Group leaders like to have their own "yes man" installed in the BP post. They do not want to see an honest margii sadvipra elected. In this entire process, their worst transgression and their main tool of manipulation has been the creation of the Fake BP Manual (1997). By this way, the group leaders implemented their own agenda and tossed aside Guru’s original guidelines about the post of bhukti pradhan.

As the months and years pass since that fateful time when certain Wts created the Fake BP Manual back in 1997, one should not lose sight of Baba's original guideline about what the bhukti pradhan post is all about. And Guru’s original BP manual should be implemented for all future BP elections.
The BP post gives margiis a voice
In the entire human history, no guru or leader had the foresight or courage to give family people a guiding role in a socio-spiritual organisation. In His revolutionary manner, Sadguru Baba has given family margiis leadership positions in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha (AMPS), including the significant post of bhukti pradhan. By this way Baba has uniquely bestowed a voice to family people. Here below are some points regarding this key organisational post of bhukti pradhan (BP).

In Baba's grand organisational format there are various types of bhukti pradhan posts. And here since we are referring to bhukti pradhans in general, it should be understood that wherever the title bhukti pradhan is mentioned, that refers to:
(a) bhukti pradhan of every department and trade;
(b) upa bhukti pramukhas; and,
(c) gram pramukhas, etc.
For the sake of simplicity all the above are included in the term - bhukti pradhan (BP). Unfortunately, due to the systematic elimination of the rights of bhukti pradhans, (BP's), family margiis have been sidelined. The relation between top WT's and family margiis has become that of subordination. One of the chief solutions then is to revive the BP system according to Baba's guidelines and then step by step everything will move on the right track.
In this regard, measures should be taken to forge ahead and provide justice to all family margiis (irrespective of organisational post). In so doing, there will be coordinated cooperation between Wts and margiis as per Baba’s given system.
BP rights & Guru’s original manual
Unfortunately though, as mentioned above, for a number of years the rights of BPs have gradually been snatched one by one - first only by B group and now by both B and H groups.
The ISMUB Dept has been slowly taking away all of the rights and responsibilities of BPs and turning them into their own (ISMUB Dept) slaves. In that way the ruling groups of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha have been able to manipulate the entire BP system according to their own selfish desires.

Here then is a call to all rational margiis and Wts that Baba's true BP Election Manual be restored to its proper status. Baba's original BP elections guidelines - and not the fake 1997 BP Manual - should be followed for all future BP elections.

The altered and Fake BP Manual (Dec 1997) is the brainchild of Sarvatmananda. At the time, Sarvatmananda was ISMBUB Secy so his name is prominently listed on the title page as the publisher. The by-line credit was given to Sambhutyananda. Thereafter, Rudrananda and his stooges have used this same fake BP Manual to their own advantage.
~ In-depth study ~
It is commonly known that these days field workers are in a serious crisis. Although injustices done by H and B group leaders are the overall cause, one outcome of this is lack of coordinated cooperation between margiis and WTs. The point is that when margiis are sidelined and are neither valued nor encouraged to participate in organisational affairs, the whole organisation suffers.
For instance, if margiis are not the ones managing local service projects and if margiis are not overseeing the finances of their bhukti etc, then local WTs have to pick up that work. This creates problems because due to the frequent transfer of postings and other organisation responsibilities, local WTs cannot properly attend to those duties. In that case, service projects are mismanaged and funds are mishandled.
Not only that, when a WT arrives in a new place either they have to start over from scratch and rebuild everything from the ground up; or, they have inherited a whole mess of problems and all their time is spent ignoring or trying to fix those things.
The simple solution is for BP / margii rights to be restored. Then margiis can again actively engage in the the supervision and management of service projects in their bhukti. In turn, WTs will be able to properly attend to other duties. So Baba's original BP elections guidelines should be followed for all future BP elections - and not the fake 1997 BP Manual.

