In Caryacarya - 1, Sadguru Baba has beautifully given how parents and educators can teach meditation to children. And that system is very scientific, simple, and spiritual. This is the unique gift of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji. As sincere margiis, it is our moral duty to propagate Sadguru Baba’s method of sadhana as outlined in Caryacarya. By teaching children this genuine, authentic, and meaningful meditation system as given by Sadguru Baba, we can wholly transform their personality in their very childhood - and goad their mind towards higher, spiritual realization and values.
Unfortunately, due to Gurukula’s fictitious sadhana propaganda, hundreds of thousands of kids around the globe are getting harmed on a daily basis.

Unfortunate case before our very eyes
To do this work and spread His unique meditation system, Sadguru Baba graciously created Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha (AMPS). Since the inception of AMPS in 1955, countless people came, took initiation, and became practicing margiis; and thousands became monks, i.e. avadhutas etc. Now, can you believe that one avadhuta has started teaching fictitious, pseudo-culture, concocted, fantasy, so-called meditation to innocent kids in the name of Ananda Marga tantra sadhana. That is not only awful but deceptive as well. Here is the unfortunate case which is unfolding before our very eyes.
Baba has created Ananda Marga Gurukula (i.e. Ananda Marga University) to propagate true, neo-humanistic education across the planet. But its chief / chancellor is doing the exact opposite. This Gurukula chancellor is approving and propagating fake sadhana guidelines, and printing those in the Gurukula magazine. The chief of Gurukula is verily giving his implicit approval of that bogus sadhana, and he is giving the clear message that others across the planet should also follow and teach this. The whole episode is quite nauseating and disgraceful.

Preachings of fake yoga & bogus meditation
In the general society there are countless types of fake yogas and pseudo and harmful meditations getting taught by quacks - and the seekers are getting harmed. Some have managed to escape the grasp of that venomous fake yoga education, and come under the shelter of Ananda Marga, only to find another poison being propagated by the Gurukula chief. Indeed, the chancellor of Ánanda Márga Gurukula is the one to be held accountable. This is the despicable work he has done. Sadguru Baba has graciously given the tantric system for bringing children into the Ananda Marga system of meditation, and the Gurukula chief is instead spreading the concocted preachings of fake yoga and bogus meditation etc. Please see the below scan as proof. This is most unfortunate and tragic.
The story does not end here. This bogus meditation is published in the Gurukula Network magazine (Issue #42) and highlighted on the Ananda Marga Gurukula website. It is our duty that we should not allow any bogus, pseudo-culture meditation to be propagated in the name of Ananda Marga. Otherwise the teachings of Ananda Marga will fade as happened with Lord Shiva and Lord Krsna. All their original teachings are gone. If we are not alert, the original teachings of Baba will be overrun by the dogma of today’s materialistic fake yoga etc.

Sadguru Baba has given the ideal way to teach children the tantric system of meditation:
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “When children are five years old and attain some awareness, the parents, brothers, sisters or any guardian may initiate them in Náma Mantra [the preliminary process of meditation]. They should be taught to sit in padmásana [lotus posture], but instead of interlocking the fingers, they may rest one palm upon the other; and keep the spine erect. They will then be instructed to feel or imagine that everything around them, and whatever they visualize, is Brahma. After this, at the age of twelve, the child should take initiation from an ácárya/á in Sádhárańa Yoga, and at sixteen or afterwards, they should take initiation in Sahaja Yoga from the ácárya/á. If considered essential, ásanas may be taught before the age of sixteen.” (1)
