centres. I cannot.”
7. Still more think that, “Since Dada YY helped me when I was sick then I should support him. So even if Dada YY ruins the organisational system by breaking Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, it is ok. How can I oppose him because still I am in his debt for supporting me when I was ill.”

8. Some reason that, “I got my first overseas posting when so-and-so was GS. By this way I got so much prestige and money, so I cannot point out GS dada for his money laundering.”
9. Then some people think that, “Dada ZZ was always very kind to me as we share the same mother tongue and hail from the same area. So I have a lot of sentimental feeling for him. In that case, how can I ever speak out against Dada ZZ for any wrongdoing such as giving all top posts to his Wt stooges.”

10. Others rationalise that, “Dada YY helped me arrange my daughter's marriage. I feel so indebted to him and he will withdraw his support for the marriage if I point him out about the Fake Bhukti Pradhan (BP) manual. So I cannot intervene on behalf of the integrity of BP rights. I must lick his feet,ignoring his devilish dealings of distorting AM books.”
11. Some feel that, “I became a purodha and was chosen to hold numerous top postings due to the kindness of ZZ. By this way I received so much privilege and could send large monies back to my laokik family in my village. So how can I oppose Dada ZZ’s nefarious ways.
12. Still more think that, “If I struggle against the various top dadas for inventing dogmatic tiirtha sites, they will strip me of my family acaryaship etc. So let them do what they like.”
13. Then there are so many wts who feel indebted to their supervisors for allowing them to remain on a high post, where they have their own boy/girl friend. To ensure that they do not get transferred from their post and keep their BF / GF, those Wts refuse to speak out against anti-AM dealings. Rather they become cowardly and sheep-like towards those factional heads.

14. Still another person thinks, “Didi Ananda Giita's helped me. So how can I oppose Didi for marrying our home girls with Muslim men, when Baba’s rule is not to do this."
15. Still more think that since they were born in xyz area they must support whatever right or wrong that xyz group does.
16. Some margiis and wts feel sentimentally close with those in Tiljala so they think the dogma of mahaprayan is okay; or, others think that because they were born in Bihar they must support the Bihari faction regardless of how demonic they are.
17. A few think that, “I am a central worker and carry out relations with one Didi with the blessing of ZZ, so how can I challenge ZZ for destroying AMPS.”
All these above scenarios depict how one is willing to compromise on points of dharma for the sake of personal gains etc. A moralist can never behave in this way.

How some margiis lose the path &
become pawns of one or another group
Here are examples of how some margiis were strict in dharma but lost the path due to their group allegiance.
18. Margii ZZ of Mumbai opposed MPD and distortions of Baba discourse in the past. But now he also supports Kolkata group due to income opportunities in court cases for his business.
19. One margii I know was very strict in standing up for margii rights in the past. But because one of the groups helped him in his mundane affairs, that margii gave up all those dharmic issues that he was raising and became very meek.
By this way you can see how some margiis who were ideal examples are now surrendering to the status quo at the cost of Ananda Marga ideology. Sadly they started supporting dogma. No margii keen on following Sadguru Baba’s teachings will allow any personal gains to keep them from following dharma.

O’ my dear friend
To understand more about this let us examine how Baba has critiqued and pointed out the defect of Karna's stance. Because as we all remember, the sentimental Karna was dedicated and completely loyal to the evil-minded Duryodhana. By studying this, some margiis can also learn what is to be done. Baba guides us that the kind-hearted Karna should have approached Duryodhana and said:
O’ my dear friend Duryodhana. You have been so generous to me. You have given me everything. You have single-handedly resurrected my life and given me a place in this world when all others neglected me. You are my ever-faithful friend and companion. For this reason – with all due reverence and respect – I must advise you NOT to pursue your unrighteous ways. That will not be good for you. Please listen to me. You are such a fine King and your reputation will be ever pristine if you adhere to the path of goodness and help others. Please, please I will help you – come with me and abide by dharma.
Unfortunately, because Karna got food, shelter, and friendship from Duryodhana, Karna lost his sense and thought that, “Since Duryodhana helped me on my bad days and gave me a place of honour, how can I go against him. Rather I must follow whatever he says.” By this way, Karna thought he was properly expressing his gratitude towards Duryodhana. When actually he was doing harm and committing sin. Unfortunately a few margiis and wts are falling into this same problem – due to their innocence.
This whole situation is just like if one robber fed one citizen who had no food. Then to show their gratitude that good citizen should not therefore join that robber's gang and commit various crimes etc. That is not the proper way to express one's gratitude and thankfulness. Better is to convince that robber that what he is doing is sinful and attempt to bring him onto the right path. That will be the real expression of gratitude. And that is what Karna should have done 3500 years ago and that is what some margiis and wts should do in this present moment. Those margiis & Wts who got favours from groupist Dadas and Didis should show their gratitude by bringing those workers onto the proper path.

Conclusion
If one truly feels indebted to a particular WT then they should not pay a blind eye to that Wt’s wrongdoing. One should gently or strongly address this issue with the Wt and try to rectify their conduct. If one does not try this approach then they are just like Karna and falling into sin.

Baba guides: what to do
Karna did not even try to correct Duryodhana's sinful behaviour by bringing him to the proper path.
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Karna's was an excellent character, except for one defect: he valued simple morality more than spiritual morality." (1)
Out of his simplicity and ignorance, Karna adhered to the code of simple morality and remained 100% faithful and utterly subservient to Duryodhana's negative ways. Due to this defect of simple morality, Karna could not part from his friend nor guide him properly.
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Strict adherence to spiritual morality may lead to the parting of friends." (2)
So Baba says that by following spiritual morality one will always adhere to dharma and that may lead to the parting from their friend.
The overall point of the letter is that being a true friend and loyal means guiding your favoured Dada, Didi, or whomever onto the path of dharma, and not siding with them and supporting their dogma. Failing that, one risks falling into sin.

How some margiis are in dilemma
“Dada mukhi” means supporting wrongdoings of dadas / didis, and not supporting Ananda Marga ideology. Sadly, the sadhaka is confused and supports the wrong side.
“Baba mukhi” means supporting Baba’s Ideology.
