Wizardry of Dada Sarvatmananda

Immediately upon inserting Dada Shraddhananda as the Purodha Pramukha in 1990, Sarvatmananda used him for his own purpose. In no time at all, Sarvatmananda turned PP Shraddhananda into a rubber stamp whereby Sarvatmananda could set in motion his own negative plannings and dealings.
From the expulsion of margiis and innocent WTs to the demolishment of BP rights, Sarvatmananda infused his groupist agenda and selfish policies unto all aspects of AM life. All so that he himself could reap the benefits and soak up the power. Whatever Sarvatmananda liked was passed blindly by PP Shraddhananda Dada. So in that phase Sarvatmananda thought that this PP Shraddhananda is working fine.

How PP Shraddhananda became a demigod
Initially, Sarvatmananda was thinking that indeed this PP Shraddhananda Dada is the best tool. By this way, “I [Sarvatmananda] can do whatever I like - with the approval of the highest chair of Purodha Pramukha”. So to protect his misguided strategy Sarvatmananda infused dogma after dogma about the greatness of PP Shraddhananda. Whereby he turned PP Shraddhananda Dada into a veritable demigod. And he placed PP Shraddhananda Dada on the same platform as Baba. By this tactic, Sarvatmananda created the negative rules that PP Shraddhananda need not do kiirtan, not sing PS, not attend paincajanya, not go to dharmacakra, and the list goes on and on.
Plus at DMS Sarvatmananda was also manipulating the scene by saying and announcing things like, “PP Shraddhananda Dada is not happy with the works of certain margiis so he will not be coming out for general darshan.” In this manner, Sarvatmananda painted PP Shraddhananda as being a god, and then he (Sarvatmananda) promptly placed that entity in his right hand pocket.
Then it all backfired
Over time though the situation completely changed. For some time PP Shraddhananda and Sarvatmananda were there, but all the politics and dealings switched hands. Call it ill-luck or what you will, but since long everybody in AMPS is aware about the two main groups and which one is on top etc. Rudrananda adopted all those same dogmas and bogus protocols in his organisational takeover. So the sense here is that for Sarvatmananda, his dreamland scenario completely washed away. Just like how someone dropped their only piece of cake into the dirty drain.

Baba's warning
Now is the time we should learn from the past and strictly pay heed to Baba's following directives.
Ananda Marga ideology says, "Incompetent people cannot be expected to carry the legacy of anything. If I teach something to an incompetent or undesirable person, it will bear no fruit, it will get wasted. A heron can never learn to speak like a mynah bird, no matter how much it is trained." (1)
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "Those who are selected for discharging social responsibilities do not possess the above qualities [morality]. They have occupied the posts either for money or for recommendation, but no social good has been accomplished...If power is given to an incompetent person, it is the equivalent to leading society astray in cold blood." (2)
Baba's blessing
These following words of Baba inspire us to step into the future singing the song of neo-humanism.
Baba says, "Humanity is now at the threshold of a new era. Ours is the age of Neo-Humanism- humanity supplying the elixir of life to one and all. We are for all, and with everything in existence we have to build a human society, a Neo-Humanist society. So we must not waste our time - there must be maximum utilization of all human potentialities...we must not waste a single moment of our valuable existence." (3)

This is the tale of how Sarvatmananda selected the first PP Dada:
"In that mood, Sarvatmananda began his grand search to find that most simple person. To that end, he was inquiring all around to find the proper person - checking behind every corner and underneath each rock to find the right candidate.

Then some workers came to Sarvatmananda and told that this was a very easy request to manage. Because "right here in our compound there is such a very simple person whom you are searching".
They furthermore told, "And not only is he super simple, but he is from a Hindi speaking area - which is good for your overall strategy."
In that fateful moment, Dada Shraddhananda was selected as PP Shraddhananda Dada in October 1990."
Shraddhananda stole from Baba
PP Shraddhananda Dada will always be associated with so many dogmas; he became a tool for the ruination of the post and let so many things go awry under his watch. Numerous dogmas were instilled, and he set the tone that stooges qualified to be PP like Vishavadevananda and Kinshuk. PP Shraddhananda will be remembered for bad things including being the pawn of Sarvatmananda. It should also be borne in mind that Shraddhananda stole the Sixteen Points book from Baba and printed it in his own name as the writer being Shraddhananda. This was the deceptive ploy Shraddhananda enacted against his Guru.

Family Ac’s: bestowed up wrong persons
Ananda Marga ideology states, “Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas.” (1)
This below section is not for all. It is for those who want to fix the problem.
It is so unfortunate many good margiis with superior conduct - who follow all dos and don’ts, are strict in yama and niyama, and dedicate maximum time for the propagation Ananda Marga ideology - are not given a tattvikaship or family acaryaship. This is all due to the prevalence of internal group politics and related problems etc. In a word we can say that these days acaryaships and tattvikaships are mostly bestowed upon stooges. That is why they are fake family acaryas and fake tattvikas. Such fake acaryas have lost their charm in the eyes of general margiis. In the past, margiis used to see the ideal conduct and dedication and had a lot of respect for family acaryas. But that era has gone by. Now these fake family acaryas are looked down upon as lowly puppets, and even referred to as so-called family acaryas. Unfortunately, this is the bitter truth. With our collective efforts we have to resolve this horrible situation.