Real margii leaders
Ananda Marga ideology states, “According to our philosophy, when consciousness arises in individual life then a person begins to move in accordance with certain instructions, certain guidance. In collective life as well, when this stage comes, those who are well advanced, who understand better, who are more courageous, more firmly established in morality, who are truly righteous, they have to take the lead, to assume the mantle of leadership.In such times those who worry about what others will say or think, or worry about being criticized, and due to this fear hide behind closed doors thinking that if they take action their good name will be tarnished, such people are not true human beings. They are beggars, begging for reputation. They have no manliness; they have lost the courage to move ahead. At that time those who come forward and say – “Let’s go. I’m with you. If trouble comes, let it come. I’ll take it on my shoulders” – such people I have given the name sadvipra.” (1)
Ananda Marga ideology states, “This is the way it has been and the way it will always be. However, in collective life at the critical juncture between one great age and another, in this transitional stage of great change, when it becomes impossible for the common man or even ordinary sadvipras to take up the leadership, then Parama Puruśa through his special grace arranges that leadership. At this time on the earth humanity is witnessing such a yuga sandhi. On one side there is the rubbish heap of the past and people are clinging to that rubbish heap because they have not yet been shown the way out. And on the other side, there is the call of the new. Under such conditions what will that Mahásambhúti do who gave guidance to the human race in the past? With courage he will call to human beings and declare: “Give up the rubbish of the past. It can only harm you and lead you to your death. Move ahead. Answer the call of the new. I am with you. There is no reason to be afraid.”” (2)

Ancient history of surgery
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "There is a very interesting example of surgery. The cousin of Krsna (the son of the sister of Lord Krsna's father) was Jarasandha, the king of Magadha, with his capital at Rajgir. At the time of the birth of Jarasandha, the child bad to be cut out of the womb. People saw this child and threw it in the cremation ground. Then there came a very famous non-Aryan (raksasii) lady doctor known as Jara. She stitched the child in a proper surgical operation and saved it. Since the lady Jara joined (sandhi) the pieces of the child's body, the name of the child became Jarasandha. This proves that the people were well acquainted with surgery." (1)

Marga philosophy guides us, "The path of the vipras [cunning
intellectuals] is crooked and so is the path of the vaeshyas [greedy
capitalists]. The difference between them is that since the vaeshyas'
crooked intellect has no trace of spiritual consciousness, it often
proves to be suicidal."

mundane pleasures instead of utilizing it to realize spiritual bliss –
if they utilize all their intellect to fatten themselves by sucking the
vital juice of others. So there can be no social welfare until this type

circumstantial pressure. No political leader or governmental or social
system can build a welfare state, a socialistic state or an ideal
society if they neglect this fundamental disease. If those who go around
looking for opportunities to enlarge their stomachs by sucking the
vital force of others continue to control society or the nation through
their own group of sinners, what can one expect to see in such a society

False Hindu history

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “In the Vedic era, the Aryans used to steal food grains and animals from the non-Aryans to perform their sacrifices and rituals (yajinas). In retaliation, groups of non-Aryans used to attack the Aryans to recover their possessions while they were performing their rituals. These attacks were grossly distorted in the Vedas, which gives the impression that the Aryans were good while the non-Aryans were evil. In fact, the non-Aryans were forced to attack the Aryans to recover their food to ensure their survival. Did the non-Aryans do anything bad? No, they did the right thing." (1)
In India, even today, the common public has been indoctrinated into the dogma that evil asuras were destroying the religious rituals and yajinas of aryans. They think that asuras are some type of nasty creatures that have very long teeth, dangerous claws like lions, horns on their head, and a very terrible face. That is how it is propagated in Indian mythology.

So Baba's above teaching is eye-opening. The truth about the aryans and non-aryans (i.e. the indigenous people of India) is a previously unknown aspect of history. No one was aware about this. Genealogy studies have since come to know that the so-called highest caste of Indians came from central Asia. When those aryans entered into India they treated the indigenous population as demons and created all kinds of stories and myths about them. So many false things were propagated.
Looting the food for their rituals (yajinas)
Verily those aryans created an entire mythology about such so-called asuras. The aryans claimed that demons were coming and ruining their ritualistic offerings and sacrifices of food and animals etc. But now the truth has been revealed. Those war-like aryans were looting the food of the native population and throwing that food in their sacrificial fires. In turn, the indigenous people were protesting and fighting back.
So actually, the so-called asuras were none other than the indigenous people of India. They were the original inhabitants of India, living here prior to the invasion of the aryans. Still nowadays, however they are condemned as so-called, low-caste creatures, by so-called upper-caste people. These asuras are treated unjustly and known as harijans which are regarded by upper caste people as despicable and low. But actually, these are the indigenous people of India.
Dummy purodhas exploit the mass
It is very important to accurately depict history and keep records that properly portray what transpired. Bad people always try to distort history and befool the future generations. But the truth invariably comes to the surface.
This same type of drama has unfolded in AMPS as well. Hypocrites and cheats are projecting themselves as divine; such immoralist purodhas present themselves as demigods as they exploit the mass of common margiis. Now is the crucial period - a proper historical record must be made. If we are not careful, our grand-grandsons and daughters and all future generations will be taught false things and indoctrinated into the narrow agenda of the various groups.
