Some young boys and girls who come into Ananda Marga never get the opportunity to attend college or university. Just after passing 10th class, they are dragged from their hearth and home by Wts and pushed and sent for Wt training.
Wt exploitation
Verily, some youths are targeted and plucked upon completion of 10th class. So they could not complete their education or learn English. Yet English is the lingua franca of our Ananda Marga, i.e. the official language of AM. Without learning English, one’s position is compromised. So English is essential, especially for Wts.
In that way those youths enter our WT Training Centre(s) at a distinct disadvantage. And it sets the stage for their lifelong inferiority complex. Because in that case those youths spend 3, 4, or sometimes 5 years in Training Centre as a trainee - trying hard to learn all the teachings, yet struggling mightily because they do not know English. So their inferiority complex mounts. And their whole life they never get even a basic degree as they lost that golden opportunity in their youth.
And the root cause is that those youths were yanked by Wts from their educational pursuits. Why? Because by this way Dada Rudrananda and his team of Wts can easily exploit and manipulate them.
Next see how this Wt shows himself off as a college & university graduate on his Facebook page. He wrote the following description below the photo about himself. Remember this is a Wt we are talking about - i.e. someone who had to become a sycophant of Dada Rudrananda in order to get an education and get a university diploma.
Due lack of knowledge of English they suffer
The overall outcome is:
(A) Those youths are prematurely plucked from their home;
(B) They are forced to spend more time in WT training centre due to their youth and inexperience etc;
(C) While in TC, due to a lack of knowledge about English, it takes them years and years for the simple rote memorization of the various conduct rules in English and the Prout principles in English - as well as certain Questions and Answers on Ananda Marga philosophy in English. All because that memorization is done in a language which is foreign to them - i.e. they do not know English. That is why it takes so long, and ultimately they do not understand the content either. Because they do not know English. Nor are they able to grasp the philosophical tenets and teachings from various books and discourses. And the root problem behind it all is being plucked too early from their educational studies wherein they could not learn English.
(D) Due to point (C) they suffer from an inferiority complex and become prime targets of exploitation by big Wts;
(E) Their whole life they never get an overseas posting - nor a posting in South India - because they do not know proper English;
All in all this is a terrible injustice to those tender youths.
Example of nepotism
So this is one half of the story. But there is more....
If one Wt wants to study in college or learn English, then those innocent youths have to become a stooge, i.e. a subservient sycophant to Rudrananda. That means they must be ready and willing to carry out Dada Rudrananda's unjust orders so Dada Rudrananda can harass opponents. If they are ready to operate in this way, then those stooge Wts are given a gift: Tacit approval to pursue a university degree in India or at an overseas institution.
And that is what has occurred in the above example. This young Wt thought that becoming a stooge is good so he can get the approval of Dada Rudrananda to pursue university studies.
So in this way the above shown Dada has been exploited. He had a yearning to learn and become qualified and that earnest tendency was exploited by Dada Rudrananda whereby they turned him into their stooge. And this all could be averted the following ways:
1. Youths should not be prematurely plucked from their young educational studies to become Wts.
2. All Wts should be encouraged to learn English. It should not be something exclusive that is only granted to sycophant Wts.
At present, only those youths who cow down and become sycophants of Dada Rudrananda are able to get an education. This is the nepotism that is going on.
Here is a case study of one WT - Dada Shubhacetanananda ji - who sadly had to become a stooge of Dada Rudrananda in order to get an advanced degree.

- When Dada Rudrananda sells any Ananda Marga land / property, then the duty of sycophant dadas is follow Dada Rudrananda’s order and spread false messages to the margiis in order to save Rudrananda’s prestige. If there is any questioning or uproar by margiis, then the duty of those sycophants is to appease and pacify margiis by spreading bogus words as divine truth.
- This duty of sycophant Dadas is to traverse the planet to pacify and befool margiis on any issue by delivering some sugar-coated, false message. So if land selling is going on, in the name of satya, those stooges will speak all kinds of self-serving and bogus things.
- On Rudrananda’s behalf, those loyal sycophants will verbally assault, physically abuse, and even expel those workers who speak out against injustices within the organisation.
- For instance, such loyal sycophants humiliated, punished, and abused the Ranchi BP and stripped him of his post. Rudrananda never indulges in such things directly but rather gets it done via his sycophants. He knows they are ever-ready to follow his order in this regard, no matter how unjust it is.
